Abstract

Bahu Palawa Village is one of the tourist destination areas in Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Bahu Palawa Village is a village with unique nature and culture. Natural wealth, including agriculture, plantations, fisheries, crafts and house architecture, is found in Bahu Palawa Village. The aim of this research is to identify natural and cultural tourism areas in Bahu Palawa Village, Pulang Pisau Regency. The potential of Bahu Palawa Village was obtained from information from the village head and community leaders as an inventory of the development of a tourist area in one of the villages in Central Kalimantan Province. The research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through primary and secondary data collection. The research results show, among other things, identification of natural tourism potential, identification of cultural tourism potential, identification of artificial tourism, analysis of tourism development and analysis of tourism development policies in Kahayan Tengah District, Pulang Pisau Regency.

Abstract

Palangka Raya City is the capital of Central Kalimantan Province which is crossed by the Kahayan River Basin. The residential area is located on the Kahayan Riverside area which is filled with residences, one of which is in Langkai Village, Pahandut District. The shape of the houses in the Langkai Village residential area is linear and refer to the pattern of the Kahayan River. This research objectives to analyze the potential of spatial space in Langkai Village on the Kahayan Riverside area, Palangka Raya City. The research method is qualitative including literature study (secondary data) and primary data from interviews and field observations. The research stage includes literature study at the preparation stage, the implementation stage is direct observation and in-depth interviews, and the post-implementation stage is spatial figure ground analysis, namely; solid and void, road patterns through linkage analysis, as well as place analysis of the particularities of riverside areas and their development. The results of the regional analysis include: spatial space utilization, road accessibility patterns, open space activities, and identity potential in the Kahayan Riverside area, Langkai Village, Palangka Raya City.

Abstract

Pahandut Seberang Subdistrict is one of the subdistricts located in Pahandut District. Pahandut Seberang Village can be visited using land transportation or by river. Pahandut Seberang Subdistrict has a densely populated residential category. Community settlements in Pahandut Seberang Subdistrict are located on the Kahayan Riverside area, with an irregular layout and circulation patterns refer to the shape of the residence. The aim of the research is to identify green open spaces in Pahandut Seberang Subdistrict. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting secondary data from literature reviews, and primary data from interviews and observations in the field. The research analysis includes identifying the potential for river tourism, identifying the potential for developing riverside tourism and green open space in the Kahayan Riverside area, analyzing the city's green open space potential, and identifying the potential for ease of access to the Kahayan Riverside area. The results of this analysis can be used as recommendations for structuring riverside areas
