Abstract

MOVIE THERAPY TO DEVELOPING PROSOCIAL BEHAVIOR OF CHILDHOODS. The phase of human life was beginning from the prenatal period and will end in late adulthood. Childhoods is critical age or golden age. In this phase childs tend to be selfish and far form prosocial behavior. This was need to be given intervention. One of intervention than can given through movie therapy. This article aim to describe whether movie therapy can develop prosocial behavior of childhoods. This research used quantitative research with experiment method. Samples in this research was 17 students. Instrument of this research was used prosocial behavior scale. Data were analyzed by sign test. The result shown that movie therapy was able to develop childhoods prosocial behavior. Implications of this findings in teacher and especially school counselors must to try this method to help childhoods with the lack of prosocial behavior. So, happy watching!

Abstract

Abstract

Salah satu nilai yang ingin dikembangkan melalui profil pelajar pancasila yakni gotong royong. Semangat gotong royong merupakan perwujudan semangat kebangsaan yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik dalam keterkaitannya dengan kebijakan kurikulum merdeka. Melalui semangat gotong royong diharapkan peserta didik mampu mengembangkan pola interaksi yang positif dan dinamis dengan peserta didik lainnya. Hal ini tentu bertujuan agar semangat kebangsaan dan cinta tanah air serta semangat persahabatan pada diri peserta didik terus-menerus dikembangkan. Mancakrida merupakan salah satu sarana yang dianggap mampu mengembangkan semangat gotong royong tersebut. Melalui mancakrida diharapkan peserta didik mampu memunculkan semangat untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan secara bersama-sama sehingga cikal bakal gotong royong dapat dimunculkan. Niatan meningkatkan semangat bergotong royong ini dikemas dalam bentuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hamid Kecamatan Cipayung Jakarta Timur. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, tahap kegiatan, dan tahap evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Kegiatan diselenggarakan melalui metode ceramah serta pelaksanaan mancakrida. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah a) peserta mampu menumbuhkan semangat gotong royong melalui mancakrida, b) peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan, dan c) direkomendasikan agar kegiatan serupa dilakukan dalam menumbuhkembangkan profil pelajar pancasila.

Abstract

this study aims to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers in fostering student learning independence. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study are that the role of guidance and counseling teachers for student learning independence at SMK Kesehatan Gapura Merah Putih Jagakarsa has been running well. BK teachers have also provided information or fostered learning independence related to the future journey of students who need education. The strategy was completely successful with the note that some students must be given extra guidance and counseling so that they have personal awareness to increase their learning independence by providing understanding, direction, and directions for independence so that they are active in studying to achieve their desired goals.

Abstract

This research examines strategies for improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among teachers by strengthening Servant Leadership, Organizational Culture, Interpersonal Communication, and Perceived Organizational Support (POS). The study, conducted in a private high school in Depok, Indonesia, utilizes a quantitative approach and path analysis to evaluate the direct and indirect effects of these variables on OCB. The results show that Servant Leadership, Organizational Culture, Interpersonal Communication, and POS all have direct positive and significant effects on OCB. Additionally, POS acts as an effective intervening variable, enhancing the impact of Servant Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Interpersonal Communication on OCB. The research findings suggest that fostering these factors can significantly improve OCB, which in turn enhances organizational effectiveness and the overall educational environment. The SITOREM analysis further identifies key indicators that need strengthening to optimize the strategies for increasing OCB in educational settings.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out students learning interest and its implication toward counseling and guidance service. Research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data taken by questionnaire, observation and interview. There are 30 question on the questionnaire given to 45 students.The questionnare is given to the respondents of counseling and guidance teacher, headmaster, and students. Observation is done by observing the learning process. Data analysis technique is done by collecting, grouping, analyzing, and interpreting the data. The result shows that the analysis of students learning interest and its implication toward counseling and guidance service is in Good Category.

Abstract

Pendidikan sangat penting bagi pengembangan individu, dengan minat belajar sebagai kunci keberhasilan. Minat belajar merupakan respons positif terhadap aktivitas belajar. Pada masa remaja, interaksi dengan teman sebaya sangat memengaruhi pembentukan identitas dan minat belajar. Lingkungan teman sebaya dapat menjadi motivator atau penghambat. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami peran teman sebaya dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Sebanyak 15 artikel jurnal dan prosiding relevan dari Google Scholar, menggunakan tabel inklusi yang telah ditentukan, diidentifikasi dan dievaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teman sebaya memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi belajar di sekolah. Studi-studi yang diulas menunjukkan bahwa interaksi dan dukungan emosional teman sebaya berkorelasi kuat dengan peningkatan minat belajar, bahkan pada siswa slow learner. Kualitas interaksi teman sebaya memengaruhi sikap siswa terhadap belajar. Maka, menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif dan mendorong interaksi positif antar teman sebaya adalah strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa.

Abstract

In some literature, there are indications that the inner child has a negative impact if maintained. A solution is needed to reduce the negative impact of the inner child itself. Through a literature review, it is considered that group counseling with a reality approach is able to reduce the inner child in students. The purpose of this study was to test whether group counseling with a reality approach is able to reduce the inner child. This study is an experimental study with a time series design. The sample in this study were seven students who were selected purposively. Data were collected using the validated inner child scale technique and have a reliability that is worthy of being used as a research instrument. Data were analyzed nonparametrically through a sign test. The results of the study showed that group counseling with a reality approach was able to reduce the inner child. The results of this study are expected to be an additional reference in handling similar problems.

Abstract

Learning autonomy is the ability of students to direct themselves to learn autonomously without any encouragement from other parties. On the other hand, it is suspected that students will not be able to achieve independent learning without having a strong learning motivation. In some literature it is found that the condition of learning motivation has the potential to have an influence on the birth of learning independence in students. This study aims to determine whether learning motivation affects the learning independence of students at SMK Negeri 2 Kendari. This research is a quantitative research with a survey type. The population in this study were all students of SMK Negeri 2 Kendari in the academic year 2021/2022 with a total of 558 students. The sample was estimated by random sampling technique. To determine the sample size, Slovin's formula is used with a degree of error of 0.05 so that the sample is 233 students. Data were collected through a scale of motivation and learning independence. Data were analyzed both descriptively and through inferential statistics. The results showed that: a) students’ learning motivation was in the medium category, b) students’ learning independence was in the medium category, and c) learning motivation had a significant influence on the learning independence of SMK Negeri 2 Kendari students.
