Abstract

Sikap petani plasma kelapa sawit terhadap kinerja pelayanan dan kegiatan pada KUD KaryaTani di Desa Pandu Sanjaya, Kecamatan Pangkalan Lada, Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barattermasuk dalam kriteria baik. Sikap ini dipengaruhi oleh 4 indikator variabel antara lain: 1).Sikap petani plasma kelapa sawit terhadap kinerja pelayanan pinjaman; 2). Penilaian sikappetani plasma kelapa sawit terhadap kinerja pelayanan penyediaan pupuk; 3). Penilaian sikappetani plasma kelapa sawit terhadap kinerja pelayanan pembagian SHU; 4). Penilaian sikappetani plasma kelapa sawit terhadap kegiatan kinerja Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) daniuran tahunan. Dengan demikian, penilaian sikap petani plasma kelapa sawit terhadappelayanan dan kegiatan Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Karya Tani di Desa Pandu Sanjaya,Kecamatan Pangkalan Lada, Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat termasuk dalam keriteria “Baik”.Sementara permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh petani plasma kelapa sawit terhadap kinerjapelayanan dan kegiatan KUD Karya Tani di Desa Pandu Sanjaya yaitu masalah dalamketerbatasan penyediaan pupuk, terbatasnya stok pupuk yang ada di KUD Karya Tanimembuat anggota petani plasma harus mencarinya di luar untuk memenuhi jumlah pupukyang diperlukan. Masalah lain yang dihadapi oleh KUD Karya Tani yaitu masalah dalam halpelayanan, KUD Karya Tani membatasi pinjaman untuk anggota plasma sebesar Rp30.000.000,-. Hal ini berdampak pada petani plasma kelapa sawit dalam memenuhikeperluannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui gambaran umum usahatani Pepaya California Bapak Joko Winarso; 2) Menganalisis besarnya biaya produksi dan penerimaan usahatani Pepaya California Bapak Joko Winarso; 3) Menganalisis besarnya pendapatan dan Revenue Cost Ratio pada usahatani Pepaya California Bapak Joko Winarso. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Petuk Katimpun, Kecamatan Jekan Raya, Kota Palangka Raya selama 3 bulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa usahatani Pepaya California milik Bapak Joko Winarso dengan luas lahan 0,75 ha. Pada bulan November 2022 mengeluarkan biaya produksi sebesar Rp8.367.460 dan memperoleh penerimaan sebesar Rp16.430.000. Pendapatan yang diterima oleh Bapak Joko Winarso sebesar Rp8.062.540 dengan nilai Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) sebesar 1,96 dengan kriteria R/C > 1 layak atau menguntungkan, maka usahatani Pepaya California milik Bapak Joko Winarso menguntungkan dan layak untuk diusahakan.

Abstract

Teachers play an important role in shaping religious character in students. The school environment is a means of implementing character education because most children spend their time at school so that something they get at school will affect the development of children's character. The teacher's obligation as an educator is to plan, implement, assess, and evaluate quality learning is to provide education to children starting from an early age. Teachers as models for children both from positive and negative aspects and also provide a picture of life for students. This paper aims to describe religious character and describe how the role of teachers as educators in educational institutions in building religious character education for early childhood. This study uses a literature study method whose data sources are relevant and related to the role of teachers in religious character education for early childhood. The results of the study show that religious character is interpreted as an attitude or behavior that is obedient in carrying out the teachings of the religion that is believed, tolerant of the implementation of worship, and living in harmony with others. The role of teachers in early childhood religious character education can be seen from the strategies that teachers can apply to shape children's religious character including developing religious culture routinely in ordinary learning days, creating an educational institution environment that supports religious education, delivering formal education in learning with religious subject matter, and creating a religious situation or condition. Religious character education must be arranged in such a way that it will run according to the expected goals. To plan an instillation program, synergy is needed between parents, educators, and leaders in an institution.

Abstract

The golden age of early childhood is the period that underlies the next human life. In this period, children can hear, see, and imitate what they see, hear, and feel. Early childhood cognitive development is very important for child development, children need to be given cognitive stimulus to help other developmental stimuli. With cognitive stimulus, children can grow and develop well. By conducting an assessment of early childhood cognitive development, we can find out that each child has a different rate of cognitive development for each individual, what the child has not been able to achieve, find out what activity materials are considered inappropriate and materials so that teachers or parents can improve the methods and strategies that will be used. This assessment has a positive impact on the application of cognitive development, because it can improve the cognitive aspects of early childhood. Likewise with other aspects such as physical, social emotional, language, religious and moral values, and art. This paper aims to describe how cognitive development assessments in early childhood learning. This study uses a literature study method whose data sources are relevant and related to cognitive development assessments in early childhood learning. From the research results there are 4 stages of cognitive development including the sensory motor stage, pre-operational stage, concrete operational stage, and formal operational stage. There are several techniques and methods in assessing the education of children of this age, namely by observation, anecdotal notes, through conversation, through assignments, performance, work results, daily child development achievement scale (checklist), portfolio.

Abstract

The role of parents in early childhood education is based on Islamic teachings derived from the Qur'an and Hadith, especially regarding the obligation to seek knowledge for every individual. Early childhood education greatly influences the growth of children. The earliest early childhood education teachers are the parents themselves. In Islam, the responsibility and role of parents is not only limited to raising and providing for children. But also caring for, instilling values ​​of faith by teaching monotheism, teaching how to worship, teaching what is Halal and Haram according to Islam, and teaching children to be grateful for Allah's blessings. In addition, parents are also expected to be good role models for children and educate them with love. This paper aims to describe how the responsibility and role of parents in early childhood education, especially early childhood education from an Islamic perspective. This study uses a literature study method whose data sources are relevant and related to the role of parents in early childhood education according to Islam. The results of the study show various good practices in the role of parents in early childhood education according to Islam including instilling the values ​​of monotheism and true aqidah to children, teaching children to pray, teaching children to read the Koran, motivating children to always pray, teaching children to be grateful, motivating children to go to the mosque, teaching children to always maintain their genitals, teaching children to always maintain body cleanliness, teaching children to love each other as fellow creatures of Allah. The purpose of early childhood education is to help the growth and development of children's physical and spiritual so that they are ready to enter further education.

Abstract

Leadership is the peak of control in an organization, with the presence of a leader who can transform all activities optimally will facilitate the effectiveness and efficiency of all activities carried out together to achieve the agreed goals. In the realm of early childhood education, the leader in question is a kindergarten principal. The role of the kindergarten principal in the early childhood education environment is very important in creating a working atmosphere that supports the professional development of teachers. This study examines the leadership style applied by the kindergarten principal at TK Negeri in Takisung. The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership style, describe the partnership relationship between teachers and kindergarten principals and how the coaching and empowerment strategies carried out by the principals of TK Negeri Pembina Takisung and TK Al Ihsan Takisung. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data is obtained through observation, in-depth interviews with principals and teachers, and related documentation. The validity of the data is guaranteed through source triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the leadership style applied by the Principal of TK Negeri in Takisung, Tanah Laut Regency is a transformational leadership style. This style is reflected in his ability to inspire, motivate, and build collective commitment to positive change in the school environment.

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan alat analisis deskriptif kuantitatif , penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak sosial perkebunan kelapa sawit terhadap Desa Durian Kait, Kecamatan Batu Ampar, Kabupaten Seruyan, serta biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan faktor-faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Durian Kait di Kecamatan Batu Ampar Kabupaten Seruyan, dan subjeknya adalah petani kelapa sawit rakyat mandiri. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja. Ada tiga puluh petani yang diambil sampel. Metode sampel acak sederhana digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel. Tiga Puluh petani kelapa sawit rakyat mandiri dipilih melalui undian. Data primer dan sekunder adalah sumber data dari penelitian ini. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan dampak sosial perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat mandiri. Hasil analisis usahatani kelapa sawit: biaya total tahunan sebesar Rp. 38.086.405, penerimaan tahunan sebesar Rp. 192.769.455, dan pendapatan tahunan sebesar Rp. 154.683.050. Sebelum dan sesudah perkebunan kelapa sawit, infrastruktur pertanian seperti jalan dan jembatan muncul karena lahan masih kosong. Ada juga infrastruktur yang tidak digunakan, seperti sarana sosial Gedung TK, Gedung SD, dan Gedung SMP, sarana keamanan Polindes dan Posyandu, dan sarana umum Kantor Desa dan Aula Desa.
