Abstract

Manusia adalah mahluk sosial yang membutuhkan manusia lain dalam menjalankan kehidupan sehari-hari, maka dari itu membutuhkan komunikasi agar tetap bisa menjalin hubungan dengan sesamanya. Proses komunikasi pun juga bisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan peran media yang ada untuk memudahkan lancarnya komunikasi. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, maka perkembangan media pun juga semakin canggih. Salah satunya adalah keberadaan media sosial. Dalam era digital ini, perkembangan media sosial pun sudah mulai berkemabang pesat, bahkan sudah masuk dalam kehidupan di zaman sekarang utamanya dalam dunia pendidikan yang juga mengandalkan sosial media sebagai sarana serta menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran yang tidak bisa di lakukan secara offline(tatap muka). Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) etika komunikasi dalam menggunakan media sosial ini meliputi etika komunikasi dalam konteks waktu, isi pesan, dan komunikan; (2) jenis media sosial yang digunakan adalah WhatsApp dan Youtube. Kata Kunci : Etika Penggunaan Media Sosial, Perspektif Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

This community service aims to examine community empowerment in understanding and optimizing a healthy environment in Salak Village, Randuagung District, Lumajang Regency, East Java. This study uses a participatory action research method with FGD techniques for collecting data through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the people of Salak Village do not yet have sufficient understanding of the importance of a healthy environment and do not yet have the ability to optimize their surrounding environment. However, with community empowerment through training and mentoring, the community can have sufficient knowledge, skills, and awareness to optimize a healthy environment and improve their quality of life. This study recommends that community empowerment must be carried out sustainably and involve all relevant stakeholders.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the accuracy of backhand punches of badminton extracurricular participants at MIS Tarbiyatul Mubtadiin, Labruk Lor, Lumajang. The background of this study is the low backhand punching ability of students. The approach used was quantitative descriptive with a survey method, involving 36 students. Data was collected through skill tests that emphasized the accuracy of backhand shots and the movement skills that underpin the technique. The analysis uses descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode). The results showed that the average accuracy of the backhand shot increased from 44% to 54.85% after training using the shuttlecock  bait throwing method. Students' movement skills also reached an average of 59.9%. These findings show an increase in skills that are in the sufficient category. Structured training makes a positive contribution and can be the basis for the preparation of more intensive training programs in badminton's extracurricular activities.Keywords: Skills, backhand punches, badminton, descriptive surveys  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan ketepatan pukulan backhand peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis di MIS Tarbiyatul Mubtadiin, Labruk Lor, Lumajang. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan pukulan backhand siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan 36 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes keterampilan yang menekankan ketepatan pukulan backhand dan keterampilan gerak yang mendukung teknik tersebut. Analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif (mean, median, modus). Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata ketepatan pukulan backhand meningkat dari 44% menjadi 54,85% setelah pelatihan menggunakan metode lempar umpan shuttlecock . Keterampilan gerak siswa juga mencapai rata-rata 59,9%. Temuan ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan yang berada pada kategori cukup. Pelatihan yang terstruktur memberikan kontribusi positif dan dapat menjadi dasar penyusunan program latihan yang lebih intensif dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis.Kata Kunci: Keterampilan, pukulan backhand, bulutangkis, survei deskriptif

Abstract

Developing the quality of educators in Islamic boarding schools plays a crucial role in realizing competitive Islamic boarding schools, adapting to current developments, and being open to renewal. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of collaborative development with educators to create competitive Islamic boarding schools. The study employed a qualitative approach with a multi-site case study design at Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School and Amanatullah Islamic Boarding School. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation using purposive sampling techniques, and analyzed using triangulation. The research results show that, first, educator quality development planning tends to be conducted periodically, taking into account the complexity of the problems, the characteristics of human resources, and the needs of the development program. Second, the implementation pattern of educator quality development varies according to the governance and leadership style applied; the more participatory and adaptive the leadership, the greater the opportunity for integration between traditional values ​​and modern management practices. Third, educator quality evaluation generally includes aspects of institutional performance, the effectiveness of the learning process, educator self-reflection, and analysis of the institutional context. Fourth, follow-up to mutual development requires the implementation of sustainable mutual management principles realized through training programs, a tiered evaluation system, and consistent stakeholder involvement. This finding confirms that systematic and contextual development of educator quality is an important factor in building the competitiveness of Islamic boarding schools in the modern era.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of digital media, especially learning videos and educational game applications, in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts at SD Negeri 101/II Bungo. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and students, as well as direct observation of learning activities involving digital media. Data analysis was carried out using reduction, display, and verification techniques to identify the main themes that emerged from interviews and observations. The results show that digital media, especially learning videos and game applications, can increase student engagement, make it easier for them to understand mathematical concepts, and increase learning motivation. Students who use this media are more active and have a deeper understanding compared to students who use conventional learning methods. The implications of this study show that the use of digital media in mathematics learning can be an effective solution to improve the quality of education, especially in areas with limited resources. The research also provides new insights into the role of technology in primary education, and encourages further development of the use of digital media for more holistic learning.
