Abstract

The Long jump is a jump event contested in athletic. To be a long jumper a few factors that must be met such as physical, technical and mental. Every sports activites both race, game, and definitly  requires competition physical condition named speed. An effort to achieve the maximum distance of jumps, a jumpers is required to have the speed and power required at the time took in approach and a foothold in the started. The productof speed and strenght is explosive power. The aim of this research is to know correlation between speed running andexplosive power Of Limbs onLong Jump abilitytoward VIII Grade students SMPN 1 Southwestern Praya Central Lombok in 2019/2020. This study use a double design, the population of this study was proportional random sampling with population number is 79, and the sample is 28 chosing and proportional random sampling. The data analysis technique used was SPSS 17.0. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concludes that there is a significant Correlation between Running Speed and Explosive power of Limbs to long jump ability, provenR count (R˳) = 1,000 after significant test using the F test,the obtained Sig.Is smaller than a = 0.00 <∝ 0.05).

Abstract

Massage is a manipulation of soft tissue structures that are applied to the human body to create a sense of calm, comfort, relaxation, and reduce pain. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the effectiveness of giving massage with active recovery to the decrease in pulse rate in the Putra Ungga Electric volleyball athletes in 2020. This study used an unpaired t test, also commonly referred to as a different sample t test because the distribution of the data compared come from two different groups. The research sample was 20 people. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of giving massage the average pulse rate of 150 are greater when compared to active recovery which has an average pulse value of 120, so that the results of giving massage with active recovery have the same slight difference in effectiveness. The result of the t calculation based on the above formula is the t count which is 2.163 which is compared to the t table at a significant level of 5% at the degrees of freedom (df = N-1) = (10-1 = 9) which is 1.833. From these results, it can be concluded that there is an effectiveness of giving massage with active recovery to decrease pulse rate in the Putra Ungga Electric volleyball athletes in 2020 and the null hypothesis that the author proposes (Ha) is accepted because t-count > t-table (2.163 > 1833).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student learning profcess at SDN Pengembur Elementary School. The method used in achieving these goals is to use data, observation and docomentation and perform analysis. The population in the study amounted to 26 students for the 100 m running sport which was specifically involved in class VI at SDN Pengembur. The learning outcomems of each assessment can score a percentage of the medium category oof pre-test 71.4 post-test 80 category of high KKM category is the pre-test 85 post-test 87.28.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh latihan small sided games 6 vs 6 dan 7 vs 7 terhadap kecepatan, kelincahan, dan keterampilan dribbling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi experimental design) dan menggunakan matching-only design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 36 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga instrumen penelitian, yaitu Tes kecepatan lari 40m untuk megukur kecepatan, Tes lari model Z untuk mengukur kelincahan, dan keterampilan dribbling. Sedangkan analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji beda (t-test) dan multivariat analisis of variance (MANOVA). Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat peningkatan yang lebih signifikan pada kedua kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Kecepatan terjadi peningkatan pada kedua kelompok eksperimen I dan II, tingkat kelincahan lebih terlihat pengaruhnya pada kelompok eksperimen I, sedangkan keterampilan dribbling terjadi peningkatan pada ketiga kelompok penelitian, baik kelompok ekperimen I, kelompok eksperimen II maupun kelompok ekspeimen III, namun berdasarkan dari hasil rerata yang tidak sama, hal ini menunjukankan variabel small sided games 6 vs 6 dan small sided games 7 vs 7 terbukti mampu berpengaruh terhadap ketiga variabel terikat akan tetapi relatif tidak sama, hal ini bisa disebabkan karena keterbatasan waktu yang ada dan minimnya pertemuan perlakuan perminggunya yang diberikan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze (1) the effect of 40-yard square-carioca training on speed; (2) the effect of 40-yard square-carioca training on agility; (3) the effect of snake jump training on speed; (4) the effect of snake jump training on agility; (5) which one is the most effective 40-yard square-carioca exercise or snake jump for speed; (6) which one is the most effective 40-yard square-carioca exercise or snake jump for agility. The sampel of this research is soccer students extracurricular of SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsari, with 30 subjects. this study is quantitative with a quasi-experimental method. The design of this study uses only matching design, with data analysis using ANOVA. Data retrieval uses a 30 meters sprint to measure speed and agility t-test to measure agility at pretest and posttest. Furthermore, the research data were analyzed using the help of SPSS series 22.0. The results showed: (1) There is a significant effect of the 40-yard square-carioca training program on speed; (2) There is a significant effect of the 40-yard square-carioca training program on agility; (3) There is a significant influence on the snake jump training program on speed; (4) There is a significant influence on the snake jump training program on agility; (5) The most effective exercise is a 40-yard square-carioca; (6) The most effective exercise is a 40-yard square-carioca. Based on the results, we can concluded that both experimental groups have an increase to improve in speed and agility for each group after being given training. In addition, there is a better (effective) influence between the three groups seen from the increase in speed and agility through the ANOVA test, where a 40-yard square-carioca exercise gives a better influence than the snake jump and control group exercises on speed and agility. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang: (1) pengaruh latihan 40-yard square-carioca terhadap kecepatan; (2) pengaruh latihan 40-yard square-carioca terhadap kelincahan; (3) pengaruh latihan snake jump terhadap kecepatan; (4) pengaruh latihan snake jump terhadap kelincahan; (5) manakah paling efektif latihan 40-yard square-carioca dan snake jump terhadap kecepatan; (6) manakah paling efektif latihan 40-yard square-carioca dan snake jump terhadap kelincahan. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsari dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan matching only design, dengan analisis data menggunakan ANOVA. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tes lari 30 meter dan tes agilityT-test pada saat pretest dan posttest. Selanjutnya data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS seri 22.0. Hasil penelitian menujukkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan program latihan 40-yard square-carioca terhadap kecepatan; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan program latihan 40-yard square-carioca terhadap kelincahan; (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan program latihan snake jump terhadap kecepatan; (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan program latihan snake jump terhadap kelincahan; (5) Yang paling efektif antara latihan 40-yard square-carioca dan snake jump dalam meningkatkan kecepatan adalah 40-yard square-carioca; (6) Yang paling efektif antara latihan 40-yard square-carioca dan snake jump dalam meningkatkan kelincahan adalah 40-yard square-carioca. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kecepatan dan kelincahan untuk masing-masing kelompok setelah diberikan latihan. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh yang lebih baik (efektif) antara ketiga kelompok dilihat dari peningkatan kecepatan dan kelincahan melalui uji ANOVA, dimana latihan 40-yard square-carioca memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dari latihan snake jump dan kelompok kontrol terhadap kecepatan dan kelincahan. Abstract

Permainan bola basket merupakan salah satu diantara banyak cabang olahraga yang populer di masyarakat. Bola basket dikenal dengan istilah Passing, yaitu mengoper bola dengan satu atau ke dua lengan. Agar menjadi pemain yang baik, dibutuhkan penguasaan teknik dasar yang baik, salah satunya adalah chest pass. Kurangnya kemampuan siswa ekstrakurikuler dalam melakukan gerakan chest pass menjadi topik peneliti untuk mengkaji lebih mendalam sehingga penulis menganggap bahwa, tidak adanya perhatian penting untuk komponen kekuatan dalam melakukan gerakan sedangkan kemampuan kekuatan menjadi daya dorong yang begitu penting. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh latihan pull up dan push up terhadap peningkatan ketermpilan chest pass pada permainan bola basket putra SMAN 1 Praya Barat Daya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan randomized pretest posttest group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler Sekolah Menengah Atas dengan sampel sebanyak 30 Siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik statistik deskriptif model distribusi frekuensi, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis dengan rumus uji t. Berdasarkan analisis data pada uji t didapat jika t hitung > t tabel atau 78.41> 1,76 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa, metode dengan latihan push up lebih efektik dibandingkan dengan latihan pull up.

Abstract

The training in injury handling or what is called Sports Injury is very important to do especially for sports teachers at the Elementary, Junior, High School, and coach levels. Moreover, physical education lecturers at Institut Pendidikan Nusantara Global holdtraining for the community to expand and increase the knowledge of sports players. By doing so, they can further explore the handling of injuries to students and even athletes when competing so that athletes who experience injuries or dislocations when competing compete more quickly handled.

Abstract

Badminton is one of the sports that are the pride of the Indonesian nation. Badminton players will be very influential if they improve their playing skills. No less important for society in general, physical education lecturers at the Nusantara Global Institute of Education conduct training for the community to broaden and add to the knowledge of sports practitioners. By doing this, it is hoped that they will provide coaches and badminton players with an understanding of the importance of long-term training programs in badminton.

Abstract

Karate is a martial art. One of the kick techniques in karate martial arts is mawashi geri. In martial arts, the frequency of this kick is very decisive. This technique, if it hits the right target, will result in 3 points in one kick. This study aims to prove that adding core training to balance training can increase the frequency of mawashi geri kicks in karate athletes. This research is experimental with pre-test and post-test control group design, conducted at the Dojo of SMAN 2 Praya. There were 28 research subjects who were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group consisting of 14 samples. The control group was given only balance training while the treatment group was given a combination of balance training and core training. The control group was given 5 repetitions, 3 sets, 3 times a week for 6 weeks and the treatment group was given 3 repetitions, 3 sets, 3 times a week for 6 weeks for balance training and 2 repetitions, 3 sets, 3 times a week, for 6 weeks for core training. Mawashi geri kick frequency was measured twice pre-post per 10 seconds. Data were analyzed by paired t-test and independent t-test. There was an increase in the frequency of mawashi geri kicks in the > control group from 7.71 ± 0.97 times/10 seconds to 12.35 ± 1.95 times/10 seconds after training (p Treatment group from 7.85 ± 0.96 times/ 10 seconds to 13.71 ± 1.35 times/10 seconds (p (.0.001). The increase in the frequency of the treatment group was 5.85 times/10 seconds higher than (.0.001> the control group 4.57 times/10 seconds (p <0.025). Conclusion: The training of both groups equally affects kick frequency. However, the combination of balance training and core training is better at increasing the frequency of mawashi geri kicks in karate athletes than balance training alone

Abstract

Karate is a martial art that was developed in China in 1990. Karate is a self-defense technique with bare hands or without weapons." he added "Karate comes from two Kanji letters; kara means empty, while te means hand. Physical education lecturers at the Nusantara Global Institute of Education conduct training for the community to broaden and add to the knowledge of karate martial arts practitioners. By conducting this training, it is hoped that they will provide an understanding for coaches and karate martial arts athletes of the importance of long-term training programs in karate martial arts.
