Abstract

This study aims to answer the questions of what is the consideration of judges in the Lamongan Religious Court on the establishment of marriage dispensation on the grounds of being able to give so-called nafkah (feed) and what is the perspective of Islamic Law and Marriage Law in Indonesia against the establishment of Lamongan Religious Court judges about marriage dispensation on the grounds to be able to give nafkah. In order to answer the above questions, the writer used data collection techniques through documentation and interviews by using descriptive analysis with deductive mindset. The study concludes that the judge stipulating the dispensation of marriage on the grounds of being able to give nafkah is based on the fulfillment of the conditions of marriage except the age requirement for the prospective grooms having not reached the age of 19 years, as meant in the Compilation of Islamic Law Article 15 paragraph 1: (1) "For the benefit of families and households, marriage shall only be carried out if the legal age of marriage as stipulated in Article 7 of Law No.1 year 1974 namely the groom is at least 19 years old and the bride is at least 16 years old". Then supported by some written evidence as well as witnesses, the decision of Lamongan Religious Court in the establishment of marriage dispensation is very relevant to Islamic Law and Law no. 1 of 1974. Although, basically in its legal considerations, the judges are less concerned about the skills of the groom. Thus, such establishment has no implications for the validity of marriage, since in fiqh it is permissible as long as there is no element of fraud or any party to be harmed by the marriage.

Abstract

The bachelor thesis entitled "Improving the quality of students in learning the History of Islamic Culture through the media mind mapping (In Islamic Junior High School / SMP Tanfirul Ghoyyi Lamongan) is the result of qualitative research aimed at answering questions on how to improve the quality of students in learning the History of Islamic Culture through media mind mapping, what are the efforts of teachers in improving the quality of students in learning the History of Islamic Culture through the media mind mapping, how are the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of students in learning the History of Islamic Culture through the media mind mapping. To obtain complete data, this research uses a qualitative approach. In data collection, the writer uses interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis are through data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that improving the quality of students in learning the History of Islamic Culture through the media mind mapping is the quality of student-based active, fun, contemporary learning. The efforts of teachers in improving the quality of students in learning the History of Islamic Culture through the media mind mapping are giving explanations of mind mapping techniques, effective reading techniques to find keywords included in the mind mapping, writing systematic mind mapping techniques. Supporting factors are the availability of mind mapping software, online information technology that provides a variety of inspirations for the preparation of mind mapping, creativity of teachers in making mind mapping, student enthusiasm in making mind mapping; while inhibiting factors are students' difficulties to determine the effective and relevant material that are displayed in the mind mapping, the length of time of learning, and excessive mind mapping presentation.

Abstract

This research is to find out the meaning of La Ilaha Illa Allah according to Said Nursi in a cosmological and ontological perspective. This research is based on the questions on the Said Nursi's view of God and the Said Nursi's proof of the God's existence. Through a library research, it could be concluded that the meaning of la ila ha illa Allah, as explained by Said Nursi, is to explain the God's creation, the universe. Because human reason is impossible to understand God directly. therefore, there needs to be an explanation of God's creation. The explanation of God's creation is the meaning of la ilaha illa Allah according to Said Nursi. God is the Most Greatest that will not be understood by weak human reason. God is also the Most Perfect Being whose perfection cannot be compared to anything. Therefore, for Said Nursi the God's majesty and perfection are incarnated on every sheet of the face of the universe, both at the level of the macrocosm and the microcosm, through His attributes, names, and actions, which are very transparent to be witnessed by human reason.

Abstract

Pengembangan Koperasi Adat Berbasis Syariah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pedagang lokal di Pasar Mama Mama Papua, Kota Jayapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa koperasi adat berbasis syariah memberikan dampak positif bagi kesejahteraan pedagang melalui prinsip-prinsip syariah seperti keadilan, kesetaraan, dan keberlanjutan ekonomi. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi dukungan pemerintah, komitmen komunitas lokal, dan integrasi nilai adat dengan syariah. Implikasi pengembangan koperasi ini meliputi peningkatan pendapatan, efisiensi perdagangan, dan solidaritas sosial. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan kebijakan ekonomi kerakyatan dan pembinaan berkelanjutan sebagai langkah strategis untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa koperasi berbasis syariah adalah model efektif untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai adat dan syariah.

Abstract

The reconstruction of Islamic pedagogic concepts and the integration of humanistic values in contemporary Islamic education is a strategic response to global challenges such as spiritual crises, social pressures, and moral decadence. This research aims to explore how Islamic pedagogic concepts can be reconstructed with an approach to the humanistic values of Islamic education in the contemporary era? And what are the forms of integration of humanistic values in learning practices in Islamic educational institutions? The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) This approach is also in accordance with the guidelines of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and MetaAnalyses (PRISMA). The results of the study show that pedagogic approaches based on humanistic values, such as empathy, self-awareness, spirituality, and active participation, are able to present a learning space that is not only cognitive, but also touches the affective and moral dimensions of students. Thus, humanistic Islamic education is not only a bridge between tradition and modernity, but also a cultural and spiritual force in building a generation that is intelligent, moral, and ready to face the dynamics of the world wisely
