Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of education and training on employee productivity. The research method used is descriptive-quantitative, with a focus on the causal relationship between education and training as the independent variables and productivity as the dependent variable. The results of the study show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, indicating the importance of investing in effective education and training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge and overall increase company productivity.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Peningkatan Sumber Daya Aparatur Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan  Masyarakat Pada Kantor Kelurahan Moengko Kecamatan Poso Kota Kabupaten Poso. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan ini adalah pendekatan Kualitatif. Melalui penggunaan metode ini peneliti dapat menggambarkan serta mengkaji objek penelitian dengan lebih spesifik dan mendetail  tanpa membut perbandingan dan dapat digunakan untuk mencari solusi atas permasalahan yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Moenir sebagai landasan dalam penelitian ini yaitu; 1).Layanan Lisan adalah memberikan penjelasan atau keterangan kepada siapapun yang memerlukan. 2).Layanan Tulisan adalah layanan berupa petunjuk, informasi dan yang sejenis petunjuk pada orang-orang yang barkepentingan, agar memudahkan mereka dalam berurusan dengan instansi atau lembaga. 3).Layanan Perbuatan merupakan faktor keahlian dan keterampilan petugas sangat menentukan hasil perbuatan atau pekerjaan. Dalam Peningkatan Sumber Daya Aparatur Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Masyarakat Pada Kantor Kelurahan Moengko Kecamatan Poso Kota Kabupaten Poso, berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan ada faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu ; Keteladanan Pemimpin, Tingkat Pendidikan,  dan Penempatan Pegawai. Abstract:  This study was conducted with the aim of determining the Improvement of Civil Servants' Resources on the Quality of Public Service at the Moengko Village Office, Poso District, Poso City, Poso Regency. The research method in this writing is a Qualitative approach. Through the use of this method, researchers can describe and examine the object of research more specifically and in detail without making comparisons and can be used to find solutions to existing problems. This study uses Moenir's theory as the basis for this study, namely; 1). Oral Service is providing explanations or information to anyone who needs it. 2). Written Service is a service in the form of instructions, information and similar instructions to interested people, to make it easier for them to deal with agencies or institutions. 3). Service Action is a factor of expertise and skills of officers that greatly determine the results of actions or work. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas kepemimpinan Camat Mori Atas Kabupaten Morowali Utara sebagai dinamisator, modernisator dan sebagai pelopor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah  penelitian secara deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif yang menggambarkan elemen-elemen dari apa yang sebenarnya dimaksudkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Camat Mori Atas telah melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik sebagai seorang pemimpin yang bertindak selaku dinamisator, modernisator dan pelopor dalam menggerakkan seluruh sumber daya aparatur yang bekerja pada Kantor Camat Mori Atas dan patut dijadikan panutan dan teladan bagi para pegawai sebagai Abdi Negara dan Abdi masyarakat. Abstract: This study aims to see the effectiveness of the leadership of the Head of Mori Atas District, North Morowali Regency as a dynamic, modernizer and pioneer. The research method used in the study is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Descriptive qualitative data analysis that describes the elements of what is actually meant in this study. The results of the study indicate that the Head of Mori Atas District has carried out his duties well as a leader who acts as a dynamic, modernizer and pioneer in mobilizing all human resources working at the Mori Atas District Office and should be used as a role model and example for employees as State Servants and Public Servants

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kelurahan Bailo Baru, Kecamatan Ampana Kota dan mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kelurahan Bailo Baru, Kecamatan Ampana Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Bailo Baru, Kecamatan Ampana Kota, Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una. Abstract

This study explores the interconnections among transformational leadership, employee motivation, employee commitment, and financial management efficiency in the Central Sulawesi banking sector, Indonesia. It aims to uncover how transformational leadership and employee motivation impact a company's financial management efficiency and assesses the mediating function of employee commitment in this context. The research encompasses a sample of 396 employees drawn from various Central Sulawesi banks, selected via convenient sampling. Inclusion criteria encompassed a minimum one-year tenure at their current organization and direct exposure to their superiors' leadership styles and familiarity with financial management practices. Data collection entailed a self-administered questionnaire comprising four sections. The first segment gathered demographic data, including age, gender, education, job position, and tenure. The second assessed transformational leadership, employing adapted items from the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ). It scrutinized idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The third section gauged employee motivation, adapting items from the Work Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation Scale (WEIMS), covering extrinsic and intrinsic motivation factors. The fourth section measured financial performance efficiency, considering metrics such as stock price, firm innovativeness, and learning orientation. It also assessed employee commitment, comprising affective, continuance, and normative commitment. Responses utilized a Likert-type scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). A pilot test ascertained questionnaire clarity and comprehensibility. The findings illuminate the intricate web of factors impacting financial management efficiency, underscoring employee motivation and transformational leadership's pivotal roles, mediated by employee commitment. This study enriches practical and theoretical understanding, offering invaluable insights for leaders, managers, and researchers striving to enhance financial management efficiency and organizational performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Pelayanan sepenuh hati adalah pelayanan yang berasal dari dalam sanubari atau diri kita. Pelayanan Sepenuh hati dilakukan dengan penuh rasa keikhlasan dan tanggung jawab. PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan aparat desa tentang pelayanan prima melalui pelayanan sepenuh hati dengan memahami emosi, kompetensi, mengelola emosi-emosi, bersikap kreatif dan memotivasi diri sendiri serta kemampuan untuk menyelaraskan emosi-emosi orang lain. Kegiatan Pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan dalam 3 tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan praktek. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan pengetahuan aparat desa tentang pelayanan prima melalui pelayanan sepenuh hati.  Abstract  Wholehearted service is a service that comes from within our hearts or selves. Wholehearted service is carried out with a full sense of sincerity and responsibility. This PKM aims to increase the knowledge of village officials about excellent service through wholehearted service by understanding emotions, competence, managing emotions, being creative and motivating oneself and the ability to align the emotions of others. The implementation of PKM activities is carried out in 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation and practice. The results of the activity show that there is an increase in the knowledge of village officials about excellent service through wholehearted service.

Abstract

The success of public sector organizations in achieving optimal performance is greatly influenced by leadership style and employee work motivation. However, challenges still exist in implementing effective leadership and adequate motivation to improve employee performance in the public sector. This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used to provide an objective and measurable overview of the relationships among variables. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale from all employees of Central Sulawesi, involving 172 respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3 software with path analysis to test both direct and indirect effects among the variables. The results showed that leadership style significantly influences work motivation, and work motivation significantly affects employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation was found to significantly mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, while the direct effect of leadership style on employee performance was not statistically significant. These findings highlight the crucial role of work motivation as a bridge between leadership and performance improvement in public sector organizations.

Abstract

Penyebaran virus Corona sangat cepat hingga sampai di kota Poso Sulawesi Tengah dan mecemaskan masyarakat. Menyikapi keadaan ini, Rekor Universitas Sintuwu Maroso Poso membentuk Tim Covid-19 berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Rektor Nomor 32 tahun 2020 tentang Susunan Panitia Tim Gugus Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 Universitas Sintuwu Maroso. Atas instruksi Rektor, Tim Covid-19 melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu penyemprotan desinfektan di Pamona Puselemba. Kegiatan ini dilakukan karena adanya permintaan dari Camat dan tokoh masyarakat setempat, serta sebagai bentuk kepedulian Universitas Sintuwu Maroso untuk bersama-sama menangkal penyebaran virus Corona. Selain melakukan penyemprotan, Tim Covid-19 membagikan desinfektan kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan penyemprotan sendiri di rumah masing-masing. Pada awal Tim melakukan penyemprotan, ada kecemasan masyarakat karena Tim Covid-19 dianggap Tim dari Rumah Sakit yang akan menjemput pasien positif Corona. Pemerintah dan masyarakat Pamona Puselemba mengharapkan ada penyemprotan yang bersifat periodik untuk mencegah penyebaran virus Corona.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to deliver knowledge to farmer group so that they can improve their skills in making fermented rice straws for animal feed. The study methods used were survey, lecture, discussion, question and answer, socialization and evaluation. The target of the service activity is the farmer group. The socialization carried out explained the materials and tools used for fermenting rice straw, the nutrition quality of rice straw, the benefits of fermented rice straw, and the processing techniques of fermented rice straw. The results of the activity evaluation showed that farmer group knowledge concerning the materials and tools used for fermenting rice straw increased by 46,25%, knowledge regarding the nutrition quality of rice straw increased by 40,98%, knowledge about the benefits of fermented rice straw increased by 42,67% and knowledge of fermented rice straw processing techniques increased by 40,28%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee competence and its influence on service quality at the Central Sulawesi Public Service Mall. The population of this study is the community that uses the services of the Central Sulawesi Province Public Service Mall, while the sample of this study was determined using the accidental sampling technique. This technique is used with the consideration that the sample of this study is all people who come and use services at the Public Service Mall. This means that anyone who comes and is served will be used as a research sample. The data collection technique in this study uses observation and research questionnaires, while the data analysis of this study uses descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that employee competence has a significant effect on service quality at the Central Sulawesi Public Service Mall. This is indicated by the results of the regression test which confirms that competence has a real contribution to improving the quality of public services. Meanwhile, the results of descriptive statistics show that the knowledge dimension is the most dominant aspect of competence, while the trait dimension, especially the ability to deal with pressure, is still low. On the other hand, the highest service quality is seen in the assurance aspect, while the reliability dimension still needs to be improved, especially in relation to complaint resolution
