Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of learning management on the learning achievements of Christian education. The data analysis methods used were simple correlation analysis method, simple linear regression analysis and t test. The samples in this study were 95 Christian students of state senior high school. The relationship between Learning Management (X) and Learning Achievement (Y) amounted to 0.661. The correlation relationship rate was in the high category. So there was a positive relationship with the low category between Learning Management and Student Learning Achievement. R Square of 0.437 this showed that the influence of Learning Management with Student Learning Achievement was 43.70% and the remaining 56.3% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. The t test was conducted by comparing tcount and ttable. In accordance with the testing requirements that tcount (3,580) > ttable (0,2796), this means that the variables of Learning Management have a positive and significant influence on the Student Learning Achievement. Thus Ho refused and Ha was accepted. Considering the high influence of learning management on learning achievement, teachers need to reorganize the learning patterns of Christian education. The focus of change is directed at planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the materials and the class as well.

Abstract

Flexing becomes a phenomenon that threatens the morality of the younger generation of Christians in this disruption era. The question that then arises is, this is just a common phenomenon, or is it the form of failure of Christian parents to shape the child's personality? In Christian education in the family sphere, learning is emphasized on developing the potential of spiritual intelli-gence (psychiatric or spiritual and inner). The family is the right place for the growth of awareness of the beginning of the purpose and existence of life. It is the responsibility of the family to ensure that a child develops and grows into a good adult human being and can take care of himself, and not depend on others. The formation of personality at an early age is something that must be fulfilled and cannot be delayed. It is said that approximately 85% of basic human personalities are formed at the age of 0-6 years, and the rest are just polishing. This study aims to prove how much influence character cultivation by parents has on the potential flexing in children. The approach used in this study is quantitative, with a sample of 100 children. The results of data collection are analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23.0. The results of the study proved that the cultivation of personality by parents affected the flexing potential of children by 69%, while 31% was influenced by other factors. Further findings in this study, the formation of behavior in a planned, systematic, and targeted manner was shown to be able to reduce the potential for flexing by 73% in children. As a contribution to this study, it is recommended to parents instill humility, meek, patience, love, and peace in children from an early age. This has been shown to be able to ward off flexing which is a negative effect of the disruption era.

Abstract

Learning evaluation should be able to provide useful feedback for learning improvement, as well as provide a clear picture of the achievement of educational goals. The Introduction to Christian Religious Education course should be a forum that educates students to deeply understand Christian teachings. Students are not only required to understand religious teachings theoretically, but also to be able to analyze, evaluate, and relate these teachings to real life. This study aims to analyze the Implementation of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) Based Evaluation in Learning Introduction to Christian Religious Education Students of PAK Study Program Semester One Year Academic 2024/2025 at IAKN Tarutung. The method used is qualitative research method type of field research. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. This research uses descriptive analysis techniques to describe the results of the data obtained. Data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The validity of the data obtained in this study was checked using triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the Implementation of HOTS Based Evaluation in Learning Introduction to Christian Religious Education First Semester PAK Study Program Students Year Academic 2024/2025 at IAKN Tarutung has been carried out by the lecturer teaching the course. The HOTS Based Evaluation Implementation Process in Introductory Christian Religious Education Learning that has been carried out is: 1) HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) based evaluation planning in Introduction to Christian Religious Education learning which includes: Determining evaluation objectives, compiling question grids and compiling questions; 2) Implementation of HOTS based evaluation in learning Introduction to Christian Religious Education which includes: collecting data, verifying data, processing and analyzing data, interpreting and drawing conclusions; 3) Follow-up evaluation based on HOTS in learning Introduction to Christian Religious Education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of the application of reinforcement skills by PAK Teachers in the learning process at the junior high school level in the Ministry of Religion of Toba Regency in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The population of this study was all PAK teachers at the junior high school level in the Ministry of Religion of Toba Regency, totaling 146 people. The sample in the study was 20% of 146 = 28 people. Based on the data analysis test, the application of reinforcement skills by PAK Teachers in the Learning process at the junior high school level in the Ministry of Religion of Toba Regency in the 2024/2025 Academic Year in general was 96.46% and was categorized as very strong. From the hypothesis test, it is known that the t_count test = 47.53 ≥ t_table28-1,a = 5% is 1.701, where t_count ≤ t_table is 47.537 1.70. Thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the Analysis of the Application of Reinforcement Skills by PAK Teachers in the Learning Process at the junior high school level in the Ministry of Religion of Toba Regency TP. 2024/2025 ≥ 75% of expected.

Abstract

Indonesia kaya akan keaneka ragaman suku bangsa, golongan, dan lapisan sosial di dalam kehidupannya. Termasuk dari segi keragaman budaya yang sangat beragam di Indonesia. Keragaman budaya di Indonesia dituangkan dalam bentuk kain dan tenunan tradisional, diantaranya adalah kain ulos dari Sumatera Utara. Sumatera utara adalah salah satu daerah yang memiliki keanekaragaman hasil budaya seperti daerah-daerah lainnya di Indonesia, yang diantaranya hasil budaya suku Batak Toba sebagai salah satu suku asli di Sumatera Utara berupa Kain Tenun Ulos Batak Toba. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengembangan potensi corak ulos batak di Desa Hapoltahan Kec. Tarutung Kab. Tapanuli Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan melakukan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Adapun studi pustaka yang dilakukan untuk menganalisis penerapan ragam hias kain Ulos Batak, sementara untuk studi lapangan terhadap ragam hias kain ulos batak. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis dalam pengamatan secara inderawi. Maksudnya penulis langsung studi lapangan ke tempat pembuatan ulos dan merasakannya secara inderawi terutama dari segi material serat kain yang digunakan. Hasil yang didapat yaitu para masyarakat memperoleh pengetahuan yang bermanfaat dalam pengembangan corak ulos batak untuk digunakan dalam menenun. Kegiatan pengembangan potensi corak ulos batak di Desa Hapoltahan Kec. Tarutung Kab. Tapanuli Utara sangat bermanfaat bagi para masyarakat di Desa Hapoltahan Kec. Tarutung Kab. Tapanuli Utara. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan harus dalam bentuk pelatihan karena langsung berpengaruh kepada kualitas sumber daya manusia Indonesia.
