Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jarak estetis menurut pandangan Aristoteles dalam novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk karya Ahmad Tohari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengunakan metode kepustakaan dan metode catat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menurut teori Aristoteles ditemukan jarak estetis dalam novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk karya Ahmad Tohari.  (1) Pandangan estetis Aristoteles, keindahan seni terletak pada representasi kehidupan sehari-hari dan emosi manusia yang terwujud dalam karya seni, (2) Pandangan estetis Aristoteles, seni dianggap sebagai representasi kehidupan sehari-hari dan emosi manusia yang tercermin dalam karya seni, (3) Pandangan filsuf Aristoteles, estetika berkaitan dengan keindahan dan kesenian yang mempengaruhi emosi dan pikiran manusia.

Abstract

This study examines the construction of Raden Kamandaka's representation as a historical figure and a legend. Stuart Hall's representation theory technique is applied in this descriptive qualitative study. This theory defines representation as the process of establishing meaning through language, symbols, and cultural practices. The results of the study reveal that Kamandaka is represented in two different ways. From a historical perspective, Kamandaka is shown as a real person whose existence is supported by familial descent. One of the proofs is genealogical documents owned by local cultural elites such as Budi Sasongko, which prove Kamandaka's connection to the Sundanese Galuh and Pajajaran royal lines. From a legendary perspective, Kamandaka is represented through a narrative full of symbolism, such as the transformation into Lutung Kasarung, meditation in Alas Kabunan, and a love affair with Dewi Ciptarasa. This narrative reflects local values ​​that are rich in spiritual meaning, heroism, and social relations. This study concludes that the representation of Kamandaka, both as a historical figure and a legend, results from a cultural construction that integrates facts and myths. In Stuart Hall's perspective, Kamandaka is not a fixed entity but rather a narrative product that continues to develop and is negotiated by the Banyumas community through various symbols and cultural practices. This process strengthens Kamandaka's role as a significant element of local identity, both in the context of history and collective myth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the philosophical dimensions of Kentongan art in Banyumas, covering ontology, epistemology, and axiology. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data were obtained by visiting the Kentongan Bambu Laras community in Patikraja Village, Patikraja District, Banyumas Regency. Indepth interviews were conducted with Mr. Sujiono, the leader of the Kentongan Bambu Laras community, as the primaryinformant. The results show that Kentongan art in Banyumas has undergone significant development, both in terms of musical instruments and its functions. Initially, Kentongan only used a single bamboo instrument and served as a traditional communication tool. However, over time, it has evolved into a performing art involving various musical instruments and functions as a medium of entertainment for the community. This development is closely tied to the role of the Banyumas government, which has provided attention and support to this art form as one of the region's cultural attractions. Through the study of ontology, epistemology, and axiology, this research reveals that Kentongan art not only possesses aesthetic value but also embodies profound philosophical values as part of the cultural identity of the Banyumas community.

Abstract

Kreativitas anak usia dini perlu dikembangkan melalui metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan gaya belajar mereka. Musikalisasi puisi merupakan pendekatan inovatif yang menggabungkan unsur seni, musik, dan bahasa dalam proses belajar yang menyenangkan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di TK Kuncup Mekar Banyumas yang menghadapi keterbatasan dalam penyediaan media pembelajaran kreatif. Metode kegiatan meliputi pelatihan guru, pendampingan proses pembelajaran, pengadaan media belajar, dan pementasan karya musikalisasi puisi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan antusiasme guru dalam mengembangkan metode pembelajaran, serta meningkatnya kemampuan berekspresi dan percaya diri anak-anak. Selain itu, penggunaan puisi lokal mendukung pelestarian budaya Banyumas sejak dini. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang interaktif, komunikatif, dan kreatif. Kesimpulannya, pembelajaran musikalisasi puisi menjadi alternatif yang relevan dan aplikatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini di wilayah dengan keterbatasan sumber daya.
