The study aims to discover: (1) the dynamics of demonstrations in expressing opinions publicly in Makassar City; (2) the Police strategies in handling demonstrations in expressing opinions publicly in Makassar City; Â and (3) the determinant factors in handling demonstration in expressing opinions publicly in Makassar City. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the source, the types of data used are primary and secondary data. The primary data were obtained through interview with members of the Polrestabes Police from the Sat Sabhara Unit, the Sat Intelkam Unit, and the Brimob Unit as well as documentation. While the secondary data were obtained from various literatures such as books, laws, and other related sources. The data process and data presentation were conducted descriptively. The results of the study show that: (1) the dynamics of demonstration in expressing opinions publicly in Makassar City showed by the demonstration activities that occurred in Makassar City from January to December 2019 were fluctuating, (2) the Police's strategies in handling demonstration in expressing opinions publicly in Makassar city is based on the Regulation of the Chief of Police Number 1 of 2009 concerning the Use of Force in Police Actions, and (3) the determinant factors in handling demonstration in expressing opinions publicly in Makassar city are two, namely the supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are: a) there is physical and mental readiness from the police, b) there is good cooperation between the police, c) there is a quick response from the demonstration activity agency; whereas the inhibiting factors are: a) permitting does not comply with administrative requirements, b) presence of provocateurs, c) making sudden requests for permits, and d) lack of communication between protesters and police officers.

The Mayor of Samarinda's Regulation Number 8 of 2018 regulates the Samarinda Smart City Masterplan, specifically within the Smart Society pillar. The work program outlined in the regulation aims to enhance environmental security and comfort, with the main goals of achieving security and public order stability and creating a conducive atmosphere. One of the key indicators of success for this program is a reduction in crime rates. One of the targets of the Samarinda City Masterplan is the enhancement of the social function of the Public Green Open Space at Taman Samarendah, with active community involvement being crucial as an instrument in the planning and development process. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze visitors' perceptions using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) regarding the park's social infrastructure. The study is qualitative, employing a rationalistic approach and utilizing 17 variables. The primary research method involved a survey by distributing questionnaires. The analysis found that certain facilities with high importance but low satisfaction ratings included gazebos, guard posts, toilets, swings, seesaws, slides, reading corners, and information boards. The findings of this research not only provide important input for authorities to formulate strategies for improving the quality of Public Green Open Spaces in Samarinda and emphasize the need for programs that increase public participation in managing public facilities. By involving the community actively, it is hoped that a sense of ownership and shared responsibility for public spaces will be fostered. Additionally, this research identifies unmet community needs, which can serve as a basis for developing more suitable facilities. Thus, Public Green Open Spaces can function optimally as social spaces that support community well-being, while also contributing to the overall goals of the master plan, including creating a safer and more comfortable environment for all citizens

Teaching Assistance is one of the programs from Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka or known as MBKM. This program was opened with the aim of providing students with the opportunity to learn by developing themselves outside campus through Teaching Assistance in secondary school level education units under the guidance of field supervisors. The methodology for implementing Teaching Assistance carried out by Mataram University students at MAN 2 MATARAM is the observation method, this method was chosen because the researcher saw the object under study directly. During the implementation of teaching assistance activities at MAN 2 MATARAM, assistant students have played a role and participated in various programs at MAN 2 MATARAM, both academic, non-academic, formal and non-formal, including: Teaching, creating learning tools, participating in administration. are at school, and participate in every activity at school, such as helping and accompanying students in extracurricular activities at school. Overall, the Teaching Assistance activities carried out by Mataram University students went well and both the school, university and students had a positive impact.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan sistem akuntansi penerimaan kas dari pelunasan piutang pada UD. Mie Kalimantan telah sesuai dengan unsur-unsur pengendalian internal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem pengendalian internal, sistem akuntansi penerimaan kas dan piutang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan unsur-unsur pengendalian internal dan berdasarkan simbol-simbol flowchart. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hanya terdapat 1 unsur yang sesuai dengan unsur-unsur sistem pengendalian internal yaitu pada karyawan yang mutunya sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya. Unsur-unsur sistem pengendalian yang pertama yaitu organisasi, kedua sistem otorisasi dan prosedur pencatatan, ketiga praktik yang sehat dan keempat yaitu karyawan yang mutunya sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya. Dilihat dari tidak adanya pemisahan fungsi secara tegas seperti bagian administrasi, pimpinan dan manager sehingga tugas yang dijalankan tidak efektif. Prosedur penerimaan kas dari piutang pada UD. Mie Kalimantan kurang efektif karena adanya perangkapan dari fungsi yang ada, maka perlu adanya bagan alir.

The Cultural Saturday program is a co-curricular activity designed as part of culture-based learning in schools to introduce and preserve local culture while fostering a sense of pride and love for the homeland among students. This study examines the implementation of the Cultural Saturday program in developing students' patriotism at SMAN 2 Praya, alongside the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence its success. A qualitative research approach was employed, with informants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time, as proposed by Sugiyono. The findings reveal that the program was implemented through six core activities: 1) Gemar Gatra gymnastics, 2) cultural bazaars, 3) traditional clothing competitions, 4) singing regional songs, 5) exhibitions of student work, and 6) extracurricular art performances. Supporting factors include teacher competence, strong collaboration among staff, availability of facilities, and high student enthusiasm. Conversely, challenges include the absence of specific program guidelines and limited parental involvement. This study highlights the significance of integrating culture-based activities into educational practices to instill patriotic values, while addressing the importance of clear guidelines and active parental support for program sustainability.
