Abstract

ABSTRAK Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Papua. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research). Format eksplanasi dimaksud untuk mengambarkan suatu generalisasi atau menjelaskan hubungan satu variabel dengan variabel yang lain. Penelitian penjelasan (explanative reseach) tidak melakukan pengamatan (bersifat non eksperimental ), melainkan hanya menjelaskan hubungan kausal diantara variabel- variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis tanpa pemberian perlakuan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Papua. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan Pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Provinsi papua. Jumlah populasi sebesar 142 orang. Besarnya sampel merupakan fungsi dari variasi pada parameter populasi yang tercakup dalam penelitian, dan merupakan fungsi dari ketetapan estimasi yang dibutuhkan oleh peneliti.. Adapun teknik penarikan sampel adalah teknik random sampling yaitu hanya 35 persen dari jumlah populasi dijadikan sampel. Temuan membuktikan bahwa: 1). Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan dan aset daerah provinsi papua, dengan nilai sig sebesar 0.039., 2). Disiplin Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan dan aset daerah provinsi papua, dengan nilai sig sebesar 0.004., 3).Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan dan aset daerah provinsi papua, dengan nilai sig sebesar 0.014, 4).Kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan dan aset daerah provinsi papua, dengan nilai sig sebesar 0.000., dan 5). Disiplin Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan dan aset daerah provinsi papua..

Abstract

Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komitmen pegawai dan pengembangan karier secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Penyelenggara Bandar Udara Kelas I Mopah Merauke. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif, yakni pendekatan dengan menggunakan dua atau lebih variabel guna mengetahui hubungan atau pengaruh yang satu dengan yang lain. Penelitian ini memiliki dua variabel yaitu, variabel independen/variabel yang mempengaruhi dan variabel dependen/variabel yang dipengaruhi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komitmen pegawai dan pengembangan karier secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Penyelenggara Bandar Udara Kelas I Mopah Merauke. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 107 pegawai. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian diambil sebesar 40% dari populasi yaitu 71 pegawai. Teknik penarikan sampel digunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode dispropotionate Stratified Random Sampling. Temuan membuktikan bahwa 1). Secara parsial variabel Lingkungan kerja (X1), Komitmen pegawai (X2) dan Pengembangan karir (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Bandar Udara Kelas I Mopah Merauke. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,172 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,011 untuk variabel lingkungan kerja, Komitmen pegawai (X2) dibuktikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar sebesar 0,349 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000., dan Pengembangan karir (X3) ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,035 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.013. 2). Lingkungan kerja, komitmen pegawai, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Bandar Udara Kelas I Mopah Merauke. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan nilai statitik uji-F sebesar 29,419 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000, dan 3). Variabel Komitmen Pegawai (X2) merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Bandar Udara Kelas I Mopah Merauke, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi yang paling tinggi diantara variabel independen lainnya dalam penelitian ini. keofisien variabel lingkungan kerja sebesar 0,172, besarnya koefisien variabel komitmen pegawai pegawai sebesar 0,349, dan besarnya koefisien variabel faktor pengalaman kerja sebesar 0,035..

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif, yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Bekerja dari Rumah, Motivasi, Komitmen Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Papua Selama Pandemi Covid-19. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 60 responden dari 165 jumlah populasi dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Dengan pengujian analisis meliputi uji regresi, uji t, uji f dan uji determinan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t secara parsial dan uji f secara simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel Bekerja dari Rumah, Motivasi, Komitmen dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Papua Selama Pandemi Covid-19,. Disiplin Kerja merupakan variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh lebih dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan perolehan adjusted R square sebesar 0,740 mengandung arti bahwa variabel Bekerja dari Rumah, Motivasi, Komitmen dan Disiplin Kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja sebesar 74,0% sedangkan 26,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the effect of work productivity on employee performance at PT Paguntaka Cahaya Nusantara Papua and West Papua Branch. Research Design and Methodology: Data was collected using a cross-sectional research design through a survey involving employees from various departments. Regression analysis evaluated the relationship between work productivity and employee performance. Findings and Discussion: The results showed a positive and significant relationship between work productivity and employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.62 and a p-value of 0.0001. This finding supports theories that link work productivity with performance improvement and confirms the importance of productivity factors in achieving optimal organizational performance. Implications: This study makes a significant contribution to scientific and managerial practice by providing empirical evidence and recommendations for managers to develop policies that encourage work productivity. However, its limitations include its cross-sectional design and limited generalizability. Future research should use a longitudinal design and expand the sample to various industries to gain more insight into the relationship between work productivity and employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the effect of Content Marketing on Purchase Intention through Customer Engagement. Research Design and Methodology: This study uses a quantitative research design with survey and path analysis methods. Data was collected from respondents who were involved in digital interactions with marketing content. Findings and Discussion: The results showed that Content Marketing significantly indirectly affects one's Purchase Intention through increased Customer Engagement. This finding indicates that relevant, engaging, and valuable content can increase consumer engagement, strengthening their intention to purchase. Implications: This research highlights the importance of companies developing content marketing strategies that focus on increasing customer engagement to maximize purchase intention. This research contributes to the digital marketing literature by highlighting the mediating role of Customer Engagement. However, limitations of this study include a sample that may not be representative of the broader population and a cross-sectional design that cannot identify changes in consumer behavior over time. Future research should use a longitudinal design and expand the sample to increase external validity and explore other factors influencing this relationship.

Abstract

The study explores the integration of Islamic principles into Human Resource Management (HRM) practices, aiming to understand its implications for organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. Employing a qualitative research methodology, the study utilizes semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and observations to gather data from HR practitioners, managers, and employees involved in implementing Islamic HRM practices. Thematic analysis is employed to identify key themes, patterns, and challenges related to the integration process. The findings highlight the significance of HR practitioners' awareness of Islamic principles in shaping HRM practices and the challenges posed by cultural barriers and resistance to change. Despite these challenges, integrating Islamic principles into HRM practices offers benefits such as enhanced organizational performance, employee motivation, and well-being. Strategies to address the lack of awareness among HR practitioners and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives are proposed to facilitate the integration process. The study underscores the importance of aligning HRM practices with Islamic values to create ethical, inclusive, and culturally sensitive work environments.

Abstract

The aim of this qualitative literature review is to investigate the integration of physical, mental, and emotional well-being into HR practices. The research design involves a systematic approach to selecting, analyzing, and synthesizing literature on the topic. Comprehensive searches of academic databases, journals, books, and other scholarly sources were conducted to identify key themes, concepts, and theories relevant to the research question. Data collection involved gathering and critically appraising various sources, including empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, and qualitative analyses. Qualitative data analysis techniques such as thematic analysis and content analysis were employed to identify recurring themes, patterns, and trends across the literature. The findings reveal several key insights into the benefits, challenges, and strategies associated with integrating well-being into HR practices. Prioritizing employee well-being offers benefits such as reduced absenteeism, enhanced productivity, and improved job satisfaction. However, challenges such as lack of organizational commitment, cultural stigma, and resistance to change hinder effective implementation. Overall, the study underscores the importance of adopting a holistic approach to well-being management and fostering collaboration both within and outside the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the holistic approaches to employee growth and performance improvement within organizational contexts. It explores the interconnectedness of individual, team, and organizational factors in fostering comprehensive employee development. The research design and methodology involve a qualitative literature review, systematically examining existing scholarly works to gain insights into effective strategies for enhancing employee effectiveness and capability. Findings and discussion highlight the significance of integrating diverse dimensions of employee development, including skill enhancement, psychological well-being, and organizational culture. Implications for practice underscore the importance of adopting integrated approaches that address various facets of employee growth, such as investing in ongoing learning and development initiatives, implementing supportive organizational practices, and nurturing leadership capabilities. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality and trust in customer satisfaction of Livin Mandiri users in Jayapura City. Research Design and Methodology: This research methodology uses a quantitative approach. Customers were distributed questionnaires, and the collected data was analyzed using statistical techniques. Findings and Discussion: The research findings show that the main components of service quality—reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence—and elements of trust, such as honesty, credibility, and reliability, significantly affect customer satisfaction. Good service quality creates a solid basis for building confidence, while high trust strengthens customers' perceptions of service quality. Implications: This study's practical implications are that digital banking companies must holistically integrate service quality improvement and trust-building strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research contributes to science by offering a comprehensive framework for analyzing customer satisfaction and demonstrating originality in ana integrated service quality and trust approach.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on employee productivity at Bank Papua, Abepura Branch. Using reinforcement theory and expectancy theory, it investigates how both forms of compensation affect employee motivation and performance. Research Design and Methodology: This study utilized a quantitative approach, using surveys and statistical analysis to assess the relationship between compensation and productivity. Data was collected from employees at the Abepura Branch of Bank Papua. Both financial compensation (e.g., salary, bonus) and non-financial compensation (e.g., recognition, career development opportunities) were measured and analyzed for their impact on employee productivity. Findings and Discussion: The findings show financial and non-financial compensation's vivacious and significant effect on employee productivity. The findings are consistent with motivation and fairness theories, indicating that fair and competitive compensation encourages employees to work harder and perform better. The discussion emphasizes the importance of a balance between both forms of compensation to improve overall productivity and organizational performance. Implications: This research highlights practical implications for management at Bank Papua, Abepura Branch. It indicates the need for greater attention to the compensation structure to ensure employee satisfaction and motivation. Recommendations include periodic salary reviews and adjustments, developing incentive programs based on individual and team performance, and creating a supportive work environment.
