Abstract

This research is aimed to know the power of communication of Disnakerkoperindag Samosir Sub-district and its Agent in Increasing the Economic Competition based on Gender in the Andaliman farmer in the Samosir Sub-district. This research apply the Descriptive Qualitative research approach with research informant from the agent of the empower who is the Head of Koperasi Division, Koperasi of Industrial and Commerce, and the chairperson of Samandali Community, including the female Andaliman farmer society. The informant is defined by purposively sampling. The data taken by observation, interview, and documentation. In this research, it is found that DISNAKERKOPERINDAG of Samosir Sub-district had done the communication empowering bsed on gender to the subject of UMKM. Communication empowering used the model of AIDDA. Communication empowering based on gender is successful because of there is an interactional and transactional communication from the AIDDA model of communication. By this empowering, the facilitator is able to communicate with no fear in the social sytem of Batak culture which is formerly it is a taboo to have a close or intense communication in a male instructor to any of his female members finally female farmers could set her self realizing, attention, and motivation to do as what it is instructed by the instructor so that the Andaliman harvest successful.

Abstract

Puncak Lolomatua, Ulunoyo District, South Nias Regency, is the highest mountain peak in Nias. The location is suitable for enjoying the view of seeing Nias Island as a whole. However, the road to the location is not smooth because it is still made of clay which is partially filled with sharp stones. The majority of the people are farmers and are classified as low-income. The Village Development and Empowerment Holistic Program Team (PHP2D) Himapem Fisipol UDA which focuses on poverty alleviation and tourism schemes provides empowerment and guidance to village community institutions to encourage villages to become tourist sites in 2022. The method used is the preparation of program plans, collecting materials and data. buy it, and make a schedule. Then the implementation stage is by conducting socialization, counseling, coaching, revamping Puncak Lolomatua by changing the physical form of Puncak Lolomatua which is difficult to reach into easy to reach and making photo spots and tidying up plants and fostering the community to manage Puncak Lolomatua Village into a tourist destination. The results of the service are: 1 ). There is a change in the way of thinking, 2) raising awareness of the potential of the village, 3) developing community skills to add new photo spots at Puncak Lolomatua , 4). The community is passionate about preserving cleanliness and introducing the latest developments of Puncak Lolomatua 4). The community began to develop Puncak Lolomatua into a tourist location 5). Abstract

The development of tourism in the Lake Toba area was more of a material for seminars and studies of urban communities. Almost of ​​the people in Lake Toba area did not know what their village tourism event was. Therefore, this study sought to find out how the government communication of Samosir Regency to the community, especially in the Tuktuk Siadong Village. This research used desciptive qualitative approach. The subject was Secretary of Samosir Service, Head of Tuktuk Siadong Village and community and Chair of Pokdarwis in Tuktuk Siadong village. The sampling technique was based on purposive sampling for elements of the village community. Collecting data is done by observation, interviews and documents. The results’s that the Government is less consistent in inviting people to be involved in events carried out according to the annual tourism event calendar. The Chairperson of Pokdarwis said that they did not participate in tourism activities in 2017 and 2018. The community was not the same in receiving information from the government. But the government has used almost all media, namely social media Facebook, newspapers such as SIB Daily, Kompas, Medan Tribun, Medan Bisnis and a flight magazine. Television such as Metro TV, Net TV, Evarina TV and Kompas TV are more widely used for national events. But everything is more informative. The obstacles to lack of participation are the lack of credibility of government communicators, the lack of a communication target. The government's focus is still more on people outside Samosir. It is affected by the lack of communication by the community leaders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “PENGARUH BUDAYA DIGITAL TERHADAP MINAT TRAVELLING. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh instagram @visit_sumut terhadap minat travelling di kalangan Komunitas Pecinta Alam Adventure Anak Nyasar Medan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Uses and Gratification. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh sampel (total sampling) yang berjumlah 44 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisa tabel tunggal, analisa tabel silang, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Rank Spearman. Hasil keseluruhan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengaruh akun instagram @visit_sumut terhadap minat travelling dikalangan komunitas pecinta alam medan. Hubungan tersebut merupakan hubungan yang cukup berarti. Hasil ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis yang dilambangkan dengan rs. Diperoleh hasilnya = 0,419, dan berdasarkan skala Guillford berada pada skala yang menunjukkan hubungan yang cukup berarti. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa Pengaruh akun instagram @visit_sumut memiliki pengaruh yang cukup berarti terhadap minat travelling komunitas pecinta alam adventure anak nyasar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalan untuk melihat peran dan tugas satpol pp dalam menertibkan pedagangkakilima di pajak kabanjahe dan untuk melihat cara pembinaan yng dilaksanakan oleh satpol pp terhadap pedagangkakilima di pajak kabanjahe kabupaten karo. Penelitian ini tergolong pada tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa usaha dan tindkan yng dilaksanakan oleh satpol pp bertautan dengan perencanaan,penyusunan,pengembangan,pengarahan,pemeliharaans erta pengendalian di bidang kenyamanan dan ketertiban umum secara berguna dan berhasil guna. Adapun pembinaan yng dilaksanakan oleh satpol pp adalah melksanakan patroli keliling dan sosialisasi. Factor penghambat dalam pembenahan PKL di pajak kabanjahe yaitu keterampilan yng dimiliki tidak sesuai bidang tugasnya satpol pp, minimnya kesadaran PKL dalam penguatan hukum dan minimnya permberdayaan masyarkat dari segi sosialisasi dan moril.

Abstract

Based on Government Regulation Number 8 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Government Regulation Number 60 of 2014 concerning Village Funds from the State Budget (APBN), village funds must be managed in an orderly, obedient, efficient, economical, effective, transparent and responsible manner by paying attention to the sense of justice and propriety and prioritizing the interests of the local community. Therefore, it is important to strengthen village institutions and village officials, so that they are qualified and empowered to carry out development. Indonesia has a total of 83,820 villages which need to be assisted so that the disbursed village funds are not wasted. This study uses a qualitative grounded theory approach by observing, interviewing 30 informants and analyzing village documents. The results of the study found that the human resource factor of the village head as a communicator, was more trusted by village institutions and the community because of his open, democratic communication style, willingness to accept suggestions/opinions and  empathy  according to the equalitarian style and the relinquishing  style of communication. The government communication model in strengthening village institutions is a mentoring model where communication starts from regency and district. However, the strengthening has not been seen optimally because of the high dependence of village institutions and village officials on village heads and village assistants so that they are less independent. The use of messages is more face-to-face, using messages and WhatsApp with information functions that are more persuasive and educative.

Abstract

Riset ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui efektifitas komunikasi interpersonal dalam meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah Bank DBS Cabang Imam Bonjol Medan. Metode  penelitian yang dipakai adalah kualitatif riset yang bersifat deskriptif dan menggunakan analisis. Dalam riset ini juga cara kerjanya ditekankan pada proses dan makna, teori digunakan sebagai panduan. Pendekatan digunakan untuk mendapat hasil wawancara yang lebih mendalam dari setiap subjek penelitian. Dari analisis hasil riset yang telah diuraikan dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan oleh costumer service dalam meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah Bank DBS Cabang Imam Bonjol Medan terbukti efektif. Ini dinilai dari jawaban nasabah yang semuanya memberikan respon yang positif. Artinya komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan oleh costumer service ke nasabah berhasil memberikan kepuasan yang dapat dipahami melalui tiga indikator yakni perasaan puas, rekomendasi nasabah dan pemenuhan kebutuhan.Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Nasabah, Bank DBS, Medan This study aims to determine the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in increasing customer satisfaction at Bank DBS Imam Bonjol Medan Branch. The research method used is qualitative research to understand the phenomena experienced by the research subjects such as behavior, perceptions, motivations and actions, etc., holistically, and by means of descriptions in the form of words and language, in a special natural context. and by using natural methods. This approach is to get more in-depth interviews from each research subject. Based on the analysis and research results that have been put forward, the following conclusions can be drawn: Interpersonal communication carried out by customer service in increasing customer satisfaction at DBS Bank Imam Bonjol Medan Branch has proven to be effective. This can be seen from the customer's answers, all of which gave a positive response. This means that interpersonal communication carried out by customer service to customers has succeeded in providing satisfaction which can be understood through three indicators, namely feelings of satisfaction, customer recommendations and fulfillment of needs.Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Customers, DBS Bank, Medan

Abstract

This study aims at finding out how the marketing communication strategy used by Kiss FM Radio Medan is to increase the number of advertisers during the Covid-19 pandemic and what factors are inhibiting or supporting the advertising marketing strategy implemented by Radio Kiss FM Medan during the pandemic Covid-19 Descriptive method with a qualitative approach is applied in this research. Several informants or resource persons, who know technical and detailed information about the research problem raised by the researcher were interviewed. From this study, it was concluded that Radio Kiss FM had experienced several obstacles in terms of advertising, especially during the current pandemic, such as a decrease in the number of advertisers and a decrease in activity in the form of events. However, with the strategy and making innovations and various offers, Kiss FM Medan remains confident and survives during the current pandemic.

Abstract

Seiring terjadinya pandemi Covid-19 di dunia, berita-berita bohong atau hoax semakin gencar beredar di media sosial. Banyak masyarakat, terutama di Indonesia, yang mempercayai berita hoax tersebut, meski banyak pula yang tidak mempercayainya. Dalam kondisi semacam itu, peran media massa seperti halnya Harian Sinar Indonesia Baru (SIB) menjadi sangat penting. Tidak saja untuk menangkal berita-berita hoax tersebut, melainkan juga untuk menyajikan berita-berita yang akurat dan menyejukkan masyarakat. Beban Harian Sinar Indonesia menyajikan informasi yang benar, akurat dan menyejukkan di masa pandemi Covid-19 tersebut, tentulah menjadi berat mengingat kondisi kehidupan sosial yang berlaku seiring diberlakukannya Prosedur Kesehatan yakni Memakai Masker, Mencuci Tangan dan Menjaga Jarak. Ditambah lagi dengan kondisi perekonomian yang lesu sebagai dampak dari pandemi Covid-19, dimana penghasilan media massa menjadi berkurang drastis karena berkurangnya pendapatan dari iklan dan penjualan Koran.
