Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine whether or not the influence of online marketing strategies on consumer buying interest in paperbag, book and pen at Ramadhan Stationery stores. The research used in this study used a quantitative, where this study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The design of this survey method is descriptive quantitative. The sampling method uses the slovin formula, where the entire population is sampled. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, field observations and interviews.This research is a descriptive quantitative research design because it is a concept development and data collection to examine the effect of online marketing strategies on consumer buying interest, a case study of Ramadhan Stationery Stores in Makassar City. From the results of the regression analysis using the SPSS 26 program, the coefficient value of the influence of marketing strategies on purchase intention is 0.818 with a value of p = 0.000 0.0, this is supported by the results of the t test, namely the t value of 12.336 with a significance of 0.000 and t table of 1, 98447 with a specified significance level of 0.05 or 5%. This shows that the marketing strategy has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest in the City of Makaassar (Case Study of Ramadhan Stationery Stores), this means that the better the marketing strategy carried out at Ramadhan Stationery Stores, the more consumers' buying interest in Ramadhan Stationery Stores will increase.Keywords: Online Marketing Strategy, Consumer Purchase Interest

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Bank Sulselbar Bantaeng Branch. The research uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique involving the entire population of 37 employees. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale as a measurement tool. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. This is evidenced by the t-values for work discipline (2.234) and work environment (3.109), both of which are greater than the t-table value of 2.035, with significance levels below 0.05. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that strong work discipline and a conducive work environment can optimally enhance employee productivity. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Relationship Marketing on increasing visitors to the Makassar Pioneer Harper Hotel. The type of research used in the study is simple linear regression. The population in this study were visitors to the Makassar Pioneer Harper Hotel in 2019, and the study sample totaled 99 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variable relationship marketing can increase the number of visitors at the Makassar Pioneer Harper Hotel because relationship marketing is partially tested with the results of t test of 8,436> t table 1.98472 means that there is an influence between x and y and a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 so that it can be said that there is an effect of variable relationship marketing on the variable increase in visitors.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Social Service Office of Bone Regency (2) To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Social Service Office of Bone Regency. The sample inthis study was 70 respondents taken from the Social Service Office of Bone Regency. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data and this type of research is quantitative research. Data collection was carried out by observation and distributionof questionnaires. Based on the results of data research using calculations through the SPSS version 22 application concerningthe effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Bone Regency Social Service Office which has been discussed from the previous chapter, the authors draw important conclusions, namely motivation and work discipline have apositive and significant effect on performance employee

Abstract

This study empirically examines the impact of work motivation on employee productivity and assesses its implications for human resource management strategies at PT. Happy Path, Makassar. Employee productivity is a crucial determinant of organizational success, and motivation is widely recognized as a key driver of performance. This quantitative study collected primary data from 120 employees selected through stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and t-tests to determine the statistical significance of the relationship. The findings indicate that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee productivity (β = 0.45, R² = 0.38, p < 0.05), explaining 38% of the variance in productivity levels. These results highlight the importance of motivation-enhancing strategies, such as performance-based incentives, career development programs, and a supportive work environment, in improving workforce efficiency. For PT. Happy Path, investing in well-structured motivational initiatives can be an effective approach to increasing employee performance and achieving organizational objectives. Future research should explore additional factors, including leadership style, job autonomy, and organizational culture, to gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics influencing employee productivity.

Abstract

Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna kartu halo yang ada di Grapari yang berjumlah 100 orang responden dengan pengambilan sampel secara acak. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif, dengan pengujian regresi sederhana,dengan melakukan uji hipotesis dari item-item pertanyaan setiap variabel. Variabel dalam penelitian ini  pelayanan customer service terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Secara simultan Uji bersama yang menunjukkan pengaruh nyata (signifikansi) variabel (X) terhadap variabel kepuasan dapat di ketahui nilai t hitung 1.998 dengan signifikansi 0,048 < 0,05 maka Ho di tolak dan H1 diterima. Yang berarti ada pengaruh nyata (signifikansi) variabel pelayanan (X) terhadap variabel kepuasan (Y).
