Abstract

Arabic plays an important role, especially for Muslims. Arabic is the language of science, both strict science and different science. Learning Arabic, with its various qualities and inspiration for studying it among the community, turns out to have obstacles and problems that must be faced because Arabic is not an easy language to master completely. This research aims to understand the mahāratul qirāah learning methodology, find out and study mahāratul qirāah skills, and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for mahāratul qirāah abilities in students in full-day classes at SMA Muhammadiyah Gading Rejo. The type of research applied in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data sources applied in this study are primary and secondary data. Several methods for collecting data, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the methodology used by Arabic language teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah Gading Rejo is the qirāah jahriyah method. Students still have several difficulties in learning Arabic, such as difficulty in distinguishing the meaning of letters that are mutashābihat (similarity), lack of fluency in reading Arabic texts, and less precise use of reading Arabic texts. Supporting factors in learning Arabic, especially for mahāratul qirāah, include the enthusiasm of teachers in teaching and students in learning, good interaction between teachers and students. The inhibiting factors include class conditions that are not conducive, there are some students who are unable to read Arabic texts and the Koran, and limited time for teachers to guide them during teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran kontekstual merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang menghubungkan permasalahan didunia nyata dengan materi pembelajaran didalam kelas. Model pembelajaran kontekstual ini bisa menjadi salah satu alternatif yang dapat menarik minat peserta didik dalam proses belajarnya dan dapat membuat proses pembelajaran lebih menarik dan bermakna serta sesuai dengan kehidupan nyata. Artikel ini dibuat bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana pengaruh model pembelajaran kontekstual terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik disekolah. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana penulis memanfaatkan data kualitatif yang kemudian dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Pemilihan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik mata pelajaran dan karakteristik peserta didik sangat dinilai penting sebab pemilihan model yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Melalui model pembelajaran kontekstual, pengalaman belajar tidak hanya terjadi ketika siswa berada di dalam kelas, namun yang jauh lebih penting dari itu adalah bagaimana cara menghadirkan pengalaman belajar tersebut ke luar kelas, seperti pada saat peserta didik menghadapi permasalahan dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Selain itu, peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif karena dia belajar, dia mengalami, dan pada akhirnya dia akan menerapkan ilmunya dalam kehidupan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi tentang peningkatan kompetensi dan pengembangan guru yang berada di SMK Muhammadiyah Pagelaran, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi guru yang ada di SMK Muhammadiyah Pagelaran dan mengetahui bagaimana startegi yang di laksanakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penlitian deskriptif kualitatif, untuk metode dalam pengambilan data penulis menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Dalam hal kompetensi guru, Pada aspek kompetensi pedagogik dan professional terdapat indikator yang belum terpenuhi secara maksimal. Strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah adalah dengan mengirimkan guru untuk mengikuti diklat, mewajibkan mengikuti seminar yang diselenggarakan secara offline, mengikutkan guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) atau Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP), kepala sekolah selalu memberikan motivasi kepada guru dan melakukan supervisi atau evaluasi. Upaya peningkatan dan mengembangkan profesi guru telah dilakukan tetapi strategi tersebut belum dilaksanakan dengan volume yang tinggi sehingga belum maksimal.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah salah satu bidang yang sangat krusial dalam menentukan SDM yang memiliki kualitas baik Menurut studi literatur memaparkan pada jenjang pendidikan SMP, perolehan terkait dengan prestasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh kinerja guru, manajemen sarana dan prasarana, serta manajemen kesiswaan. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan dalam menganalisis pengaruh manajemen kesiswaan, manajemen sarana prasarana dan kinerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Qur'an Al-Hamidy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini mengadopsi metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil temuan memaparkan prestasi belajar di SMP Qur’an Al Hamidy peserta didik dipengaruhi kinerja guru, manajemen sarana dan prasarana, serta keterlibatan dari manajemen siswa. Pada manajamen kesiswaan, dibutuhkan keterlibatan langsung dari kepala sekolah, misalnya dalam proses kelulusan, pengembangan diri, pembinaan siswa, serta penerimaan siswa baru. Keberadaan dari sarana prasarana disekolah harus disediakan dengan baik dan lengkap guna menunjang bakat ataupun minat dari peserta didik. Saat bakat atau minat yang dimiliki oleh siswa didukung oleh ketersediaan sarana prasarana disekolah, maka hal tersebut akan memberikan dampak terhadap perolehan prestasi belajar yang baik. Menurut analisis yang dilakukan memaparkan terkait peningkatan prestasi belajar peserta didik dapat diperoleh melalui kontribusi serta adanya kinerja yang baik oleh guru. Keberadaan dari sekolah untuk memperbaiki kinerja dari guru ialah dengan memberikan program pelatihan, workshop, seminar, dan beberapa kegiatan pengembangan lainnya.

Abstract

Education and human resource development (HR) play an important role in achieving individual and organizational success, with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as an effective technique to achieve positive change. This study analyzes the application of NLP in the context of education and human resource development through the case study of Muhammad Al-Fatih, the visionary leader and conqueror of Constantinople. This research highlights how NLP principles, such as mind control, communication mastery, and goal design, are applied in the leadership and educational strategies that shape the character of Al-Fatih. Qualitative methods with a historical approach are used to analyze primary and secondary sources related to Al-Fatih's life. The results of the study show that NLP plays an important role in the formation of character and the development of its competencies, with the application of these techniques in education, such as vision and motivation coaching, contributing to its success. This study recommends the integration of NLP in modern educational curricula to produce resilient, adaptive, and visionary human resources.

Abstract

The activity of organizing is a very important element to create qualified and Islamic system of Islamic educational institutions. Practically, there are obstacles in actualizing due to the lack of references from Islam it self. The purpose of this study is to explore the concept of organizing in an Islamic perspective and its implications for education. This study uses the library research which is part of qualitative research. The data source is taken from the al-Qur’an, al-Hadith, classic books, research journals, and other sources relating to objects. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and content analysis. The result of the study shows that Islam has different concept of organizing than the organizational concept developed by western scientists. The characteristic of organizing in Islamic perspective is to get free from the shackle of backwardness by returning humanity to the nature of monotheism (tauhid), human value, strengthen the character of people, build the social value, egalitarian value and universality. Mean while, organizing the Islamic education can be actualized by leadership based on Islamic principles, the balance between power, authority and responsibility, task division and delegation of authority and discussion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Discovery Learning learning model based on Augmented Reality on student learning outcomes in the solar system material in grade VI of SDN Karangnangka II. This learning model allows students to actively explore concepts independently, while Augmented Reality (AR) technology provides a more interactive and visual learning experience. The research method used is quantitative with a Pre-experimental experimental design of the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design type. The research sample consisted of 10 grade VI students selected using a saturated sample technique. Data were collected through written tests in the form of pre-tests and post-tests, then analyzed using parametric statistical tests with the help of SPSS 25. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the application of the Discovery Learning model based on Augmented Reality, which can be seen from the difference in average pre-test scores (46.70) and post-test (57.30). The paired samples test statistical test showed a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), which indicates that this learning model contributes significantly to improving student learning outcomes. Thus, the Augmented Reality-based Discovery Learning model can be used as an innovative alternative to increase the effectiveness of science learning, especially on solar system material.
