Abstract

Pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan adalah sebuah keharusan bagi guru. Publikasi ilmiah merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) yang terkait dengan karya tulis yang dibuat guru dan hal tersebut menjadi salah satu bagian dari karakteristik guru profesional yaitu melalui budaya menulis dan meneliti. Di sisi lain, publikasi ilmiah juga menjadi upaya dalam meningkatkan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan melaksanakan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat bagi guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan guru melalui publikasi ilmiah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang difokuskan pada analisis kebutuhan pelatihan publikasi ilmiah bagi guru di SMP Darul Hikam Bandung. Subjek penelitian diambil secara purposive yaitu 40 guru SMP Darul Hikam. Data penelitian berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang didapat dari guru melalui angket tertutup berbentuk data kuantitatif, kemudian informasi kebutuhan tersebut dilengkapi dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dengan kata lain proses tersebut menunjukkan bahwa analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gambaran bahwa publikasi ilmiah guru SMP Darul Hikam sudah sangat tinggi dalam menyusun modul/ diktat pembelajaran, hanya saja jumlah publikasi ilmiah berbasis hasil penelitian dan buku berISBN masih dikategorikan cukup. Dengan analisis data dan kondisi di lapangan, pelatihan publikasi ilmiah ini ditujukan pada Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan guru melalui publikasi ilmiah masih perlu ditingkatkan dan perlu mendapat perhatian baik secara individu (guru) maupun lembaga terutama dalam publikasi ilmiah berbasis hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to discover and describe the visionary leadership style implemented at MAS Alif Al-Ittifaq in the digital era as well as the various efforts undertaken to enhance the competitiveness of the madrasah in response to the challenges posed by change. The study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, which the data was collected through observations, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis model used in this research follows the Miles and Huberman framework, which includes the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The informants in this study consist of the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students of MAS Alif Al-Ittifaq. The result of the study find that the head of the madrasah has successfully implemented visionary leadership by rolling as a direction-setter, agent of change, spokesperson, and coach in guiding the management of the madrasah. This visionary leadership is implemented in various aspects of management, including strategic planning, innovation in technology-based learning processes, and human resource development. In addressing the increasingly complex challenges of the digital era, the head of the madrasah plays a crucial role in ensuring the madrasah’s ability to adapt to changes and effectively leverage digital technology to improve the quality of education. In facing competition, the head of the madrasah has implemented several initiatives aimed at attracting community attention. These include the provision of a boarding school program to accommodate students from distant areas who seek a deeper understanding of religious studies, the habitual activities such as Dhuha prayer and literacy program, and fostering collaboration with various institutions, including the village government, health centers, police departments, and DP2KBP3A. Additionally, a student internship program is offered, providing hands-on experience for students in their final year, alongside specialized skill programs and additional subjects. These efforts are aimed at keeping pace with the times, improving the quality of the madrasah, and meeting societal demands, with the hope that these factors will attract families to enroll their children at MAS Alif Al-Ittifaq, ultimately enhancing the institution’s competitiveness. The efforts undertaken still require time for a comprehensive evaluation of their impact on enhancing the madrasah's competitiveness. Kepemimpinan visioner tersebut diterapkan dalam berbagai aspek pengelolaan, mulai dari perencanaan strategis, inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, hingga pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital yang semakin kompleks, kepala madrasah berperan penting dalam memastikan kemampuan adaptasi madrasah terhadap perubahan serta memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Dalam menghadapi daya saing, kepala madrasah mengimplementasikan sejumlah upaya yang kiranya dapat menarik atensi masyarakat, seperti disediakannya program sekolah berasrama yang diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi peserta didik yang lokasinya jauh dari madrasah serta ingin belajar ilmu agama lebih dalam, adanya kegiatan-kegiatan pembiasaan seperti pembiasaan sholat dhuha dan literasi, menjalin hubungan kerjasama dalam berbagai kegiatan dengan berbagai instansi seperti pemerintah desa, puskesmas, polsek, DP2KBP3A, dan sebagainya, serta mengadakan program magang yang diyakini dapat memberikan pengalaman bagi peserta didik yang sudah berada di kelas 12, disediakannya program keterampilan dan mata pelajaran khas. Upaya-upaya tersebut dilakukan guna mengikuti perkembangan zaman, meningkatkan kualitas madrasah, serta memenuhi tuntutan masyarakat sehingga diharapkan masyarakat tertarik untuk menyekolahkan anak-anaknya di MAS Alif Al-Ittifaq, yang mana kemudian hal ini akan berdampak pula pada daya saing madrasah. Upaya-upaya tersebut masih memerlukan waktu untuk dapat dievaluasi secara keseluruhan mengenai dampaknya terhadap peningkatan daya saing madrasah. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the success of managing the teacher mobilization program in remote areas in improving the quality of education in Mappi District. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were collected using interviews, documentation studies, and observation. Data validation was carried out using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The data analysis technique used refers to the Miles and Hurben model, which includes four stages, namely: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data display, and (4) conclusion. The results of this study are that the implementation of the teacher mobilization program in remote areas based on research has gone quite well; in this case, the GPDT qualification target is still not by the initial plan based on the report on recruitment activities made by the UGM Papua Task Force; there are still many teachers who are placed not by the qualifications of the majors of teacher expertise. It was concluded that the program's success in improving the quality of education was effective in producing quality graduates in quantity, which increased every year, and the HDI and GPA/IPM scores increased every year from 2016 to 2021.

Abstract

School management is the most basic part of education management. The application of education management in school organizations is a nationally applicable education system component. This study aims to analyze how to detect school management diseases so that health or prevention efforts can be identified. The chosen research method is descriptive in the form of research and development. The research subjects were school principals, teachers, and administration. The school categories were selected from public and private junior high schools. The data collection instrument was developed as a questionnaire instrument to test the correctness and suitability of health indicators in the organization of school resources by practitioners in schools. Based on the results of the calculation of the Weight Mean Score (WMS) as a whole, the dimensions are included in the very healthy category with an average score of 3.42, and when converted on a scale of 1-100, the resulting score is 85.48. From these data, it can be concluded that Public and Private Junior High Schools are ready to organize school resources so that these school organizations can remain disease-free.

Abstract

This study intend to determine the relation and efectivity between Information and Communication Technology Utilization and academic administration services. The method used in this research is correlation using a quantitative approach. The population in this research were 80 STKIP Arrahmaniyah students who felt and received academic administration services. Based on the results of the correlation analysis between the variables of the use of Information and Communication Technology with the variables of Academic Administration Services, obtained rcount value of 0.085. From the calculation results, it is obtained that the value of t count (7.5) ≥ t tab (1.99), then H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the use of The Relationship Between Information and Communication Technology Utilization and Academic Administration Services. Through this research, the authors suggest that the staff of the Academic Administration STKIP Arrahmaniyah continue to improve their performance. Institutions must maintain other things that motivate the performance of BAK staff to continue to improve. BAK staff in carrying out their noble duties in the institution can be motivated. The findings of the study demonstrate that the use of ICT has improved STKIP Arrahmaniyah's academic administration services in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. It has been discovered that the usage of academic information systems, online portals, and electronic communications has aided in speeding up information accessibility, decreasing document processing times, and enhancing stakeholder contact. Therefore, this study offers empirical proof of the significance of integrating ICT into STKIP Arrahmaniyah's academic administration. Other educational institutions who want to use ICT to enhance their academic administration services should use these findings as a guide. Additionally, this study contributes to the body of knowledge on ICT use in academic administration and higher education.

Abstract

Digital leadership is strategic leadership that uses technology, particularly digital assets, to further the company's objectives. As for school principals, digital leadership plays a crucial role in anticipating possible issues and in cultivating highly effective educators who are equipped to tackle the demands of 21st-century skills. This study aims to assess Indonesian school principals' digital leadership capabilities. The study discussed in this paper is a systematic literature review (SLR) related to the role of school principals' digital leadership in raising academic standards published within the previous five years. The Preferred Reporting Items protocol for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) was employed to analyse articles from the Crossref database using Harzing's Publish or Perish software” 40 journal papers were included in this study. The findings of this study show that a school principal's digital leadership skills favour supporting an efficient learning process, which has implications for the accomplishment of previously defined educational goals. The study's findings also suggest that, in order to raise academic standards and meet more ideal learning goals, digital school leadership abilities must be used in the field of education. In order to enhance the implementation of digital leadership in Indonesian schools, stakeholders in education, such as teachers, administrators, and other authorities, can benefit greatly from the research's findings. Furthermore, this study can be used as a springboard for more investigation into this field, which will help us comprehend how to enhance digital leadership to promote innovative and successful learning in Indonesian classrooms. The research's conclusion is that school administrators in Indonesia need more knowledge, assistance, and training when it comes to digital leadership. Due to the swift changes in the educational landscape brought about by technology, stakeholders need to give top priority to enhancing the digital literacy of staff members and principals. This is because integrating ICT to enhance learning and administration requires them to be digitally literate. Additionally, in order to guarantee that the resources and infrastructure required to support the development of effective digital leadership in Indonesian schools are available, cooperation between educational institutions, the government, and training facilities is crucial. By considering these ramifications, we may improve educational outcomes for upcoming generations and create a system of education that is more adaptable to technological advancements.
