Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the implementation of Good Governance in the Bima City regional government. This research uses a quantitative approach method by distributing questionnaires. The population in this research is all 34 SKPDs in Bima City. The sampling technique used is Judgment Sampling (selection of samples based on considerations) in determining the sample, a non-random type of sample selection where the information obtained is generally adjusted to the research objectives or problems. In this research, the samples taken were all elements of the leadership of each Bima City SKPD, with considerations directly related to policy formulation and regional financial management. So, the sample in this study was 102 respondents. The data analysis tool uses Smart PLS. This research provides information that the Application of Information Technology, Quality of Human Resources, and Internal Control Systems influence the Implementation of Good Governance in the Bima City government. Likewise, implementing good governance affects the quality of financial reports in the Bima City government.

Abstract

The Qur'an as the holy book of Muslims will be used as a guide for human life. Reading the Qur'an should not be just reading, but there are rules that will be needed in reading the Qur'an. Reading the Qur'an has the value of worship in the sight of ALLAH. As Muslims we must love the Qur'an by reading and studying it. SMK Plus Perbankan Bougenville is one of the schools that will implement reading the Qur'an routinely and targeting to complete it every month. This one day one juz program was formed to accommodate and facilitate and make it easier for Muslims to get used to reading the Qur'an one day one juz, and to create students who will love the Qur'an. This study aims to determine the uniqueness of the implementation of the one day one juz program in this vocational school. Collection of observation data, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions. This study concludes the implementation of the one day one juz program at SMK Plus Banking Bougenville, namely: reading the Qur'an one day one juz at this school is carried out together by all students of SMK Plus Banking Bougenville in the school prayer room, namely at 6:30 to 7:30, reciting the Koran in the morning is mandatory and if there are students who do not recite the Koran, they will be punished. In its implementation, it can be said that it has gone completely well, and has reached a 75% success rate for this program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja keuangan menggunakan rasio Debt to Asset Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio pada PT. Mayora Indah Tbk.Populasi dalam penelitian adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan selama 20 tahun. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah laporan keuangan pada PT Mayora Indah Tbk selama 15 tahun periode 2010-2024. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Analisis deskriptif. Selain itu, analisis statistik dilakukan dengan uji T one sample T-Test menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja finansial PT Mayora Indah Tbk selama periode 2010-2024 Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) selalu berada di atas 35%, menunjukkan kinerja keuangan yang kurang baik karena perusahaan cukup bergantung pada utang untuk membiayai asetnya. Namun, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) menunjukkan perbaikan sejak 2020, dengan rasio di bawah 90%, menandakan struktur permodalan yang semakin sehat dan ketergantungan terhadap utang mulai berkurang. Dari hasil uji-T one sample T-Test dapat disimpulan bahwa kinerja keuangan melalui perhitungan rasio solvabilitas pada PT Mayora Indah Tbk yang diharapkan tidak baik. Hal ini disebabkan perusahaan kurang mampu mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

Koperasi memiliki peran penting dalam memperkuat kemandirian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mensosialisasikan Koperasi Merah Putih di Kelurahan Ntobo, Kota Bima, agar masyarakat memahami fungsi koperasi sekaligus memanfaatkannya sebagai penggerak ekonomi lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, simulasi pencatatan keuangan, serta pendampingan usaha dan pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat bahwa koperasi bukan hanya lembaga simpan pinjam, melainkan wadah pemberdayaan usaha kecil dan peningkatan daya saing produk lokal. Dengan pendampingan berkelanjutan, Koperasi Merah Putih diharapkan tumbuh menjadi motor penggerak ekonomi masyarakat.
