Abstract

Jepara has a museum that can be used as a medium of learning, especially history. The museum is Education is very important in delivering human resources. No other to achieve better education lessons in schools should not only use the methods of teacher centered as well as still found in classes at SMAN 1 Muntilan. The teachers are still using the lecture method is still considered powerful when used in teaching, in curriculum subjects in 2013 with increased time history lecture method will only membuatpeserta students bored, so it needs a new breakthrough in teaching one of them with a tour of the history of which is expected to be able to increase awareness student of history.  Pendidikan sangat berperan penting dalam mengantarkan sumber daya manusia. Tidak lain untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik lagi seharusnya pembelajaran di sekolah tidak hanya menggunakan metode teacher centered seperti halnya yang masih ditemukan pada kelas-kelas di SMA Negeri 1 Muntilan. Para pengajar masih menggunakan metode ceramah yang masih dianggap ampuh saat digunakan dalam mengajar, di dalam kurikulum 2013 dengan mata pelajaran sejarah waktunya bertambah metode ceramah hanya akan membuatpeserta didik bosan, sehingga perlu trobosan baru dalam mengajar salah satunya dengan lawatan sejarah yang diharapkan akan mampu menambah kesadaran siswa terhadap sejarah.

Abstract

Creative thinking skills need to be applied to students, both in the home, school, and community. One way that can be done to develop and improve creative thinking skills is to apply problem-based learning. This study aimed to find out the improvement and difference in the improvement of creative thinking skill in high, medium, and low group students after being treated in the form of problem based learning. The method in this research is pre-experimental method with one-group pretest-posttest design. The samples are students grade III SDN Sukaraja II. Instruments used in this study is test and non-test. The results of this study showed that of the Paired sample t-test of the three groups and one-way anova had P-value of 0.000, this means there is a significant increase and difference in the increase in the creative thinking skills of high, medium, and low group students.

Abstract

Abstraksi Zakat adalah salah satu ajaran Islam yang berkenaan dengan harta. Ia tidak hanya menyangkut urusan dengan Tuhan, tapi juga menyangkut urusan dengan sesama manusia. Zakat --sebagaimana juga ajaran-ajaran agama lainnya-- dalam pandangan Nurcholish Madjid merupakan simbol keagamaan dan karenanya memiliki makna simbolik. Meneliti makna simbolik zakat dalam perspektif Nurcholish Madjid ini cukup menarik dan penting, Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini penulis fokus pada kajian tentang makna simbolik zakat dalam perspektif Nurcholish Madjid. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis wacana, sebab hampir semua sumber data merupakan teks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa zakat dalam pandangan Nurcholish Madjid merupakan wujud keshalehan sosial sebagai konsekuensi logis dari adanya keshalehan pribadi.   Abstract Zakat is one of Islamic doctrines that concerning the property. It is not only concerned with the affairs of the Lord, but also concerning dealings with human being fellows. Zakat --as well, just as the others religious teaching? in Nurcholish Madjid?s perspective is a religious symbol and therefore has a symbolic meaning. Examining the symbolic meaning of zakat in Nurcholish Madjid?s perspective is quite interesting and important, Therefore, in this study the writer focused on the study of the symbolic meaning of zakat in Nurcholish Madjid?s perspective. The method that the writer used in this research is discourse analysis method, because almost all the data source is a textual form. The results showed that zakat in Nurcholish Madjid?s perspective is a form of social piety as a logical consequence of their personal piety.

Abstract

Informasi akuntansi merupakan sumber informasi yang penting dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis pada UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah). Namun ada sebagian UMKM belum menerapkan praktek akuntansi dan secara optimal dalam mengolah hasil dari laporan keuangan menjadi sumber informasi akuntansi yang berguna dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis. UMKM mau menggunakan informasi akuntansi apabila merasakan adanya manfaat atau kegunaan dan kemudahan dalam menggunakan informasi akuntansi yang terdapat pada laporan keuangan serta merasakan dampak langsung terhadap kemajuan usahanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan model TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) yaitu persepsi manfaat kegunaan informasi akuntansi dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan informasi akuntansi yang dijadikan sebagai variabel independen dengan menambahkan umur usaha sebagai variabel moderasi. Model regresi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi dengan bantuan SPSS. model pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang yang merupakan pelaku UMKM yang ada di Kota Pontianak.              Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat kegunaan informasi akuntansi dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan informasi akuntansi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan informasi akuntansi pada UMKM pada taraf signifikan 0,000. Serta variabel umur usaha berhasil memperkuat pengaruh persepsi manfaat kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan informasi akuntansi terhadap niat penggunaan informasi akuntansi pada UMKM di Kota Pontianak. Kata kunci: penggunaan informasi akuntansi, usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), umur usaha

Abstract

The activity of putting ideas into writing makes students feel difficult, especially in choosing diction, figure of speech, pengimajian and concrete words in making a poem. Therefore, it is necessary to have interesting learning media and methods in order to assist students in putting ideas and ideas into their writing. This is related to the research objectives, namely to examine the implementation of learning to write poetry, examine the responses of teachers and students and examine the difficulties experienced by students in learning to write poetry by using a project based learning model assisted by audio visual media in class x even semester students at MAN. 1 Bandung City for the 2019-2020 academic year which was held in February 2020 for 3 meetings. The subjects in this study were 33 students. This research method is carried out by using a qualitative descriptive method. The data instrument was obtained using observation sheets, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique used is in the form of scores from the results of the tests carried out as the final results. The criteria for the success of this research can be seen from the increase in the success of the processes and products produced. The results of the observation sheet when accumulated from three meetings for teacher activities get a score of 89% with the high category and three meetings. The results of the student questionnaire during the three meetings got a score of 80.3% in the high category. The activity of putting ideas into writing makes students feel difficult, especially when writing text in choosing diction, figure of speech, pengimajian and concrete words in making a poem. Even so, students can finish it well, and some students get scores above the KKM. From the data above, it can be concluded that learning to write poetry using the project-based learning method assisted by audio-visual media is very effective in learning to write poetry.

Abstract

Kemampuan siswa dalam mengkomunikasikan konsep-konsep fisika terutama secara visual dirasakan sangat kurang. Hal tersebut berdasarkan hasil observasi awal di kelas VIII – C SMP Laboratorium Percontohan UPI semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2006/2007, yang hanya 17,6 % siswa aktif mengungkapkan ide-idenya baik melalui lisan, tulisan maupun gambar, 88,2 % siswa menyatakan kesulitan memahami konsep-konsep fisika terlebih lagi kalau sudah menyelesaikan soal-soal yang berhubungan dengan persamaan matematis, dan rata-rata nilai ulangan siswa (UTS) hanya mencapai 34,10 %. Kesulitan lain yang dirasakan guru adalah ketika mengkondisikan siswa aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Mengatasi kenyataan tersebut dilakukan penelitian kolaboratif melalui kemitraan dengan jurusan pendidikan fisika dalam kegiatan Lesson Study pada metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif, yang di khususkan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa melalui komunikasi visual. Hasil yang diperoleh ternyata terjadi peningkatan rata-rata komunikasi visual siswa tiap siklus sebesar 46,22 %, dan peningkatan rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa tiap siklus sebesar 49,50 %. Adapun  komunikasi visual yang paling banyak dilakukan siswa setiap siklusnya yaitu pada aspek menyajikan gambar dengan indikator menyatakan data hasil penginderaan ke dalam bentuk gambar sebesar 46,67 % untuk siklus satu, 62,22 % untuk siklus dua, dan 71,11 % untuk siklus tiga. Sedangkan komunikasi visual yang paling sedikit dilakukan siswa yaitu pada aspek menstranfer gambar dengan indikator mampu menyatakan konsep dalam bentuk gambar sebesar 13,33 % untuk siklus satu, 26,67 % untuk siklus dua, dan 48,89 % untuk siklus tiga.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a dominant trend in the business world in recent years. The rapid development of information and communication technology has enabled organisations to change the way they operate, interact with customers, and compete in the market. This research aims to analyse the impact of digital transformation on business models and competitive advantage. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative approach, which implies that data will be analysed and interpreted using information and text obtained from various sources. The study results show that in the ongoing era of digital transformation, its impact on business models and competitive advantage is an aspect that cannot be ignored. This digital transformation has changed the fundamentals of how organisations operate and interact with customers, and how they can win the competition in an increasingly fierce market. Digital transformation has brought about a significant business paradigm shift. Today, more organisations are integrating digital technology as an integral part of their business model. It is no longer an option, but a necessity to maintain relevance and competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bermaksud mengurai hakikat pendidikan. Hal ini dengan tujuan memberi wawasan kepada para pihak di dunia pendidikan untuk semakin memahami hakikat pendidikan. Untuk memahami hakikat pendidikan, dibahas pendidikan dalam tinjauan filsafat, konsep pendidikan, dan pendidikan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Pada hakikatnya, pendidikan merupakan upaya untuk memanusiakan manusia. Mengurai hakikat pendidikan dari ketiga konteks seperti di atas, maka tersirat pula tuntutan untuk memahami hakikat belajar dan pembelajaran. Dalam proses pendidikan, pendidik dan peserta didik merupakan suatu kesatuan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan satu dengan yang lain. Di sinilah terjadinya proses belajar dan pembelajaran. Disarankan kepada praktisi pendidikan untuk semakin memahami hakikat pendidikan serta hakikat belajar dan pembelajaran sehingga lebih bisa melakukan upaya untuk memanusiakan manusia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that contribute to students' English writing anxiety in the Science 11 class at UPT SMAN 11 Luwu. Students' levels and causes of writing anxiety in English are described (cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety, and avoidance behavior). Descriptive statistics were used for this investigation. Simple random sampling was used to select a sample of 68 students from the population of eleventh-grade students in a science class. The Causes of Second Language Writing Anxiety Inventory (CSLWAI) by Rezaei and Jafari was used to describe the main factors that contribute to students' writing anxiety, and the Second Language Writing Anxiety Inventory (SLWAI) by Cheng was used to analyze students' anxiety levels. SPSS version 22 and Microsoft Excel 2019 were used to find the mean and percentage of the data, respectively. Students who reported high levels of writing anxiety were statistically typical (M=73.06>65). Inadequate writing technique, linguistic difficulties, a lack of practice, and time constraints are also major contributors to students' writing anxieties.

Abstract

A romance room is a special room or room provided by the state for inmates to channel their sexual desires. The provision of a romance room aims to provide a place for inmates to channel their sexual desires to their legal partners. In Indonesia, romance rooms are still limited and there are only three correctional institutions that have romance booths, namely Ciangir Class IIB Correctional Institution, Kendal Class IIB Open Correctional Institution, and Nusakambangan Class IIB Open Correctional Institution, while Parepare Class IIA Correctional Institution has not yet held a romance room. This study aims to find out the reality of inmates' sexual desire and the problems of procuring romance rooms in Class IIA Parepare Correctional Institution. This research is an empirical normative research that uses a statute appraoch, conceptual approach and social approach. The results of this study show that the reality of inmates' sexual desires in the Class IIA Parepare Correctional Institution requires a romance room as a legal mechanism to fulfill the inmates' sexual desires and to carry out the rights and obligations of the inmate's legal spouse in order to maintain marital harmony. Inmates of Class IIA Parepare Correctional Institution still have difficulty channeling their sexual desires because romance booths are not yet available, while CMK and extraordinary permits that are often used as a medium for channeling sexual desire require strict administrative requirements. The problems faced by the Parepare Class IIA Correctional Institution in the procurement of romance rooms are the absence of regulations that specifically regulate the requirements, implementation procedures, supervision, and technical matters related to the procurement of romance rooms. Another problem faced is the concern about the safety of the romance room and the impact caused if the inmate's wife or female inmate becomes pregnant and gives birth.
