Abstract

This study aims to explore how organizational communication, organizational culture, and leadership style influence organizational commitment within student organizations at Universitas Pelita Bangsa. A total of 75 active student organization members participated as respondents, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings reveal that both organizational communication and culture significantly impact the level of commitment among student organization members. However, leadership style was found to have no significant effect on organizational commitment. These results highlight the crucial role of communication and culture in fostering strong organizational commitment, which contributes to the overall success of student organizations

Abstract

This paper examines problems of religious dialogues in this contemporary era. The conclusion of this discussion suggests that religious dialogue is one of the important problems in the globalization era that becomes one of the alternative methods to anticipate religious conflicts in our society. There are many barriers to develop religious dialogues, such as the level o f knowledge, social-political problems, and psychological and theological barriers. In the recent era, three models of religious dialogue can be developed, that is, theological dialogue, anthropological dialogue, and cosmological dialogue.

Abstract

Shifting perspectives and applications Java society imigrants against inheritance systems is through the principle of gender equality, justice based role for a living, customs, and the other is an important issue that is interesting to conduct research of this thesis. Based on the description above, the problem in this study are as follows: How does the practice of inheritance in Java ethnic Muslim communities in the district Medan Sunggal? What is the basic argument variation inheritance in Java Adat Java ethnic Muslim communities in the district Medan Sunggal? How comparison implementation inheritance in Java ethnic Muslim communities in the district Medan Sunggal? This research was conducted in the District Medan Sunggal. Metode used in this study is a qualitative method by taking a sample of 50 respondents in distric Medan Sunggal. Data collected through; field observations, literature, interviews. After the observation is known that in the district Medan Sunggal has a number of Muslim communities Java ethnic group. While the results of the literature shows that the distribution of inheritance prevailing in Indonesia include three ways; Indigenous inheritance, in Islam, and Civil. The results of this study indicate that the legacy system prevailing in District Medan Sunggal by local custom that is ridla with ridla, one with the other. Keywords: Inheritance, Java Etnich
