Abstract

Komunikasi Interpersonal adalah proses komunikasi yang terjadi antara dua orang atau lebih dan terjadi timbal balik secara langsung. Sedangkan Komitmen Organisasi adalah derajat dimana karyawan ingin terus berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam organisasi tersebut.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Komitmen Organisasi. Penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan antar variable secara parsial dengan metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus terhadap 37 pegawai Balai Proteksi Pertanian dan Peternakan Provinsi Maluku.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil pengujian ini diperoleh Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal ( X1 ) dan Komitmen Organisasi ( X2 ) Variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Pegawai ( Y ) . Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Semaikin baik pegawai membangun dan meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal dan Komitmen Organisasi maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between the components of organizational culture and Lecturer Performance between academics. It is hypothesized that Organizational Learning has a positive mediating role to explain the relationship between organizational culture and lecturer performance. To reveal the relationship between the components of organizational culture perception and lecturer performance, a correlational research design was carried out using SMART PLS 3.2 with a total sample of 35 lecturers. Organizational Learning plays a role in mediating the relationship between Organizational Culture and Lecturer Performance. The study is limited to one private college, the sample size is not represented, so the limited results have not been able to be used as an extensive reference for private universities. Although there have been studies that discuss the relationship between organizational culture and lecturer performance, not many researchers have researched related to learning as mediation. The results of this paper focus on various aspects of organizational learning for the development of private universities and contribute to the needs of human resource development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of internal communication and workplace deviant behaviour on employee performance through direct and indirect job satisfaction. The research was conducted on Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) activities at the Housing and Settlement Area Office of Central Maluku Regency. The type of data used is qualitative data. Data was collected through a questionnaire to 47 respondents.The data analysis technique uses statistical analysis using the outer model analysis test, inner model analysis test, and hypothesis testing. Data processing using SmartPLS 3. The results showed that: (1) internal communication has no direct effect on employee performance, (2) direct internal communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) workplace deviant behavior has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction directly, (4) workplace deviant behavior has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) job satisfaction is a mediating variable for the indirect effect of internal communication on employee performance, and (7) job satisfaction is a variable mediating the indirect effect of workplace deviant behavior on employee performance.

Abstract

Turnover intention is the desire of employees to quit their jobs in order to get another job. This study aims to analyze job insecurity against turnover intention mediated job satisfaction. The sample in this study was 51 sales employees at Kredit Plus (PT Finansia Multi Finance) Ambon Branch and used a simple random sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using Likert scale. The analysis tool used in this study is Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results obtained from this study are: (1) job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction (3) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention (4) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention.
