Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Perawat dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Mediasi di Rumah Sakit Daerah Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 82 perawat yang bekerja minimal 10 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah metode wawancara dan kuisioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan menggunakan SmartPLS Versi 4.0 Berdasarkan Hasil Hipotesis, pertama, Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja perawat pada RSUD Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon. Kedua, Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB perawat pada RSUD Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon. Ketiga, OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD. Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon. Dan yang terakhir, OCB dapat memediasi kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja perawat pada RSUD Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan ilmiah dan struktur pengetahuan dalam bidang organizational learning dan knowledge sharing melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Data dikumpulkan dari database Scopus dengan rentang waktu 2000–2024 dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Tiga teknik utama yang digunakan adalah analisis ko-kata kunci, ko-sitasi penulis, dan visualisasi temporal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge management dan organizational learning merupakan pusat utama kajian yang saling berkaitan erat dengan tema lain seperti teknologi informasi, pembelajaran berbasis sistem, budaya organisasi, dan e-learning. Tokoh-tokoh seperti Nonaka, Argote, dan Wenger menempati posisi sentral dalam peta ko-sitasi, mencerminkan keberagaman pendekatan teoritis dalam studi ini. Visualisasi temporal menunjukkan pergeseran fokus penelitian dari pendekatan berbasis teknologi ke arah aplikasi strategis dan kapabilitas adaptif. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami lanskap literatur yang kompleks serta mengidentifikasi peluang penelitian yang relevan di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of workload and organizational culture on employee performance, with organizational learning as a mediating variable at the Inspectorate Office of Central Maluku Regency. This research adopts a quantitative approach and, based on the level of explanation, is classified as associative research. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation, and were analyzed by testing hypotheses and identifying the relationships between variables using path coefficient correction through Smart PLS version 4.0. The results indicate that both workload and organizational culture have a direct, positive, and significant effect on employee performance and organizational learning. Furthermore, organizational learning also has a direct, positive, and significant effect on employee performance. However, organizational learning does not mediate the relationship between workload and employee performance. In contrast, it successfully mediates the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, with a positive and significant effect at the Inspectorate Office of Central Maluku Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja dan konflik keluarga terhadap kinerja perawat wanita yang sudah menikah di RSUD Saparua, dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai variable mediasi. Menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) yang diolah melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 33 orang perawat wanita yang sudah menikah di RSUD Saparua. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang mengukur variabel stres kerja, konflik keluarga, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan kinerja perawat Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Stres Kerja Berpengaruh Negatif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja,Konflik Keluarga Berpengaruh Negatif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja, Stres Kerja Berpengaruh Negatif dan Signifikan Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Konflik Keluarga Berpengaruh Negatif dan Signifikan Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Mampu Memediasi Pengaruh Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Mampu Memediasi Pengaruh Konflik Keluarga Terhadap Kinerja.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja, baik secara langsung maupun melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Fokus utama diarahkan pada sejauh mana budaya organisasi mampu memperkuat keterikatan karyawan dengan organisasi dan berimplikasi pada peningkatan kualitas kerja. Metode Penelitian: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden dan diukur menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3 untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel dalam model penelitian. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, budaya organisasi juga berdampak signifikan pada komitmen organisasi, yang kemudian bertindak sebagai mediator dalam memperkuat hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja. Dengan demikian, komitmen organisasi terbukti menjadi mekanisme penting yang menjembatani budaya kerja dengan hasil kinerja pegawai. Implikasi: Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa memperkuat budaya organisasi dan membangun komitmen karyawan merupakan strategi kunci untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan produktivitas organisasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Komunikasi Interpersonal adalah proses komunikasi yang terjadi antara dua orang atau lebih dan terjadi timbal balik secara langsung. Sedangkan Komitmen Organisasi adalah derajat dimana karyawan ingin terus berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam organisasi tersebut.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Komitmen Organisasi. Penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan antar variable secara parsial dengan metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus terhadap 37 pegawai Balai Proteksi Pertanian dan Peternakan Provinsi Maluku.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil pengujian ini diperoleh Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal ( X1 ) dan Komitmen Organisasi ( X2 ) Variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Pegawai ( Y ) . Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Semaikin baik pegawai membangun dan meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal dan Komitmen Organisasi maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between the components of organizational culture and Lecturer Performance between academics. It is hypothesized that Organizational Learning has a positive mediating role to explain the relationship between organizational culture and lecturer performance. To reveal the relationship between the components of organizational culture perception and lecturer performance, a correlational research design was carried out using SMART PLS 3.2 with a total sample of 35 lecturers. Organizational Learning plays a role in mediating the relationship between Organizational Culture and Lecturer Performance. The study is limited to one private college, the sample size is not represented, so the limited results have not been able to be used as an extensive reference for private universities. Although there have been studies that discuss the relationship between organizational culture and lecturer performance, not many researchers have researched related to learning as mediation. The results of this paper focus on various aspects of organizational learning for the development of private universities and contribute to the needs of human resource development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of internal communication and workplace deviant behaviour on employee performance through direct and indirect job satisfaction. The research was conducted on Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) activities at the Housing and Settlement Area Office of Central Maluku Regency. The type of data used is qualitative data. Data was collected through a questionnaire to 47 respondents.The data analysis technique uses statistical analysis using the outer model analysis test, inner model analysis test, and hypothesis testing. Data processing using SmartPLS 3. The results showed that: (1) internal communication has no direct effect on employee performance, (2) direct internal communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) workplace deviant behavior has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction directly, (4) workplace deviant behavior has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) job satisfaction is a mediating variable for the indirect effect of internal communication on employee performance, and (7) job satisfaction is a variable mediating the indirect effect of workplace deviant behavior on employee performance.

Abstract

Turnover intention is the desire of employees to quit their jobs in order to get another job. This study aims to analyze job insecurity against turnover intention mediated job satisfaction. The sample in this study was 51 sales employees at Kredit Plus (PT Finansia Multi Finance) Ambon Branch and used a simple random sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using Likert scale. The analysis tool used in this study is Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results obtained from this study are: (1) job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction (3) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention (4) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention. Abstract

The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The population used in this study was 40 lecturers at Lelemuku Saumlaki University. The sample used in this study was 40 respondents, as a sampling method was used, namely total sampling, in which the total population was used as a sample. Therefore the number of samples used in this study were 40 lecturers at Lelemuku Saumlaki University. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by using SPSS 26 software.Situational leadership style, work environment and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously significant effect onperformance of Lelemuku Saumlaki Higher Education Foundation lecturers.
