Abstract

This research aims to obtain data on improving cognitive abilities through Betawi’s traditional game activities through song. The study was conducted at TK Mutiara Duri Kosambi Cengkareng, West Jakarta and the subject of this research is TK Mutiara B Group children. This study used a class action research method which was carried out with two cycles. Data is obtained from observation instruments, documentary studies and field notes. Observation of pre-cycle measures obtained an average of 53.95%. In cycle 1 the average results of observations 71,042%. Then in the second cycle cognitive ability has increased 18.53%, with an average yield of 89.58%. The results of research conducted at TK Mutiara show that Betawi traditional game activities through song can improve cognitive development of young children. The implications of this study suggest that teachers should implement learning by maximizing play activities. The teacher is also encouraged to be more careful in planning and implementing learning so as to achieve the goals set.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi dan terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri 04 Durikosambi Cengkareng Jakarta Barat, (2) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri 04 Durikosambi Cengkareng Jakarta Barat, (3) pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Besar populasi 30 orang guru guru SD Negeri 04 Durikosambi Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: (1) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dimana kontribusi yang diberikan sebesar 38,2%. (2) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 14,20% (3) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 10,03%

Abstract

Forward the withdrawal of a State determined by previous generations, hence the family as the smallest unit of society has the strategic role in efforts of fostering children's personal and educational. Affection of parents who are sincere and honest to the child it is very useful for survival the next man, would they be useful for others and can scent the surname even to the country. Quality education starts from the family, schools and the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration in digital learning and its impact on students' cognitive effectiveness and creativity. A qualitative approach was employed using a literature review method and descriptive analysis of 32 scholarly articles published between 1983 and 2025, obtained from Google Scholar and various credible academic sources such as ResearchGate, ScienceDirect, Wiley Online Library, dan SpringerLink. The findings reveal that the integration of AI in learning positively contributes to enhancing cognitive effectiveness through adaptive, interactive, and personalized content delivery. On the other hand, student creativity is also fostered through AI support in the processes of idea exploration, concept visualization, and the strengthening of intrinsic learning motivation. These findings are supported by Cognitive Load Theory, the Componential Theory of Creativity, and Constructivist Theory, and are further reinforced by real-world case studies within higher education settings. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of AI is strongly influenced by digital literacy, pedagogical design, and users' ethical awareness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara keterlibatan orang tua dan prestasi akademik siswa sebagai upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode tinjauan pustaka menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana data diperoleh dari Google Scholar untuk periode 2005-2024. Dari 30 artikel awal, hanya 15 artikel yang dipilih setelah seleksi ketat berdasarkan relevansi dan kualitas. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola hubungan antara keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendukung pembelajaran anak dengan capaian akademik mereka serta dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan orang tua, baik melalui pendampingan belajar di rumah, partisipasi dalam kegiatan sekolah, maupun adaptasi terhadap pembelajaran berbasis digital, memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa. Prestasi akademik yang lebih baik pada gilirannya memperkuat kesejahteraan keluarga, baik dari aspek sosial, ekonomi, maupun psikologis. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara keluarga, sekolah, dan komunitas dalam mendukung keberhasilan pendidikan anak sebagai langkah strategis untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan keluarga secara holistik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memperkaya literatur dalam konteks pengabdian kepada masyarakat, khususnya mengenai kolaborasi strategis antara institusi pendidikan dan komunitas lokal dalam pengelolaan program pendidikan nonformal berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelusuran data dilakukan melalui platform Google Scholar dan berbagai situs akademik kredibel lainnya dalam rentang waktu 2006 hingga 2025. Dari 50 artikel yang ditemukan, sebanyak 29 artikel dipilih melalui proses seleksi ketat berdasarkan relevansi dan kualitas isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi yang dibangun secara partisipatif, kontekstual, dan berbasis aset lokal dapat meningkatkan efektivitas program pendidikan nonformal dalam memberdayakan masyarakat. Integrasi nilai-nilai lokal seperti bahasa, seni, kearifan tradisional, dan praktik ekonomi berbasis komunitas terbukti memperkuat rasa memiliki, partisipasi aktif, serta keberlanjutan program. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya perubahan paradigma institusi pendidikan dari aktor dominan menjadi mitra setara dalam proses pemberdayaan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi prioritas terhadap pengembangan pendekatan pengabdian masyarakat yang lebih adil secara epistemik, sensitif terhadap konteks budaya, dan berkelanjutan.
