Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the role of the police in handling criminal acts of child abuse, to find out the obstacles in handling criminal acts of child abuse. The research method used is normative juridical research, namely research conducted aimed at examining the application of statutory provisions (positive law) relating to the crime of child abuse. The data collection technique is library research, and interviews with the Padangsidimpuan police, data analysis is by While the data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis, namely the data obtained is then arranged systematically and then analyzed qualitatively. Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between law, globalization and copyright protection in the context of the electronic media of the Koran. This research also wants to know the challenges and solutions faced in protecting the copyright of the Al-Qur'an in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data is collected from various sources, such as books, journals, articles, laws and official documents. The data was then analyzed using content analysis techniques. This research found that copyright of the Al-Qur'an in electronic media is different from copyright of other works, both from a legal, ethical and religious perspective. Globalization affects the copyright protection of the Qur'an in electronic media by providing global standards, international agreements, and legal challenges. The electronic media of the Koran has special characteristics that require copyright protection in accordance with Islamic principles. Copyright protection of the Koran.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the role of the police in handling child molestation crimes, and to find out the obstacles in handling child molestation crimes. The research method used is normative juridical type research, which is research conducted to examine the application of legal provisions (positive law) related to the crime of child molestation. The data collection technique is library research and interviews with the Padangsidimpuan police, data analysis is with the same data analysis technique as qualitative analysis, namely, the data obtained is then systematically compiled for further qualitative analysis. From the results of the research that has been carried out, the author concludes that the role of the police in handling child abuse crimes The role of the police in handling child abuse crimes, carrying out coordination of the protection of women and children, coordination of social services, coordination correctional centers, and counseling. The obstacle in handling the crime of child molestation, the perpetrator fled, the perpetrator was unknown, and the victim did not want to speak.
