Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kdan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Musi Rawas yang berjumlah 37 orang dengan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan Kuisioner. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Hal ini berdasarkan nilai Fhitung yang diperoleh adalah 13,237 > Ftabel (n-2-1) (37-2-1) (34) = 3,27 dan tingkat kemaknaan secara serentak sig F adalah 0,000. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinan (R2) yang diperoleh, adalah sebesar 0,635, dapat diartikan bahwa variasi perubahan nilai variabel terikat (Kinerja) dapat dijelaskan oleh seluruh variabel bebas (disiplin kerja dan kmotivasi kerja) secara bersama-sama (simultan) sebesar 63.5% dan sisanya sebesar 36.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, businesses and organizations are facing increasingly intense competition, requiring them to possess superior capabilities to survive and thrive. One of the key strategies for enhancing competitiveness is the development of skilled and qualified human resources. This study investigates the effects of the work environment and Islamic work ethics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees. The research focuses on 61 employees, with a saturated sampling technique, and employs a combination of observation, documentation, and questionnaires for data collection. To analyze the data, multiple regression analysis was used. The findings indicate that both the work environment and Islamic work ethics significantly influence the OCB of employees. The study highlights the importance of creating a supportive work environment and integrating ethical values to foster positive organizational behavior and improve overall performance. These results contribute in proving that work environment and Islamic work are critical for organizations aiming to increase their competitiveness and employee engagement in a rapidly changing business environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA and Market Value Added (MVA), on Stock Prices with Return On Asset (ROA) as a Moderating Variable in Household Appliances Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The independent variables used are Economic Value Added (EVA and Market Value Added (MVA). The dependent variable used is stock prices. The moderating variable used is Return On Asset (ROA). The population in this study is the Household Appliance Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2000-2021 period. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method with a sample of 6 companies during the 8 year observation period. The analytical method of this study uses quantitative and moderating regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that EVA has a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, ROA with EVA and MVA as moderating variables have a significant effect on stock prices.
