Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah merupakan salah satu tugas pokok seorang dosen dalam malaksanakan Tri Darma, yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pendidikan Tinggi pada pasal 1 ayat 9 menyatakan bahwa Tridharma adalah kewajiban Perguruan Tinggi untuk menyelenggarakan Pendidikan, Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, kemudian dijelaskan pula di ayat 11bahwa pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah kegiatan civitas akademika yang memanfaatkan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi untuk memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Pada perguruan tinggi pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat akan dilakukan oleh mahasiswa yang dibimbing dan didampingi oleh Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan (DPL) dalam bentuk Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN).

Abstract

This research was conducted to see The Effect of Income Level on the Financial Behavior Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Kota Lubuklinggau. Sampling, using a purposive side. The number of samples was 98 respondents. The analysis tool used was SEM which was run with SmatPLS3.0 software. The results of this study are related to the theme of Influence of Income Level on the The Effect of Income Level on the Financial Behavior Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Kota Lubuklinggau.The number of samples in this study used 98 respondents of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Lubuklinggau with the willingness of respondents to fill out questionnaires with valid data totaling 89 respondents. After testing, it can be concluded that: This study found that income levels had a positive effect on financial behavior. This was due to the results of testing the hypothesis which shows that the income level with financial behavior shows the path coefficient value of the original sample estimate of 0.451 with a significance below 5% which is indicated by the t-statistic value of 5.625 which is greater than the t-table value of 1.984. the P-Value is 0.000. P-value (0.000) < α = 5 This study found that the level of income has a positive effect on financial behavior. This means that the higher the level of income, the better the financial behavior will be and this will have an impact on better financial management. This study made modifications to the data testing because there were several indicator results that did not meet the requirements so dropping or elimination had to be carried out on each variable indicator that did not meet the discriminant validity requirements. This research was useful for the academic environment and MSME managers in Lubuklinggau

Abstract

It is undeniable that there are various social conflicts in Indonesia which involve various groups of people such as the religious conflict in Poso (2001), in Sampit (2001), in Ambon (2002) and others. Most of them were caused by uncertain, unfair, and misused regulations on keeping people’s religious tolerance. It was also caused by the lack of people’s empowerment in keeping religious tolerance. This study aims to examine dalihan na tulo as a mechanism for resolving religious conflicts in the Mandailing community, North Sumatra. This research uses juridical empirical methods, consisting of anthropological and sociological law approaches. Data were collected by means of interviews and literature studies. The result of the research showed that Dalihan na Tolu tradition based-model of maintaining religious tolerance and resolving conflicts in religious believers was done by using the philosophy of Dalihan na Tolu, Pastak-pastakni Paradaton, Uhum dohot Patik and Tutur dohot Poda. There are three types of negotiation system in resolving the conflicts: Tahi Dalihan na Tolu, Tahi Godang Parsahutaon, and Tahi Godang Haruaya Mardomu Bulung (big negotiation among the neighboring villages). Anthropologically and sociologically that the Mandailing community has proven successful in using adat as a resolution of religious conflicts, so as to create peace and order as a function of law in society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketersediaan dan keragaman produk terdahap Keputusan pembelian Pada PT. Sumber Perintis Jaya Dolok Masihul. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptip kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen di PT. Sumber Perintis Jaya Dolok Masihul dan memiliki sampel sebanyak 133 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai thitung untuk variabel Ketersediaan Produk (X1) sebesar 2.586 jika dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel sebesar 1. 656. maka thitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dari nilai ttabel atau 2.586 > 1. 656. jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Ketersediaan Produk (X1) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai thitung untuk variabel Keberagaman Produk (X2) sebesar 18.819, jika dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel yang sebesar 1.656. maka thitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dari nilai ttabel atau 18.819 > 1. 656, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Keragaman Produk (X2) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil uji F yang diperoleh nilai Fhitung 177.929 > Ftabel 2.674, maka H0 ditolak karena Fhitung > Ftabel. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulakan bahwa secara simultan Variabel Ketersediaan Produk (X1) dan Variabel Keragaman Produk (X2) berpengaruh nyata terhadap Variabel Keputusan Pembelian (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel karakteristik wirausaha dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap keberhasilan berwirausaha pada pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai-Sumatera Utara. Metode analisis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan regresi linear berganda melalui program SPSS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution). Populasi penelitian berjumlah 587 dan sampel sebanyak 85 pelaku UMKM dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, e=10 persen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah obesrvasi, studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil uji parsial, karakteristik wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan berwirausaha. Keunggulan bersaing juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan berwirausaha. Secara simultan karakteristik wirausaha dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan berwirausaha. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi mencapai 0,537 yang berarti bahwa karakteristik wirausaha dan keunggulan bersaing mempengaruhi keberhasilan berwirausaha pada pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Perbaungan, Serdang Bedagai-Sumatera Utara sebesar sebesar 53,7%.

Abstract

Global Value Chain is a useful tool for tracking global production patterns for improving the economies of countries in the global economy with highly complex industrial interactions explicitly for poor and developing countries. This study seeks to link several previous studies, which discussed GVC with Islamic economic Fiqh. Of these, the objective of the current investigation is to study a GVC through Islamic economic framework (Fiqh). This study designed using Qualitative approach with reviewing the relevant literature (themes and topics). The results of this study found that the global dimension of GVC through the concept of Fiqh is input output, which consists of the sharia principles such as moral, quality and priority scale. Further, its distribution intended for Da'wah, education, social and economy. For geographical scope, it consists of a trade negotiation space of various countries. In conclusion, the structure of government in spending money to society who are weak in the faith will lead to deviation of economic activity from the right path. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of motivation of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial knowledge to the interests of entrepreneurship in students of Islamic Economics Semester VI Faculty of Economics and Business Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method, namely the sample selected with specific criteria amounted to 175 people. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. The results of the hypothesis test simultaneously (F Test) variable entrepreneurship motivation and knowledge entrepreneurship have a positive and significant impact on the interest in entrepreneurship. The partial hypothesis test (t Test) variable entrepreneurship motivation and knowledge entrepreneurship have a positive and significant impact on the interest in entrepreneurship. The results of the test of determination obtained the value of R Square of 0,558, meaning that the variables of interest in entrepreneurship can be explained amounted to 55.8% by the variable motivation entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial knowledge, while the remaining 44.2% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The development of competitive advantage for SMEs in Medan City is carried out by looking at the marketing aspects. In improving its marketing performance, SMEs review aspects of market orientation and product innovation. This will allow SMEs to compete with their competitors. The role of the government is also increasingly needed in making the quality improvement of SMEs such as providing facilities and infrastructure for good access to the market, providing understanding in increasing product innovation and opening access to SME marketing in the future. However, some entrepreneurs are constrained in making this because of  the limited information and advantages they have. Based on the model and dimensions of the marketing strategy, the results of observational analysis and interviews with speakers conducted by researchers argue that the marketing development strategy of MSMEs in Medan City is included in the progressive strategy model. That is the strategy that is carried out by surviving with the marketing aspect.

Abstract

The number of people who send goods to each other  makes delivery services very important. The development of internet technology  has a great  contribution to the community  need for goods delivery services. For  buying and selling goods business , it is not only limited to face-to-face but  also be done through online media. This research was  conducted using sampling technique namely convenience sampling with consideration of convenience, such as respondents who are easier to find by researchers (Sugiarto, 2011). Respondents in this study were   Costumer s who use delivery service companies with the following criteria: Have used delivery services in the last six months. The number of respondents used was  as many as 120 respondents with 22 types of attributes in the questionnaire. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the servqual variable and  Costumer  trust; there was  no positive and significant effect between servicecape variables on  Costumer  trust; service quality on  Costumer  loyalty did  not have a significant and positive effect; there was  no effect of servicecape on  Costumer  loyalty; there was  a positive and significant effect of the  Costumer  trust variable on  Costumer  loyalty.

Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah beberapa pegawai ada yang tidak bisa dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya menggunakan komputer dan masih kurangnya kecakapan dalam menjalankan tugas, cara menyampaikan informasi kepada penerima informasi masih belum memuaskan dan masih kurangnya tindakan dalam berkomunikasi sesuai dengan pesan yang disampaikan dan kurangnya tanggung jawab pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga pekerjaan yang dilakukannya menjadi kurang maksimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi sederhana, koefisien korelasi, uji t, uji regresi berganda, uji determinasi dan uji f. Pengujian hipotesis pertama yaitu variabel kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengujian hipotesis kedua yaitu variabel komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan pengujian hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa bahwa kompetensi dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kinerja, pegawai harus memiliki kompetensi sehingga dapat mengendalikan dan memiliki kemampuan dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya dengan didukung juga cara berkomunikasi dengan baik antar pegawai. Agar pegawai dapat bekerja secara maksimal untuk meningkatkan kualitas maupun kuantitas, maka kompetensi perlu di perhatikan sehingga kompetensi yang dimiliki dapat terus ditingkatkan lebih baik lagi
