Abstract

Online learning is an essential thing during the covid-19 pandemic. Especially the education sector, whereas almost everything must be put on the online system. Online learning implementation can harm the achievement of student learning outcomes. The SMA Katholik 2 Kabanjahe experienced a decline in their learning outcomes using online learning, far below the standard built from minimum competence for the test scores of mathematics subjects. This study aims to increase student learning outcomes with optimized Microsoft Teams Add-ons in mathematics subjects based on these problems. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research, and the subject of this research is students class X SMA Katholik 2 Kabanjahe with 21 students as participants. Observation student evaluation, an evaluation test, and a questionnaire are used to collect data. The result has shown that students' learning outcomes were significantly improved from the first cycle by 42.85% on average increased to 72.16% in the second cycle. Student's activity also significantly changed from the first cycle by 32.14%, increasing to 72.00% on average from the second cycle. 79.87 % of students gave positive responses and 20.13% for negative responses.

Abstract

Employee payroll process on CV. So far, Ramayana is still done manually, with a process that is still manual, calculation errors cannot be avoided. This results in discomfort for employees at work, which in turn can reduce the productivity of the employees themselves. With these problems, the author makes a programming application that can facilitate the work of the CV administration section. Ramayana in managing employee attendance data which is the basis for calculating salaries, so that in the end an effective and efficient payroll system is obtained. CV payroll system. Ramayana is made web-based and MySQL, as the database.

Abstract

Admission of new students is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions such as schools that are useful for screening prospective students who are selected according to the criteria determined by the school to become their students. In general, the admission process for new students is carried out through the stages of registration, input grades, and announcements of student admissions. In this study, the application was carried out at SMP Negeri 2 Siantar which had been done manually or computerized but used Microsoft Office Excel, which allowed there to be a lot of data shortages. The problem formulation of this research is how to create an information system for new student admissions at SMP Negeri 2 Siantar. The research method used is literature, observation, analysis, design, testing and implementation. This new admissions information system is built using the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The results of this study are a web-based admissions information system that has the ability to provide convenience for parents of prospective new students to obtain all information about new student admissions and carry out the online registration process.
