Abstract

Indonesia merupakan Pengabdian masyarakat ini berlokasi di desa bahari kecamatan sampolawa di mana Taman Penitipan Anak ini akan dibanguna pada lahan ukuran 20m x 30 m dengan luas ahan 600 m2 dimana besarnya ukuran bangunan 15,5m x 20 m dengan jumlah 3 lantai dengan tinggi mencapai 12 m dan dalam tahap ini yang dihasilkan dari pengabdian ini yaitu gambar model untuk masjid baik dari model 3D, gambar tampak baik tampak depan, tampang samping, tampan belakang, dan potongan selain itu untuk gambar kerja yang dihasilkan yaitu gambar denah dari struktur, baik balok, kolom, maupun Plat dan juga gambar Detail untuk pelaksanaan.

Abstract

Rumah sakit Ibu dan anak Mohammad Yamin merupakan bangunan yang terletak di kota bau bau dengan jumlah tingkat bangunan yaitu empat lantai. Di mana struktur bangunan ini baik dari kolom, balok, plat, dan fondasi menggunakan beton bertulang selain itu struktur ini menggunakan Lift pada bangunannya dan juga shear wall dikarenakan struktur ini memili tidak beraturan Horzontal. Perencanaan struktur didapat mode1 dan mode 2 mengalami translasi sehingga mode memenuhi syarat dimana mode 1 dan mode 2 tidak mengalami rotasi selain itu simpangan (?) =12,11 mm < simpangan ijin ( ?ijin = 40mm). Dalam perhitungan didapat penulangan TP.1(130) ?10-150 untuk arah x dan y, TP.2(150) ?10-150 untuk arah x dan y, TP.3(120) ?10-200 untuk arah x dan y, , TP.4(100) ?10-250 untuk arah x dan y. dimensi yang digunakan baik untuk kolom, balok, plat dan penulangannya yaitu SF.1 (300/600) untuk penulangan utama tumpuan 4D16 sedangkan untuk Lapangan 4D16, untuk sengkang tumpuan ?10-100 dan Lapangan ?10-200. BL.1 (400/800) untuk penulangan utama tumpuan 8D16 sedangkan untuk Lapangan 8D16, untuk sengkang tumpuan 4?10-100 dan Lapangan 3?10-200. BL.3 (400/600) untuk penulangan utama tumpuan 6D16 sedangkan untuk Lapangan 5D16, untuk sengkang tumpuan ?10-100 dan Lapangan ?10-200. BA (300/400) untuk penulangan utama tumpuan 4D16 sedangkan untuk Lapangan 2D16, untuk sengkang tumpuan ?10-100 dan Lapangan ?10-200. Sedangkan untuk kolom, K.1 (600/600) untuk penulangan utama 16D16, untuk sengkang tumpuan 4?10-100 dan Lapangan 3?10-200. Abstract

The community service program's objective is to apply technical knowledge, particularly civil engineering, to the village government and the local population. So they may appreciate the critical nature of discussion and consultation over image design during the Planning for Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) phase prior to construction. The program's implementation is supposed to result in a design that is responsive to the needs and conditions of the surrounding environment. To accomplish this, effective design concepts and mentorship methods are employed to provide consulting services to the village administration and community, ensuring that the program's objectives are realized. The final results acquired include the design and budget for the Puncak Tumada Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) in Tumada Village, Kapontori District, Buton Regency.

Abstract

Masjid merupakan tempat suci bagi umat islam yang digunakan sebagai tempat peribadatan kepada Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala. Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumah penduduk, kebutuhan untuk tempat ibadah yang aman, nyaman dan indah merupakan hal yang penting bagi penduduk di daerah tersebut khususnya yang beragama islam.  Program pengabdian masyarakat khususnya pada bidang teknik sipil merupakan bentuk  inplementasi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi langsung kepada masyarakat dalam upaya mempercepat dan meningkatkan kualitas pembangunan yang ada di daerah. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, digunakan konsep desain yang baik dan metode pendampingan layanan jasa konsultasi desain pada pemerintah desa dan masyarakat agar tujuan program ini bisa tepat guna sesuai yang direncanakan. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan adalah adanya Detail Engineering Design (DED) dan Rencana Angaran Biaya (RAB) yang siap digunakan pada pembangunan Masjid As sholihin Desa Tumada Kecamatan Kapontori Kabupaten Buton.

Abstract

The purpose of community service is to assist the people of Takimpo Village in planning the structure of mosque buildings, so that the village government and mosque committees get an idea of the needs of the main structure in the mosque that is safe both from the condition of plates, beams, or columns. Meanwhile, in determining the structure, it cannot be determined by just any other than a civil engineer who must calculate the needs of both the quality, the dimensions of the repeating roof. Abstract

This research aims to assist the analysis of the cost budget for the continuation of the construction of the 2nd floor of the nurul iman mosque of the third nautical village so that in determining the amount of costs, material needs can be known in more detail so as to minimize the risk of spending overruns in the use of the budget. In determining costs, the analysis is calculated based on the planned work drawings. With a total budget of four hundred and fifty-four million.
