Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ketercapaian hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila siswa kelas IV  SD Negeri 28 Lubuklinggau setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran role playing.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test group. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 23 siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 28 Lubuklinggau. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas dan uji t, berdasarkan analisis data, diketahui hasil pre-test memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 61,52 dan hasil post-test memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 81,13. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata post-test lebih besar daripada nilai rata-rata pre-test dengan selisih nilai sebesar 19,61. Setelah dihitung dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 5,41 yang dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 adalah 1,71. Jadi nilai thitung > ttabel atau 5,41 > 1,7. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, penerapan model pembelajaran Role Playing pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas IV SD Negeri 28 Lubuklinggau Secara signifikan mencapai KKTP.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of academic supervision in improving the quality of mathematics learning at a vocational high school in Lubuklinggau City. Enhancing the quality of mathematics instruction is a strategic issue at the vocational secondary level, as it is closely related to strengthening students’ numeracy skills and work readiness. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The participants consisted of the principal and mathematics teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using an interactive model involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member checking. The findings indicate that the implementation of academic supervision through systematic stages—planning, implementation, and follow-up—contributes positively to improving the quality of mathematics learning. The impact is reflected in more structured lesson planning, the application of more contextual and participatory teaching strategies, the use of formative assessment, and the development of teachers’ professional reflection. However, the effectiveness of supervision still requires strengthening in terms of needs-based analysis and the sustainability of follow-up programs. This study concludes that academic supervision conducted systematically, collaboratively, and based on teachers’ professional needs can serve as a strategic instrument for sustainable improvement of mathematics learning quality in vocational high schools.   Keywords: Academic Supervision, Learning Quality, Mathematics Education, Vocational High School, Qualitative Case Study

Abstract

This study aimed to describe and analyze the principal’s instructional leadership strategies in improving the quality of science learning at SMP IT Al Qudwah Musi Rawas. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal and science teachers. The results show that the principal implements instructional leadership strategies through five main dimensions: setting the mission through the vision of deep learning; managing the instructional program through routine clinical supervision and random classroom visitations; developing a learning climate through STEM-based programs and learning communities (lesson study); managing learning facilities by prioritizing laboratory budgets and utilizing a natural laboratory; and integrating the distinctive values of Integrated Islamic Schools through the ADLX integrated approach and the internalization of ayat kauniyah. In conclusion, effective instructional leadership contributes to improving teacher discipline, enhancing students’ learning motivation, and strengthening the school’s quality identity through the integration of science learning and Islamic values.
