Abstract

Tujuan jurnal ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap UMKM di Indonesia dan bagaimana hal ini berdampak pada keberlangsungan bisnis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan skala Likert dan melibatkan 160 responden yang merupakan pelanggan UMKM. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan interpretasi hasil berdasarkan rata-rata skor yang diberikan oleh responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden merasa puas dengan kualitas produk atau layanan, harga yang ditawarkan, respons terhadap keluhan pelanggan, dan berhubungan dengan UMKM. Namun, terdapat sebagian responden yang merasa tidak puas atau membutuhkan perbaikan dalam beberapa aspek yang diteliti. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah pentingnya UMKM meningkatkan kualitas produk atau layanan, responsifitas terhadap keluhan pelanggan, harga yang ditawarkan, dan komunikasi dengan pelanggan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan serta memperkuat keberlangsungan bisnis mereka.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of community service observations that focus on the problem of managing UMKM  finances. To realize this, this study aims to enable UMKM actors to be able to run and maintain their businesses well under any circumstances and can optimize the financial management of UMKM. The research was conducted by a group of economics and management students of Malahayati University.  With the research method, the results show that students get experience because they are directly involved in UMKM. With this activity, students can learn how to manage finances well and effectively, and can be more familiar with the use of technology and simple financial applications that can help facilitate business financial management.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the most important factor and plays an important role in the development of an area or village. To realize superior human resources, it can be started from food with balanced nutrition, Food ingredients with good nutrition can be found around us, can be through vegetables, fruits, and wild plants such as Moringa leaves. Moringa leaves contain Protein, Iron and Vitamin C which are good for the body, but because it has a fairly pungent smell, people rarely like this plant. For that, people need to know how to manage Moringa leaves into food with balanced nutrition, and become processed that is favored by people. Everyone who later eats Moringa leaves is expected to be able to realize superior human resources.

Abstract

Background: Burning mouth syndrome (BMS) is characterized by a burning sensation or dysesthesia of the oral mucosa without accompanying abnormal clinical or laboratory findings. Management of BMS is very important to reduce pain, support nutrition and improve patients’ quality of life. Various studies on BMS therapy have been carried out, one of which is by using alternative materials derived from nature known as herbal ingredients. The objective of this systematic review is to review the effectiveness of herbal medicine to reduce pain in BMS patients. Methods: This systematic review was conducted using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Article searches were conducted through Pubmed, Scopus, Science Direct, Cochrane, and Springer Link published from 2012 to 2022 with specific keywords. The search for articles was limited to human studies and randomized controlled trial (RCT), papers written in English and availability of full text. The risk assessment of bias uses the Modified Jadad Scale. Results: Seven articles with good eligibility that meet the inclusion criteria were analyzed. The herbal medicine reviewed were capsaicin (two articles), Aloe vera, catuama, capsaicin, virgin olive oil, chamomile and crocin (one article for each herbal medicine). All of the herbal medicine reviewed were proven to reduce pain in BMS patients, but capsaicin and catuama showed significant differences with the comparison group. Minimal side effects were also observed with capsaicin and catuama. Conclusion: Herbal medicinal ingredients have been proven to be effective, useful and safe alternative therapies for BMS patients.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh PT terhadap kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan dan nilai pelanggan. Semestanustra Ditrindo Kota Metro. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat statistik IBM SPSS Versi 25 dansubjek penelitian ini adalah 50 klien setia PT Semestanustra Distrindo di wilayah Kota Metro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berhubungan dengan loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berhubungan dengan loyalitas pelanggan, dan nilai loyalitaspelanggan tidak berhubungan dengan loyalitas pelanggan. Variabel seperti kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan dan nilai pelanggan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan secara simultan atau bersama - sama.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami pengaruh motivasi (X1), kepuasan kerja (X2), dan lingkungan kerja (X3) atas produktivitas kerja (Y) ASN Sekretariat Daerah Kota Metro. Metode penelitian ini ialah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian asosiati dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 25, dengan jumlah responden 100 orang pada ASN Sekretariat Daerah Kota Metro. Berlandaskan perolehan serangkaian susunan telaahan ini bisa disimpulkan bahwa ada dampak yang berarti secara serempak tentang keproduktifan kerja ASN. Sementara sebagian faktor motivasi tidak mempunyai akibat akan keproduktifan kerja ASN. Variabel kepuasan kerja secara sebagian berdampak positif dan akan keproduktifan kerja ASN. Sementara variabel lingkungan kerja secara sebagian berdampak besar akan keproduktifan kerja ASN. Keterbatasan penelitian ini ialah hanya dengan 100 sampel saja dari jumlah total keseluruhan pegawai ASN Sekretariat Daerah Kota Metro dan hanya menggunakan 3 variabel bebas dan juga 1 variabel terikat. Penelitian ini dapat berguna untuk peneliti selanjutnya yang akan melakukan penelitian dengan variabel yang sama pada objek yang berbeda seperti pada instansi pemerintah dan perusahaan besar lainnya.
