Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and price on samsung smartphone purchasing decisions in West Manokwari District. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with an associative type of problem. The population in this study was people in West Manokwari District who used Samsung smartphones and had used Samsung smartphones for at least 1 year. The sample collection technique is non probability sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The primary data used is by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. Secondary data is obtained from journals, books, websites, catalogs, and data of Samsung smartphone users in Manokwari. The results of this study show that the product quality variable partially affects samsung smartphone purchase decisions, and subsequent test results show that price variables have a partial effect on Samsung smartphone purchase decisions. As well as showing that the variables of product quality and price have a simultaneous effect on Samsung's smartphone purchase decision, meaning that the quality of the product provided is good and the price offered is appropriate and competitive can improve samsung's smartphone purchase decision in West Manokwari District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and brand awareness on purchasing decisions at Oriestom Bay Cafe & Restaurant in Manokwari. The background of this study is based on the rapid growth of the culinary industry in Indonesia which creates tight competition, so that business actors are required to implement effective marketing strategies. This study was conducted at Oriestom Bay Cafe & Restaurant, in Manokwari. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach with a sample of 90 respondents, taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers who had made repeat purchases more than twice a month. Data analysis used multiple linear regression to see the relationship between the independent variables (brand image and brand awareness) and the dependent variable (purchase decisions). The results showed that brand image and brand awareness had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Oriestom Bay Cafe & Restaurant. This shows that an effective marketing strategy through brand image and brand awareness can improve consumer purchasing decisions. This study is expected to be a reference for Oriestom Bay Cafe & Restaurant to improve its sales strategy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze product quality, price and brand variables on purchasing decisions for Eiger bags, jackets and shoes among students at the Faculty of Forestry, University of Papua. The type of research used is a qualitative approach to associative types of problems. The population in the research were students of the Faculty of Forestry, University of Papua who had used Eiger products in student activities and the sample in the research was 73 respondents using the Slovin method as a sampling method. The data collection method uses primary data, namely observation, interviews and questionnaires and secondary data, namely books, journals, articles and internet sites. This research instrument uses a Likert scale with a data analysis method, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the independent variable, namely product quality, has no effect on purchasing decisions, but the other two independent variables, price and brand, have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions and the results of simultaneous testing of the independent variables, namely product quality, price and brand, simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work ethic and work environment on employee performance at PT. Multi Zhekinah Consultans in Sorong City. The type of research used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT Multi Zhekinah Consultans Company as many as 34 respondents. The method used in determining the sample was the saturated sampling method. The data collection method used primary data by conducting observations, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. This research instrument used a Likert scale with a data analysis method, namely multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS statistical cofhcare. The results of the study indicate that the compensation variable has a partial effect on employee performance, then work ethic has an effect on employee performance while the work environment does not have a partial effect on employee performance. The results of the study showed that compensation, work ethic and work environment simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.
