Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. This type of research is causal associative in nature, namely research that explains the influence between workload and work stress variables on employee performance variables at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin. The population in this study are employees of PT. Panasea Banjarmasin, totaling 37 people. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling using the saturated sampling method where all members of the population, totaling 37 employees, became members of the sample. Data were analyzed using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that workload and work stress have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin. Workload and work stress have a partially significant effect on employee performance at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin. Work stress is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence partially and simultaneously Organizational Culture and Work Environment on the performance of employees PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency. This type of explanatory research is intended to explain the relationship, difference or influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment variables on performance variables. The population in the study were employees at the office PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans Tanah Bumbu Regency has 52 employees. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample, which means using the entire population in the sample as many as 52 employees. The research results explain, 1). Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously influence employee performance at PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency. 2). Organizational Culture and Work Environment partially influence employee performance at PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency. 3). Work Environment is the dominant variable that influences employee performance at PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency.

Abstract

Productive employees will have an impact on performance effectiveness which will be an added value for the Inspectorate. The importance of competence, independence, and high motivation that must be possessed by auditors has an impact on increasing the effectiveness of the performance of the Tapin Regency Inspectorate's employees. This study aims to analyze and determine the partial influence of independence and motivational competence on the audit quality of the Tapin District Inspectorate, the simultaneous influence of independence competence and motivation on the audit quality of the Tapin District Inspectorate and the most dominant influence of competence, independence, and motivation on the audit quality of the Inspectorate. Tapin District. This research is correlation research with quantitative approach with total sampling technique. The subjects in this study were all 40 employees of the Tapin Regency Inspectorate. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The types of data analysis used in this research are Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothetical Test with the help of the Statistical Package for The Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23.0 computer program. The results showed that there was a partially significant effect of Competence, Independence, and Motivation on the audit quality of the Tapin Regency Inspectorate, a simultaneous significant influence of Competence, Independence, and Motivation on the audit quality of the Tapin Regency Inspectorate and a dominantly significant influence of Independence on the audit quality of the Regency Inspectorate Tapin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan dan secara parsial motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja Terhadap kinerja ASN pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert dengan tingkat preferensi 1 sampai dengan 5. Analisis data menggunakanan alisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan secara parsial terhadap kinerja ASN pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Motivasi kerja adalah variable yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja ASN pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.

Abstract

Education is a pillar of a country's development and economy. Non-formal education is organized to serve people who need access to education to improve their quality of life. Non-formal education focuses on training and developing skills to develop and improve the quality of human resources in order to be able to solve problems that occur and compete globally in the labor market. Improvement and development of the quality of human resources can be done through non-formal education platforms. This study aims to identify efforts to improve the quality of human resources, especially productive age through the contribution of non-formal education to produce quality human resources to be able to compete both on a local and international scale. This research is designed by adopting a qualitative research approach and includes the type of literature study research. Data were collected through literature study methods obtained from scopus indexed journals that focus on the effectiveness of non-formal education and the contribution of non-formal education to improving the quality of human resources. The results showed that in essence human resource development is very important so that the potential possessed by each community can be optimized and one of them can be realized through education. Soft skills such as communication and leadership must be possessed by every human resource in order to be able to overcome uncertainty and survive in the world of work. These soft skills can be obtained through non-formal education programs. Improving the quality of human resources through non-formal education must also be followed by improving the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of continuing education. In addition, improving the quality of human resources through non-formal education programs must also be followed by increasing education funding so that it can run optimally.

Abstract

Sebagai bagian dari pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan vokasi yang efektif dan efisien, perlu dilakukan revitalisasi vokasi untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan dibutuhkan pasar kerja atau berjiwa wirausaha. Mengapa softskill penting? Pendidikan Indonesia masih belum menjadikan character building atau softskill sebagai fokus pendidikan dan pelatihan. Orang lebih suka keterampilan atau hardskill seperti menjahit, komputer, perawatan kendaraan, dll.Melalui kegiatan berupa pelatihan softskill dalam kegiatan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Vokasi Tahap II Tahun 2022 di UPTD Barito Kuala, peserta dari masyarakat tidak mampu sebanyak 32 orang diharapkan memiliki softskill yang akan membantu mereka menghadapi masa depan untuk menyiapkan persaingan kerja dan mereka dapat memulai bisnis sendiri.Oleh karena itu, peserta pengabdian ini akan mendapat bimbingan dan pemahaman berdasarkan standar kompetensi mengenai (1) meningkatkan standar etika dan etiket di lingkungan kerja, (2) mengembangkan kemampuan bekerjasama dalam tim, dan (3) menerapkan 5S (Sisih, Susun, Sasap, Sosoh dan Suluh). Hasil pengabdian dalam waktu relatif singkat setelah pelatihan dalam kelas, terdapat perubahan dan penerapan materi dari peserta. Kedepannya, program pelatihan ini dapat dirancang sebagai kegiatan rutin yang diselenggarakan secara eksternal, sehingga seluruh peserta menjadi pribadi yang percaya diri dalam menghadapi dunia kerja dan dunia usaha.Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Vokasi, Softskill, Etika, Kerjasama Tim, 5S

Abstract

Abstrak: Literasi keuangan merupakan keterampilan yang penting dalam rangka pemberdayaan masyarakat, kesejahteraan individu, perlindungan konsumen, dan peningkatan inklusi keuangan. Digitalisasi merupakan suatu proses pembelajaran dari manual atau analog menjadi teknologi modern atau online yang memberikan manfaat bagi pelaku pasar, dalam pasar modal yang merupakan tempat bertemunya perusahan (emiten) dan investor untuk mempergagangkan surat berharga. Investasi bukan lagi konsep baru dikalangan publik, mulai muncul kesadaran pentingnya investasi untuk perencanaan finansial masa depan. Generasi Z atau Gen Z disebut sebagai generasi yang lahir setelah generasi Y. Generasi Z disebut juga sebagai iGeneration atau generasi internet atau generasi net. Generasi Z yang diharapkan menjadi bonus demografi tenaga kerja beberapa tahun kedepan, sebaiknya dibekali dengan literasi keuangan agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing dengan lingkungannya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tentang literasi keuangan dengan melakukan edukasi tentang pasar modal dan pengenalan IDX mobile, edukasi cara berinvestasi dengan mengenal saham. Prinsip dasar berinvestasi, proses pembelian sahan, perusahaan sekuritas dan aplikasi yang digunakan, perusahaan sekuritas. Promosi kampus serta mengenalkan Galery Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia STIE Pancasetia dengan materi terkait dengan profile dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah dilakukan secara local, nasional dan internasional. Kegiatan sangat baik dan berjalan dengan lancar, peserta sangat antusias, berpartisipasi aktif serta luar biasa dalam memberikan pertanyaan. Narasumber memberikan materi dan tanggapan dengan sangat baik. Kegiatan ini mendukung LPPM dalam peningkatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan mendukung dalam program kolaborasi kampus dengan swasta dan para praktisi dibidang keuangan.

Abstract

PT. Tirtayasa Lestari Surabaya is one of the companies engaged in bathroom equipment (sanitary) which is developing in Surabaya. PT.Tirtayasa Lestari focuses on creating a boutique experience where every object is always displayed with context in mind so that anyone who comes is inspired to design a space that is both fun and healthy. The purpose of this research is to prove and analyze the effect of recruitment, training and compensation on employee performance at PT. Tirtayasa Lestari Surabaya. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. The sampling method is using the population for employees at PT. Tirtayasa Lestari from the general division with a total of 45 respondents. The results showed that recruitment had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirtayasa Lestari Surabaya, training had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirtayasa Lestari Surabaya, compensation had a significant effect on employee performance. at PT. Tirtayasa Lestari Surabaya. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that recruitment, work motivation, training and compensation simultaneously affect employee performance that is equal to 69.7 and the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables outside the variables used in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Korean Wave factors, advertising attractiveness, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Ultra Milk advertise the product to 100 people. Research data was collected using a Google Form questionnaire which was distributed via the social media applications Twitter and WhatsApp . The research results show that the independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated F value (59.441) > F table (2.70) and a value of 0 < 0.05. Partially, the Korean Wave variable has a significant effect on the calculated t value (2.530) > t table (1.98498) with a Sig value. 0.013 < 0.05. Then the advertising attractiveness variable has a significant influence on the calculated value (7.647)> t table (1.98498) with a value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 . And the brand image variable does not have a significant effect with the calculated value (0.378) < t table (1.98498) with a value of Sig. 0.706 > 0.05. The variable that has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions is the advertising attractiveness variable with a β ( Standardized Coefficients Beta) value of 0.647.
