Abstract

Every human being has a desire to be healthy. Efforts to get healing by buying their own medicine are one of the options that people are interested in. Medicine is a chemical substance that has an effect. Drugs if consumed freely can be given drug doses (over and the risk of mismatch between the disease and the drug consumed (medication error). Consumption of drugs without a doctor's prescription or choosing yourself according to the symptoms faced, can result in errors in drug consumption that can be dangerous. People need to know how to choose drugs that can be purchased freely. Counseling activities were carried out on 20 cadres of Bambankerep Village. The stages of activity begin with the preparation of counseling, implementation and evaluation. From the results of the activity there was an increase in knowledge about drug classes and types of drugs rose to 30%. The hope is that cadres can transmit information to the people in their area so that people understand about drug selection.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis dengan prevalensi tinggi di Indonesia dan menjadi faktor risiko utama penyakit kardiovaskular. Rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan pasien dalam mengonsumsi obat antihipertensi masih menjadi tantangan besar dalam upaya pengendalian hipertensi. Perkembangan teknologi digital, khususnya telemedicine, menawarkan solusi inovatif melalui fitur pengingat minum obat, pencatatan tekanan darah, serta komunikasi jarak jauh dengan tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi telemedicine terhadap perubahan kepatuhan minum obat dan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tambakaji. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan pendekatan pre–post test design without control. Sebanyak 20 pasien hipertensi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dilibatkan. Data kepatuhan obat dianalisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, sedangkan perubahan tekanan darah dianalisis dengan Paired Sample t-test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi telemedicine mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dalam mengonsumsi obat (Z = -2,111 dengan p = 0,035). Sebanyak 7 responden mengalami peningkatan kepatuhan, 12 tetap, dan 1 menurun. Sementara itu, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada tekanan darah sistolik (p = 0,501) maupun diastolik (p = 0,278) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Penggunaan telemedicine meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat pasien hipertensi, tetapi belum berdampak signifikan terhadap perubahan tekanan darah dalam periode penelitian ini. Penelitian lebih lanjut dengan jumlah sampel lebih besar dan durasi intervensi lebih panjang diperlukan untuk memperkuat temuan ini.

Abstract

Mosquito larvae are an important indicator in disease vector surveillance activities, such as dengue fever (DHF). However, the relatively small size of larvae and their random movement in water media make manual observation difficult, time-consuming, and potentially lead to errors in identification. These conditions encourage the need to develop technology-based detection methods that can provide faster, more accurate, and consistent results. The purpose of this study is to build a Haar Cascade model to detect the presence of mosquito larvae in digital images. The research stage begins with collecting a dataset in the form of positive images containing mosquito larvae objects and negative images containing water backgrounds without larvae. Next, the training process is carried out using the Haar Cascade algorithm that utilizes Haar feature extraction through integral images and a classification process with AdaBoost. The resulting model has successfully detected mosquitoes and met the minHitRate target (HR ≥ 0.995), however, the false alarm rate is still quite high, averaging 0.41, so further optimization is still needed to reduce the False Alarm Rate. This study shows that the Haar Cascade method can be used to detect mosquito larvae with a fairly good success rate, but false detections still occur so the model still needs to be improved.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kader posyandu di Desa Banjarsari tentang layanan fisioterapi pada aplikasi FisDok hasil karya mahasiswa Universitas Widya Husada Semarang Program Studi Diploma Tiga Fisioterapi. Fokus dari pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah upaya sosialisasi  tentang peran fisioterapi dan dokter pada aplikasi FisDok. Target khusus dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah mengajarkan sistem pendampingan pada para ibu kader di desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Gajah Kabupaten Demak tentang pentingnya peran fisioterapi dan dokter pada aplikasi FisDok. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pendampingan mulai dari melakukan penyuluhan dan diskusi, sosialisasi dan aplikasi bentuk pelyanan fisioterapi dan dokter pada para kader di Desa Banjrsari. Anggaran dan jadwal pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang diajukan sudah sangat relevan atau sesuai dengan kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan. Rencana kegiatan program PKM ini adalah a) Pra survei lapangan, b) Persiapan alat dan bahan pelatihan, c) Persiapan metode pelatiahan, d) Sosialisasi dan pelatihan senam hamil, e) Pendampingan, f) evaluasi, g) Pembuatan program keberlanjutan. Berdasarkan hasil sosialisasi dan pelatihan didapatkan hasil yang signifikan yaitu para ibu kader dapat memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di aplikasi FisDok dan menyebarluaskan ke masyarakat desa Banjarsari.

Abstract

Egg consumption is a cheap source of protein needed to meet the needs of the community. During certain seasons, during major holidays, the price of eggs increases due to a shortage of supply, which requires large quantities. Meanwhile, egg consumption and industry demand are very high, necessitating entrepreneurial motivation to produce laying hens. Research on the design of an intranet of things (IoT)-based egg incubator is aimed at Generation Z, encouraging them to become entrepreneurs by leveraging technology. The hope is that entrepreneurship through monitoring egg hatching with gadgets and automatic machine control can increase interest in egg hatching. The prototype egg incubator uses Arduino to monitor the required temperature, humidity, and periodic egg turning. Humidity is regulated by a Wemos D1 WiFi microcontroller using a DHT 22 sensor that can automatically detect humidity at 72% and a temperature of 37°C to 38°C. On the 10th day, the eggs are automatically turned. Egg hatching occurred unevenly for 21 days, from day 19 to 22 of incubation. The remaining eggs failed to hatch. Maintaining humidity by misting the eggs facilitates hatching or cracking the eggshells. The egg incubator design simulation using an Arduino Wemos D1 WiFi with an Intranet of Things network functioned well. The error rate for temperature was 1.78%. The error rate for humidity was 0.99%.
