Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of caffeine in coffee on the level of physical fitness in students. Pre-experimental research with one group pretest posttest design. This sample was selected by purposive sampling, respondents carried out normal learning activities for 8 meetings with the first pretest using the Indonesian student physical fitness test instrument without giving coffee, after that learning according to the lesson plan for 6 meetings with the treatment of giving coffee one hour before learning and posttest with the same test instrument as the first meeting with coffee. The results of the pretest and posttest data analysis were carried out with the T-Test (Paired Sample Test) test. The fitness value of respondents after the stimulus using coffee showed an increase. The conclusion of this study is that the results of the value of the posttest from each test instrument have the results of the paired sample T-test test value with the "Test Statistic" outpot sig value (2-tailed) < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the results of giving treatment in the form of caffeine intake on physical fitness to improve the learning process carried out at SMAN 1 Dramaga.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the tactical approach model on volleyball playing skills. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with pre-experimental design method with one group pretest-postest. The population of this study consisted of class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Karawang, totaling 250 people with research sampling using random sampling techniques totaling 38 people. Data collection techniques using the volleyball game performance assessment instrument skills test. The data analysis process uses the IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 application, and includes descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study were described using descriptive statistical data analysis with pretest values average mean = 40.58, median = 40.00, mode 38, standard deviation 3.500, variance 6.250, minimum 36, maximum 45. While the results of descriptive statistical analysis with posttest values average mean = 42.68, median = 42.00, mode 40, standard deviation 3.264, variance 10.654, minimum 38, maximum 50. Based on paired sample t-test obtained significance value = 0.003 sig value. (2-tailed) < 0.05, then H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted, because the calculated t value is 3.218 > 2.026. The conclusion of this study is that learning by using a tactical approach model can affect volleyball skills.

Abstract

Motivation in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic is a very important element in maintaining the physical condition of athletes in training, with high motivation, the achievements of swimming athletes will obtain far more optimal performance results. This study aims to determine the perceptions of athletes, parents and coaches regarding exercise motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Motivation in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic is a very important element in maintaining the physical condition of athletes in training, with high motivation, the achievements of swimming athletes will obtain far more optimal performance results. This study aims to determine the perceptions of athletes, parents and coaches regarding exercise motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study were swimming athletes, parents and swimming coaches, the sample selection using purposive sampling technique. The motivational instrument used is in the form of a questionnaire conducted through interviews with the research sample. The results of the study showed that athletes and coaches had a high desire and motivation in training, but the parents did not give permission, because they were worried about the safety of their children practicing swimming which could allow them to be exposed to the Covid-19 virus. Thus, the athlete's motivation in participating in training is included in the high category and this condition must be maintained in order to get the optimal target.

Abstract

Motivasi yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji seberapa besar pengaruh game online mobile legend terhadap kesehatan mnetal peserta didik di SMPN 1 Kota Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian ex-post facto . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Kota Baru pada tanggal 20 Mei 6 Juni 2022. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Kota Baru berjumlah 427 orang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode pemeriksaan snowball sampling , terdiri dari 30 orang yang terdiri dari 21 pria dan 9 wanita. Instrumen menggunakan game angket online mobile legenddan kesehatan mental. Metode pemeriksaan yang digunakan dalam eksplorasi ini adalah persamaan regresi linier. Konsekuensi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan sejauh mana sig. < 0,05 dan koefisien jaminan sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh permainan mobile legend online terhadap kesehatan mnetal peserta didik di SMPN 1 Kota Baru adalah sebesar 90,8% sedangkan 9,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang berbeda. Kondisi yang ditetapkan adalah = 4.923 + 1.000 X, sehingga kesehatan mental peserta didik akan berkurang seiring kekuatan bermain game mobile legend meningkat sebesar 1.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the tactical games model has an effect on students' skills in learning volleyball at SMPN 5 Klari. This type of research uses quantitative research with a one group pretest posttest design. The sampling technique in this study uses the cluster random sampling technique, this study was conducted in 8 meetings with the first meeting (pretest) respondents filled out the GPAI questionnaire related to student skills in learning volleyball, after that they carried out volleyball learning for 6 meetings with treatment using the tactical games model for the learning, and after that the last meeting (posttest) respondents filled out the same GPAI questionnaire related to student skills in learning volleyball. The results of the pretest and posttest data analysis were carried out using the Paired Sample T-test hypothesis test. The average value of students' skills in learning volleyball before and after using the tactical games model had a significant increase of 3.21. The conclusion of this study is that the results of the posttest scores from each test instrument have the results of the Paired Sample T-test test with the output "Test Statistic" with a sig value. (2-tailed) < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.005) then the conclusion drawn is that there is a significant influence from the results of providing treatment in the form of a tactical games model on student skills in volleyball learning at SMPN 5 Klari.

Abstract

The main problem of this study is the low passing skills of students at SMAN 1 Telukjambe Barat due to conventional learning that is uniform in nature. The study aims to examine the effect of differentiated learning on improving passing skills. The method used is a quasi-experiment with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design involving 70 twelfth-grade students divided into an experimental group (differentiated learning) and a control group (conventional learning). Data were collected through a passing test adapted from Nurcahyo (2014), which had been tested for validity (Aiken's V=0.87) and reliability (ICC=0.89). Statistical analysis showed a significant difference in post-test scores between the experimental and control groups (t=3.082; p=0.003). The effectiveness of learning was measured using N-Gain, which showed a moderate category (34.93%) in the experimental group and a low category (9.62%) in the control group. The discussion revealed that this success was supported by the fulfillment of basic psychological needs (competence, autonomy, connectedness) and the application of pedagogical scaffolding in accordance with Vygotsky and Deci & Ryan's theories. The conclusion of the study proves that differentiated learning effectively improves soccer passing skills significantly. The practical implication is that physical education teachers are recommended to apply a differentiated approach through initial diagnosis, tiered activities, and specific feedback to accommodate student diversity.
