Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of martial arts learning in junior high schools in east Telukjambe district. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The method used in this study was a survey. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.977. The subjects in this study were physical education teachers in the east telukjambe sub-district as many as 7 teachers. Data analysis or data processing techniques use the Respondent Achievement Rate (TCR). The results of the study found that the implementation of karate martial arts learning in accordance with the PJOK curriculum in junior high schools in east telukjambe district was in the very low category of 46.72% in terms of 6 indicators, learning preparation indicators of 57.70% in the low category, learning process indicators of 42.85% in the very low category, learning evaluation indicators of 45.71% in the very low category, facilities and infrastructure indicators 47.99% very low category, time allocation indicators 42.13% very low category, curriculum indicators 43.99% very low categories. This shows that the implementation of karate martial arts learning in junior high schools in east telukjambe district has not been carried out as it should be.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student interest in swimming lessons during the pandemic. The type of method used is the survey method. The population in this study were seventh grade students of SMPN 1 Majalaya. The subjects used in this study were 100 class VII people. Data collection techniques with a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that the level of student interest in learning swimming at SMPN 1 Majalaya was in the LESS category with a percentage of 55.45%. The level of intrinsic interest with sub-indicators which include Belief, Desire, and Self-confidence has a percentage of 54.84% in the LESS category. For the level of extrinsic interest with sub-indicators which include Environment, Family, and Association has a percentage of 55.98% in LESS.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that the average of each student in making passing errors is 20 times. Students often fail to direct the ball to their own friends. The boring training method makes students less enthusiastic in participating in passing training. This study aims to examine the effect of the method based small side games on passing accuracy in extracurricular activities. This research was conducted at SMPN 224 Jakarta with 30 students. The type of quantitative research is experimental, the method used in this research is the experimental method of one group pretest posttest design. Based on the research results obtained t test results with a t value of 9.406 and a t table value of 2.045. The calculated t value obtained is greater than the t table, 9.406 > 2.045), meaning that there is a difference in improvement between the pretest and posttest. From the difference between the average pretest and posttest, it can be seen that the percentage increase is 60.96%. This means that small sided games training has an influence of 60.96% on the passing skills of extracurricular student participants.

Abstract

Problems: Is through traditional games can improve physical fitness learning outcomes on PJOK Learning. Purpose: To know the improvement of physical fitness learning through traditional games. Methods: The research uses experimental methods with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research population was a fifth-grade student in Muaragembong district of Bekasi. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, which means students who have a low level of physical fitness based on the results of the Indonesian physical fitness test. (TKJI). The sample consisted of two groups, the experimental group and the control group, with a total of 15 students each. Results: The results of data analysis showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on the posttest, with values t = -4,76 and p = 0,000 (p < 0.05). This means that the average level of physical fitness of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group after being treated as a traditional game. Conclusion: From the results of this study it can be concluded that learning PJOK using traditional game methods can improve the learning results of physical fitness.

Abstract

Abstrak___________________________________________________Penelitian ini berencana untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi permainan kecil pada aktivitas pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SMK Taruna Karya 1 Karawang. Aktivitas pembelajaran menjadi perhatian sebelum kurangnya faktor pembelajaran yang dilakukan siswa pada pembelajaran PJOK di sekolah, perlu adanya penerapan permainan inti pembelajaran, sehingga dapat mengalami peningkatan proses belajar siswa. Kajian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, metode penelitian eksperimen semu, populasi siswa SMK Taruna Karya 1 Karawang yang berjumlah 195 siswa, sampel penelitian purposive sampling sebanyak 34 siswa kelas X Mesin 1. Desain penelitian one group pretest-postest .Instrumen penggunaan angket aktivitas pembelajaran PJOK dan pengumpulan data dengan skala likert . Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, homogenitas dan uji hipotesis (T- test ). hasil berdasarkan estimasi nilai mean pretest 116 dan mean   poste st 127,4. Hasil t hitung   6,47 ttabel 2,035   . Besarnya pengaruhnya adalah 9,8%. akibat dari pengaruh signifikan permainan kecil dalam pemanasan terhadap aktivitas pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di kelas X Mesin 1 SMK Taruna Karya 1 Karawang.

Abstract

The crisis in value education in sport is increasingly evident, with many athletes prioritizing winning over the application of Olympic values. The paradigm shift from merely pursuing “sporting results” to “growing social impact” is the basis for understanding the importance of sport as a means of social development and improving the quality of life of the community. This research offers a new approach by integrating an Olympic Movement-based pencak silat training model, so that fighters/athletes gain a more comprehensive understanding of Olympic Movement values. This study used an experimental method with 45 participants divided into three groups: 15 participants in the Olympic Movement-based pencak silat training block method group, 15 participants in the random method group, and 15 participants in the control group. The instrument used was the Olympic Movement Instrument (OMI). The results showed a difference in the effect on the understanding of Olympic Movement values in each group. The group that practiced using the Olympic Movement-based model with block and random methods showed better results than the group that did not use the model. In conclusion, the Olympic Movement based pencak silat model that emphasizes the values of respect, friendship, and excellence with a deliberate structure has proven effective in improving understanding of Olympic Movement values and shaping the character of fighters. This model is considered feasible to use in athlete development

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam proses mengajar dapat memiliki efek psikologis ter-hadap siswa, seperti meningkatkan minat dan keinginan untuk belajar dan merangsang kegiatan. megembangkan program pembelajaran gamifikasi yang memanfaatkan media teknologi digital leraning pada pembelajaran budaya hidup sehat di pendidikan jasmani yang membuat pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan sehingga anak bisa bermain dan belajar tapi tetap tertuju pada tujuan pembelajaran dan standar kurikulum di sekolah pertama pada mata pelajaran. Penelitian ini menyelidiki kemajuan dalam media pembelajaran digital ber-basis gamifikasi dengan menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dari Model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, and Evalu-ate). Pada tahap pengembangan validasi dilakukan agar dapat mengetahui kelayakan produk yang dikembangkan oleh 2 orang ahli yaitu ahli materi Pendidikan jasmani dan ahli media,serta 1 orang praktisi guru. Dari hasil nilai distribusi frekuensi penilaian kesesuaian implementasi dengan persentasi 82,1% yang bisa di simpulkan bahwa untuk nilai Imple-mentasi mendapatkan Penilaian “Layak digunakan” dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk pengembangan media inovasi digital learning berbasis gamifikasi pada materi pembelajaran budaya hidup sehat untuk siswa sekolah menengah pertama dapat digunakan untuk pem-belajaran di sekolah menengah pertama.

Abstract

The ever-evolving digital era, the use of multimedia technology in education is essential in learning, including in physical education. The urgency of this study is that physical education in Indonesia is currently facing an emergency situation due to the lack of efficiency in learning in schools and the lack of understanding of the importance of introducing physical education with the help of technology supported by the observation of researchers on PJOK teachers in Karawang Regency with different teaching places resulting in the use of this website-based learning technology is very lacking. And the students faced are nativ generation students who have understood technology media since childhood. The purpose of the study is to develop a gamification-based interactive multimedia on the Nearpod platform to increase individual engagement and motivation in physical fitness activities. In addition, this study also aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the platform in improving user participation and physical fitness outcomes. This research uses the R&D (Research & Development) method with the ASSURE development stage. The ASSURE stage consists of six stages, namely: Analyze Learners, States Objectives, Select Methods, Media, and Material, Utilize Media and Materials, Evaluate and Revise, This research involves 4 validators, namely material, media, digitization and engineering experts and 40 grade IX students of SMP 1 Tempuran Karawang RegencyBased on the results of research and development of interactive multimedia physical fitness activities obtained validation results by media experts, materials, and digitization showed results of 81%, 83%, and 83%, respectively, which were classified as valid but required revision. This multimedia was piloted on students and received a "very decent" response with an average score of 83%, indicating its appeal and usefulness

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran fisiologi olahraga dalam meningkatkan kebugaran fisik dan kesehatan mental. Fisiologi olahraga mempelajari respons tubuh terhadap aktivitas fisik, yang mencakup peningkatan kapasitas kardiovaskular, kekuatan otot, fleksibilitas, dan metabolisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest untuk memberikan pengaruh program latihan fisik terhadap kebugaran fisik dan kondisi fisiologis. Sebanyak 50 orang dewasa sehat berusia 18–35 tahun berpartisipasi, dengan 40 subjek yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi bagian menjadi dua kelompok: eksperimen (20 individu) dan kontrol (20 individu). Kriteria inklusi meliputi usia 18–35 tahun, kondisi kesehatan yang baik, dan kesediaan mengikuti program latihan. Sementara itu, kriteria eksklusi mencakup kondisi medis tertentu atau cedera selama masa penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip fisiologi olahraga dalam program latihan terstruktur mampu meningkatkan tingkat kebugaran fisik siswa, seperti daya tahan jantung-paru, kekuatan otot, dan fleksibilitas. Selain itu, aktivitas fisik yang rutin juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesehatan mental dengan menurunkan tingkat stres, kecemasan, dan meningkatkan suasana hati secara keseluruhan. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi ilmu fisiologi olahraga dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani untuk mendukung kebugaran fisik dan Kesehatan mental.

Abstract

Perkembangan motorik pada lansia merupakan aspek penting yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup dan kemandirian individu di usia senja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor psikologis dan sosial yang berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan motorik lansia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap lansia yang tinggal di panti dan komunitas di Kabupaten Karawang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor psikologis, seperti motivasi, kepercayaan diri, dan kondisi mental, berperan signifikan dalam menentukan tingkat kemampuan motorik lansia. Selain itu, faktor sosial, seperti dukungan dari keluarga, interaksi sosial, dan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan komunitas, juga ditemukan memiliki dampak positif terhadap perkembangan motorik. Lansia yang aktif berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sosial dan memiliki dukungan emosional yang kuat cenderung memiliki kemampuan motorik yang lebih baik dibandingkan mereka yang sebaliknya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi yang mengintegrasikan aspek psikologis dan sosial dapat meningkatkan perkembangan motorik lansia, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk program-program yang dapat memfasilitasi dukungan sosial dan psikologis bagi lansia, serta peningkatan aktivitas fisik yang sesuai.
