Abstract

Proyek konstruksi dalam pembangunannya memiliki risiko seperti kecelakaan kerja. Berdasarkan data BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, pada tahun 2020 jumlah kecelakaan kerja mencapai 221.740 kasus. Jumlah itu meningkat di tahun 2021 menjadi 234.370 kasus, dan terus meningkat pada tahun 2022 dimana sampai dengan November 2022 sudah terjadi kecelakaan kerja sebanyak 265.334 kasus.  Untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi tahapan pekerjaan pondasi Borpile pada proyek Support Drilling and WHU Star Energy Geothermal Salak dan menganalisis potensi bahaya pada setiap tahapan pengerjaannya dengan menggunakan pendekatan HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assesment and Determining Control). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada proses pengerjaan penggalian pondasi Borpile terdapat 6 faktor bahaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dari sumber bahaya pemicu terjadinya risiko kecelakaan yaitu bahaya motion (gerakan) 24%, biologis 14%, chemical (kimia) 14%, gravitasi 20%, temperature 14%, dan bahaya radiasi 14%. Pada 9 tahapan pekerjaan terdapat 2 risiko kecelakaan kerja 32% tingkat acceptable yaitu hasil penilaian risiko sama dengan dengan level yang ditetapkan, dan 68% tingkat risk/unacceptable yaitu hasil penilaian risiko diatas level yang telah di tetapkan maka wajib dibuatkan pengendalian risiko.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the influence of Service Quality on community satisfaction at the Nanga Bulik Village Office, to analyze and describe the influence of Service Location on community satisfaction at the Nanga Bulik District Office, to analyze and describe the influence of Service Quality and Service Location simultaneously on Community Satisfaction Nanga Bulik Village. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, observation, and literature study; a sample of 80 people was taken, and the data analysis technique was brilliant PLS version 3. The results of this research show that there is an influence of Service Quality on Community Satisfaction in the Nanga Bulik sub-district; the meaning is Every time there is an increase of 1 () unit in Service Quality, it can be predicted that there will be an increase in public satisfaction of 0.470. There is an influence of Service Location on Community Satisfaction in the Nanga Bulik sub-district, meaning that every time there is an increase of 1 () unit in the service location, it can be predicted that there will be an increase in community satisfaction of 0.388. Service quality and service location influence community satisfaction in the Nanga Bulik sub-district. In conclusion, every time there is an increase in service quality and location, community satisfaction in Nanga Bulik Village will increase. Abstract

Kesadaran masyarakat Indonesia terhadap bencana alam sangatlah rendah, salah satunya yaitu bencana longsor. Masih banyaknya masyarakat yang bermukim di daerah rawan longsor. Curah hujan yang tinggi menyebabkan kondisi lereng yang secara terus- menerus mengalami kelongsoran, dimana terjadinya kelongsoran dapat membahayakan keselamatan masyarakat di sekitar. Kelongsoran lereng pada penelitian ini terjadi di jalan Cijangkar, Kecamatan Nyalindung, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dampak dari longsor tersebut memutuskan akses jalan utama antar desa. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor keamanan dari lereng dan mendapatkan solusi penanggulangan untuk lereng. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis stabilitas lereng dengan metode fellenius, dan bishop. Pengolahan data tanah dilakukan di lapangan dan laboratorium dan mendapatkan hasil untuk lapis 1 yaitu Gamma (?) = 14 kN/m3, Sudut geser (Ø) = 25 derajat, Kohesi (c) = 2 kN/m2, dan untuk lapis 2 : Gamma (?) = 14 kN/m3, Sudut geser (Ø) = 30 derajat, Kohesi (c) = 10 kN/m2. Hasil analisis didapatkan nilai faktor keamanan dengan metode fellenius sebesar 1,1 (tidak aman), dengan metode bishop faktor keamanan sebesar 1,203(tidak aman). Setelah dilakukan alternatif penanganan dengan perhitungan manual didapat nilai faktor guling = 3,515, faktor geser = 2,69, faktor eksentrisitas 0,65 dan faktor keamanan daya dukung = 6,074, maka dengan penambahan dinding penahan tanah tipe gravitasi nilai faktor keamanan lereng menjadi meningkat.

Abstract

This paper raises the question how should the teacher's character be in educating students. Good education begins with a teacher who is correct in educating his students. This paper aims that teachers as educators know how to educate students through the explanations contained in the Al-Quran surah Luqman verse 13, using the Library Research method with a content analysis approach to provide a real picture for analyzing content with Asy-Syarawi Tafsir. The results of the study show that Asy-Syarawi's interpretation in surah Luqman verse 13 provides an explanation that it is better if the teacher educates students with affectionate calls, then education cannot be separated from the teachings of the Al-Quran which are interrelated and cannot be separated both to form and prepare students who obey the teachings of Shari'a by not associating partners with Allah. So that students are formed who are in line with the goals of Islamic education.

Abstract

Keluarga adalah unit terkecil dari komonitas masyarakat yang kemudian berkembang untuk bangsa dan negara. Karena keluarga memiliki peran konkrit di masyarakat sebagai hamba dan khalifah Allah, yang hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa keluarga dapat menentukan kemajuan bangsa dan negara. Oleh karena iu, diperlukan adanya suatu konsep keluarga yang dapat mempermudah terbentuknya keluarga harmonis serta memberikan maslahat kepada masyarakat luas. Salah satu konsep keluarga yang mencakup semua hal itu adalah konsep keluarga maslahhah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah empiris, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Hasil dari penilitian ini, mencakup unsur-unsur dalam konsep keluarga maslahah perspektif LKK NU Sumenep serta pengaruhnya dalam membentuk keluarga harmonis. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa keluarga maslahah ibarat suatu bangunan, yaitu terdapat pintu, fondasi, atap dan pilar-pilar. Sedangkan salah satu program pengurus LKK NU Sumenep demi membentuk keluarga harmonis pada masyarakat Sumenep adalah program madrasah keluarga maslahah an-Nahdliyah dan juga beberapa modul lainnya yang telah dibentuk oleh LKK NU Kabupaten Sumenep

Abstract

This research describes the strategies of madrasah education teachers to awaken students’ spiritual intelligence at the Aliyah Darul Ulum Al-Muhajirin Langkat madrasah. The aim of this research is to provide education and information to readers that spiritual intelligence can be obtained if students are educated at madrasah educational institutions. This research method is a field method (qualitative), namely the author comes into direct contact with students and teachers to dig up information related to this research. The approach used is an anthropological and sociological approach. Data collection techniques are through observation and unstructured interviews with sources who are considered to have competence, after which the data is obtained and then the data is analyzed scientifically. The location of this research is at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum Al-Muhajirin Langkat. The research results found: First, students are educated with the knowledge of aqidah and muamalah, second, making norms or rules based on Islamic legal principles in the madrasah environment so that students become educated, third, developing spiritual intelligence through Islamic religious education subjects in students who are carried out using the teacher’s approach as a role model for students.
