Abstract

This article discusses the importance and implementation strategies of human resource localization management in multinational corporations. The localization of human resources is to adapt to the local environment and cultural differences, and to improve employee motivation and loyalty. The implementation of localization management needs to pay attention to the needs of the local market, establish a localization team, formulate recruitment and training plans, and pay attention to labor relationship management. Multinational companies should realize the key role of localization management in successfully entering the local market, and constantly optimize their strategies to adapt to the changing global environment.

Abstract

This study aimstoprobehowTransformationalLeadershipandOrganizationalClimateaffectEmployee Performance ofworkersofthe Regional Drinking Water Company(PDAM) in Makassar City throughOrganizationalCitizenshipBehavior(OCB) variables. This study usesanalyticobservationalwith a Cross-Sectionaldesign. The populationofthis study are endlessfieldworkers, totaling 351 workers. Pulloutofsamplesusingprobability sampling usingsimplerandom sampling, sothatthenumberofsamples in this study amountedto 237 respondentsattainedusingthe Slovin formula. The data analysisused in this study isthePartialLeastSquare(PLS) approach. Abstract

Desa Wisata Bira merupakan desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Bontobahari, desa yang memiliki keragaman dan potensi yang besar akan keindahan alamnya, budaya dan penduduk lokal yang ramah. Akan tetapi potensi-potensi yang terdapat disana masih terhambat akibat beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah kurangnya motivasi wirausaha di kalangan warga desa dalam mengembangkan usaha-usaha pada sektor pariwisata. Di lain sisi juga kurangnya literasi keuangan yang menjadi kendala dalam mengelola usaha dan mengambil keputusan yang tepat. Karena itulah, pelatihan kewirausahaan dan literasi keuangan menjadi Solusi yang tepat dalam meningkatkan motivasi wirausaha warga desa wisata Bira. Dalam pelatihan ini, warga desa akan diajarkan mengenai konsep dasar bisnis, perencanaan, manajemen operasional, pemasaran dan manajemen sumber daya manusia, juga dalam pelatihan literasi keuangan akan memberikan pemahaman tentang pengelolaan keuangan pribadi dan bisnis. Lalu dari hasil pengabdian ini, diharapkan warga desa wisata Bira dapat mengembangkan potensi-potensi kewirausahaan yang dimiliki, mampu meningkatkan kemandirian finansial dan menjadi salah satu agen perubahan dalam Masyarakat sekaligus mengembangkan potensi wisata yang ada.

Abstract

The Analysis of Company Profitability at PT Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk. This study aims to determine and analyze the level of profitability of PT Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis using the Du Pont System. The research results indicate that the decline in profitability at PT Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk in 2017, as identified by the Du Pont System, was caused by the company's ineffective utilization of its long-term investments, resulting in a decrease in net income by 12.29%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, the population of this study were employees of PT. Lintas Antar Nusa Makassar amounted 100 people. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sample technique which all the population was sampled. The research was conducted at PT. Lintas Antar Nusa Makassar, which is a company engaged in the export of fishery products. Data was collected using by survey method on 100 respondents. The results showed that compensation with indicators of salary, benefits, social benefits and career rewards had a significant effect on job satisfaction, employee job satisfaction includes indicators of working conditions, job security, communication, supervision, and co-workers have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. In the other side, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance if moderated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Spiritual leadership encompasses the values, attitudes, and behaviors required to intrinsically motivate oneself and others; thus, both leaders and followers experience spiritual well-being. This, in turn, enhances organizational commitment and productivity. This study aims to determine the influence of spiritual leadership on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the administrative office of Andi Jemma Masamba Airport. This research employs both quantitative and qualitative methods. It begins with the collection and analysis of quantitative data, followed by the collection and analysis of qualitative data to further explain or develop the quantitative findings. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 31 employees and analyzed using the SMART PLS version 4.1.0.4 application. The results of the study indicate that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, with a coefficient value of 0.753 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Spiritual leadership also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient value of 0.406 and a p-value of 0.026 < 0.05. Furthermore, spiritual leadership positively and significantly affects employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable, with a coefficient value of 0.344 and a p-value of 0.024 < 0.05. Organizational commitment itself has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient value of 0.457 and a p-value of 0.019 < 0.05. These findings provide empirical evidence that spiritual leadership and organizational commitment positively and significantly enhance employee performance.
