Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to determine changes in loyalty that occur to elite political parties in the city of Denpasar. Research using Rational Choice Theory James S. Coleman, This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Research findings, First: ideology becomes the basis of a political elite losing its loyalty to the party, Second: pragmatic, that is, with the interests brought by the elite when moving parties, Third: power is a reason often used by elites losing their loyalty, the elite assume that the previous party was not get a position in accordance with the wishes of the elite, the fourth economy is one of the driving factors that occur among the elite political parties, because the party was allegedly able to provide financial support, the latest figures, figures are figures that can be used as a reference in various political activities and decisions political. Abstract

ABSTRACT The research is about the problem of optimizing the development of farmers protection and empowerment which tend to be more used in the North Badung and indicates a political interpretation of the central rice farmers. Research objectives include: (1). Track the social conditions of content and context about politic of the implementation of farmers protection and empowerment policies.The theory used is the theory of public policy implementation of Merille S. Grindle and rational choice theory using a qualitative approach to obtaining data. The findings suggest that implementation of the safeguard and empowerment of farmers has not been optimal because of being more affected by the political environment of the influence of the actors decisions. The regions and high priority commodities in the northern Badung region specialize in horticultural commodity which is generating the economic advantage of agro-tourism. Abstract

ABSTRACT The preparation of this research aims to provide overview of women empowerment in PDIP, Demokrat and PSI parties in Bali Province. This research uses Liberal Feminism theory from David Marsh and Gerry Stoker which declare there are struggles for women’s right in various aspects and one those is political aspect. The method used is descriptive qualitative that explains the incident and phenomenon that occurs so get information that is in accordance with the fact and the real situation as well. The findings of this study is showing that the party has implemented several strategies to empowering women, but the implementation is not running optimally because the domination still strong and the public trust in men, it needs an understanding that women can also fight for the same rights. Abstract

ABSTRACT Strategy is a design in achieving expectations within a certain period. Political campaigns are political communication processes carried out by political candidates in obtaining support and a good image from the public. In this research journal the strategy of the Koster-Ace winning team that uses the Political Marketing strategy as a propaganda tool in shaping public opinion in the community to get support in winning the election of the Governor of Bali. This research method uses a case study with a interview data collection technique and observation. The subject of the research was the KOSTER-ACE campaign winning team. The results of this study indicate that the Political campaign strategy used by the KOSTER-ACE winning team using the Political Marketing strategy as a propaganda tool in forming public opinion in Bali can be said to be very effective can get support and win the 2018 Bali governor election. Abstract

ABSTRACT Political parties in Klungkung regencyoften takecandidate from the Puri Klungkung from is seen year to year. This study aims toprovide factors causing the interest of political parties to take Puri Klungkung figure as candidate in Klungkung District Election 2013. This research used qualitative methods, data collection done through observation and interviews. The object in this studyare the Golkar Party DPC, the PDI-P DPC, Former Chairman of KPU Klungkung period 2008-2013 and Puri candidatein local election 2013. Based results analysis, political parties tendency taking Puri Klungkung figures ascandidate in Klungkung District Election2013 influenced by several factors i.e.,Puri Klungkung is still active in politics from royal era until now,Puri figurehas charisma of a king,Puri Klungkung plays important roles insocial life people in Klungkung and the transparency ofPuri Klungkung in politics facilitates Puri figure taken as candidates by political parties. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Paket Kebijakan Ekonomi XVI to increasing investment in Indonesia. The method of this research is qualitative. The data were collected from literature studies, some statistical data which taken from The Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) and any online media resources. This research, the data is presented in tables, graphs, and also charts then narrated narratively. The results showed that the Paket Kebijakan Ekonomi XVI was a policy issued by the government (November, 2018) to attract investors for come to Indonesia. This policy consists of three important points, namely: tax holiday, the negative list of investment and export proceeds. This research reveals the implementation of this policy has an influence in increasing investment, where this policy provide incentives for the climate investment. Abstract

This research aims to find out how A.A Gede Agung Suyoga’s political communication patterns in the 2019 legislative elections. As the theoretical basis, this research uses the Theory of Generations by Karl Mannheim and Political Communicator Theory from Lasswel as a frame of the problem in this study. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research with primary and secondary data usage. Agung Suyoga’s politics towards young people in the city of Denpasar. The result of this study are: first, the younger generation in groups Y and Z take the most dominant role in the procces of selecting Agung Suyoga as a member of the council. Second, Agung Suyoga’s political communication pattern can be seen through the activities, issues, and approaches he applies to the campaign procces. Abstract

This research aims to determine how the elites Puri Agung Ubud network in religious, economic and political aspects. Furthermore, the research is framed using elites theory by Suzanne Keller and Barry Wellman social network theory. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method using primary data and secondary data, because it describes and describes the form of relations and the elites network of Puri Agung Ubud. The results of the research are: first, the Puri Agung Ubud elites form religious relations through their power in religion and customs, form economic relations through their power in the tourism sector, and the 2018 Pilgub formed political relationships with non-political elite. The two network of the elites are: religious network, political party network, artist network, historical network, economic network, hobby network, campus network, and social network. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Sarmi Regency with the probem of the head SKPD dualism in 2015/2016.The purpose of this research describe in detail the dualism leadership of the head SKPD Sarmi in 2015/2016. This research used contingency theory and qualitative methods, data collection done through observation and interviews. Based results analysis, find the process of implementing the appointment or dismissal structure in the bureaucracy in Sarmi Regency is unconstutional and indicated political dynasties. The style of leadership in Sarmi is autocratic with the powerful political influence make bureaucracy is directive.The consequence is there is an illegal policy issued of the regeneration with the unilateral SKPD head being stated overlapping the SKPD head resulting from the appointment of the acting regent who is based on the minister of home affairs decree and the result of the appointment of the regenthead based on the strength of his position.
