Abstract

Today is very important to pay attention to utilizing technology, especially social media in building a brand. Personal branding can grow and develop in anyone, one of them who has used social media as a medium for personal branding and won the most votes in the 2019 Bali Provincial legislative election is Agung Suyoga. This research discusses how back stage and front stage play the role of Agung Suyoga through Instagram @RelawanAgungSuyoga. Purpose of this study is to determine the use of Instagram as personal branding. Research method used is qualitative approach. Data was collected using interview and documentation. Results show that Personal branding advice requires perceptions effectively, controlling and influencing how others perceive and think about an individual, and necessary to be yourself and be positive in any case. Good personal branding cannot be built in a relatively short time, but takes consistency, intention and action to build it. Key Words : Personal Branding,Instagram,Dramaturgy,Legislative Candidates

Abstract

ABSTRACT There is an odd relation between othering practices, efforts to secure native interests, birth control mechanism by introducing ‘four-child norm,’ and claim to preserve traditional Balinese naming system around the issuance of Krama Bali Family Planning policy. This article aims to explain the relation and historicity of these problems. To achieve these objectives, this study uses two theoretical perspectives: governmentality and nativism. The first perspective serves to investigate specific rationality behind the issuance of Krama Bali Family Planning policy and understand it as a way for the government to manufacture the governable subject; while the second perspective is used to analyze how the governable subjects are formed through the categorization of natives (orang ‘asli’ Bali) and non-natives (pendatang) groups. Abstract

This study aims to determine how someone who has participated in a national talent search event, namely Puteri Bali and Miss Indonesia, then becomes a public figure (influencer) and becomes a political actor. This research is framed by using the Sociometric Popularity theory by AL Freedman, seeing that the Princess Bali label (dropout) is very influential in popularity so that it benefits her electability on the political stage. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method using primary data and secondary data, because it describes and describes Yunita Oktarini as a political actor. The results of the research are: first, Yunita Oktarini uses her title as Putri Bali to increase her electability in society. Second, mutualism symbiosis, which is mutual benefit between Yunita and political parties. Third, the inner circle is a supporting factor and support for mass organizations obtained from their proximity to the party elite. Abstract

This research was conducted in the localization of Gunung Sampan, Situbondo Regency, Situbondo Regency, by explaining the power relations of religious actors with CSWs and the State. The objectives of this study are: (1). Describe the religious humanist approach to CSW, (2). Knowing the role of religious actors in the failure of the State to overcome the problem of localization. The theory used is Louis Althusser's theory of the ideological apparatus and Abraham Maslow's theory of humanism and William Liddle's humanist approach to religion. This study is using descriptive qualitative methods to obtain data. The Outcomes of this study indicate a power relationship between religious actors and prostitutes through a religious humanist approach to form religious awareness. The presence of religious actors is an advantage for the Situbondo Regency Government which has failed to solve the problem of prostitution. Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the metamorphosis process of Garbi into the Partai Gelora Indonesia in Bali Province. The theory used in this research is the Political Process Theory by McAdam. According to McAdam, there are three factors that determine the success of a social movement, namely organization strength, cognitive liberation, and political opportunities. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The findings of this study are first, that the existence of local political elites makes it easier for these elites to organize Garbi into the Partai Gelora Indonesia. Second, Garbi success made Garbi cadres want a broader movement by forming the Partai Gelora Indonesia. The results of the 2019 Election in Bali also fostered self-confidence to form the Partai Gelora Indonesia. Third, the existence of conflict within the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) is an opportunity for the formation of the Partai Gelora Indonesia. Abstract

This study seeks to find out how the role of Sanur Bersatu Transport in the emergence of online transportation pararem in Sanur area. This study uses Castells' theory of identity politics and Caporaso's political economy theory with qualitative research. The results of this study are in interviews with resource persons, authors find namely the role of Sanur Bersatu Transport in the emergence of pararem. The existence of online transportation in the community makes conventional transportation less attractive and feels excluded. Departing from this, Sanur Bersatu Transport also bring up a policy in their environment that is intended for online transportation. The pararem is intended for the benefit of the Sanur community, especially for Sanur residents who work as conventional transportation drivers and are members of the Sanur Bersatu Transport. The existence of pararem regarding online transportation in the Sanur area is an application of Identity Politics and Political Economy. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the leadership of adat ulu apad Tenganan Pegringsingan Village, especially related to the strategy developed by Indigenous villages to maintain the existence of indigenous leadership ulu apad. The study was framed using traditional and charismatic leadership theory by Max Weber. The research methods used descriptive methods with qualitative approaches. Respondents determind selected by purposive sampling. The result showed that a traditional leadership ulu apad is a leadership system based on the community marriage seniority. Leader in ulu apad have a traditional leadership types also have charismatic types. The existence of indigenous leadership ulu apad is maintained through of forming of cadre from an early age, which is socialization in their family and also materuna nyoman and medaha, that carried out over a one-year period in customary dormitories. Abstract

This In the current era of globalization, fast, precise, and accuratee information servicess are needed. Pro Denpasar application is the application of thesmartcity concept by utilizing technology and communication to realize better public services. This study tries to describe how the politic of Denpasar Smart City development by the Mayor of Denpasar as a development political actor develops Denpasar Smart City. The theory used to explain the problem is the theory of development politics and the theory of development political actors. This research uses descriptive research and qualitative research methods, namely by using in-depth interview with relevant government agencies, the community and lliterature studies to explore the development of Denpasar Smart City and determined political impact of the development ofthe Mayor of Denpasar on the community. Abstract

The Narcotics Law in Indonesia is currently in a position to discuss the revised discourse, which in the process requires various institutional supports. In the process, there are various kinds of regulations that are needed to realize the revision of the law itself, one of which is the role of the executive and legislature in making and discussing the text of the law so that it is necessary to create a thorough integrity of the relevant agencies. Abstract

This study analyzed the problem of how is the interaction between actors in the Sunrise Beach park, by looking at the pattern of each interaction, namely First, the interaction between Sanur Village and Sanur Bersatu. The second is the interaction of Sanur Village with Denpasar Parking Company. Third, Sanur Village with Denpasar Parking Company and Private Company (Skyline). The study uses State in Society theory and Political Economy theory. This research used a descriptive qualitative method by using primary and secondary data. This research shows that the relationship between Denpasar Parking Company, Skyline and Sanur Village is based on the principle of interdependence and mutual need. The involvement of various actors is a fairly good implementation of political economic policies in Sanur area, where always considering the harmony of power and social living in the community, so that the parties involved are quite advantaged in the sustainability of parking management.
