Abstract

Industry 4.0 is an era of technological disruption or industrial revolution 4.0 because it puts more emphasis on system automation and connectivity which will make the mobility of the industrial world movement and  job competition non-linear . The use of digital technology is one of the keys. Industry opportunities for industrial development 4.0 are an effort to increase industrial competitiveness, but many industries do not yet understand the concept and how to start the stages. One of the ways proposed as a policy in preparing industry 4.0 should be taken a multi-stakeholder collaborative approach to facilitate development, including gathering digital transformation initiatives so that limited resources can be optimal. As a form of soft industry policy, a platform organization is also needed as a sustainable program manager and provides technical facilities. From a technical point of view, it is necessary to prepare enabling technology that can be utilized by all actors in the cross-sectoral digital economy in an affordable manner. The Ecosystem Platform becomes a medium to be able to build synergy and collaborative across industries with all stakeholders in an effort to accelerate the transformation of industry 4.0 according to the national priority program of Making Indonesia 4.0. In line with that, coordination was carried out between parties in the industrial transformation 4.0 process, as well as building networks to develop positive cooperation, including government, academics or R&D, industry players / associations, technical providers, consultants and of course financial actors in accelerating the industrial transformation process 4.0.

Abstract

Indonesia tsunami early warning system (Ina TEWS) is used for detecting earthquakes and tsunamis. The system currently is still under development and the government really needs information regarding the technological capabilities of the system in order to provide protection to the community from the threat of tsunamis and earthquakes. To produce the system and its components on an industrial scale, it is important to assess the extent of performance and readiness for technological development. The assessment used the technometric method which groups technological components into technoware, humanware, infoware, and orgaware, integrated with analytic hierarchy process. The results showed that the highest technology component contribution is technoware, and the lowest is infoware. Based on the magnitude of the contribution of technology components and intensity of technology, the priority order is technoware, humanware, orgaware, and infoware. The technology contribution coefficient is 0.522 (Good). The technology level is semi modern. Infoware is the lowest technological component, therefore improvement efforts are needed, namely structuring an integrated document system and improving standard operating procedures for manufacturing operational activities, especially in the testing and data validation.

Abstract

INA TEWS (Indonesian Tsunami Early Warning System) is an important part of the national disaster mitigation system, and a domestic technological innovation for tsunami disaster mitigation. In the assessment of technology development priorities, INA TEWS uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) method to assess the level of technology readiness. There are four criteria of assesment, namely urgency of need, financing, supply of raw materials, and acceleration of innovation. INA TEWS technology is divided into four technology components, namely Technoware, Humanware, Infoware, Orgaware. Based on the preferences of expert respondents, it shows that the most prioritized criteria at this time are supply of raw materials (30.9%), urgency of need (28.4%), financing (22%) and the last is innovation creation (18.8%). For the highest priority technology components are Technoware (42.5%), Orgaware (28.4%), Humanware (19%), and finally Infoware (10.1%). Technoware components are priority and top. As seen from the test results of various sensitivity chart analysts, the Infoware component looks the lowest of all other technology components. It seems that Infoware has not become the focus of attention for management in developing INA TEWS. For this reason, the Infoware component is encouraged to immediately meet the aspect of innovation creation criteria.

Abstract

The national shipyard industry is one of the strategic and competitive industries that deserve to be developed. The current developing era, namely the industrial 4.0, the growth of the national shipyard industry is expected to be able to active in the era of industry 4.0. In certain aspects and scales, the capabilities possessed are not inferior to world-class capabilities, but further development is still needed, referring to the fact that many domestik fleet needs and repairs are still dependent on foreign shipyards. So far, the domestic shipyard industry still facing a number of challenges, including financial support from the financial sector. Therefore measurement is needed toincrease rationalization towards labor productivity. The objective of reseach was first, identify and evaluate the operation of the current national shipyard industry by assessing the level of shipyard technology. Second, to know the strengths and weakness of technology so that management can know which technology development priorities must first be given attention andimprovement an effort to meet the industrial 4.0. The technology capability level can be determined based on the TCC (Technology Contribution Coefficient) which is a Technometrics method developed by UN-ESCAP. Based on the results of the assessment is the level of shipyard technology of PT. DOK Kodja Bahari based on Technoware, Humanware, Infoware, and Orgaware components is 0.519 which shows a good classification at the level of semi-modern technology.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang dilaksanakan di Desa Sumub Kidul berfokus pada masalah demam berdarah. Permasalahan yang Desa Sumub Kidul adalah kasus demam berdarah yang cukup tinggi, berdasarkan data yang tercatat dari awal 2024 hingga Juni 2024, sekitar 6,25% ditemukan jentik nyamuk di tempat penampungan air. Selain itu terdapat empat warga yang terinfeksi demam berdarah . Pemberian edukasi demam berdarah yang diberikan untuk masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pencegahan da pengandalian demam berdarah. Selain itu kegiatan fogging juga dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk membasmi nyamuk dewasa yang berpotensi menyebabkan demam berdarah, Fogging ini ditargetkan pada rumah warga dan tempat yang berpotensi sebagai tempat perkembangbiakan nyamuk. Hasil dari kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah masyarakat menjadi lebih sadar akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, selain itu pelaksanaan fogging berhasil mengurangi populasi nyamuk di daerah tersebut, yang diharapkan dapat menurunkan resiko penyebaran demam berdarah di Desa Sumub Kidul.

Abstract

UMKM activities are a very strategic practice to encourage people to use the digital economy, but this cannot be implemented properly because it still requires the use and understanding of technology, then regulations are also needed that can reach the problems of the smallest UMKM sector, where the existing PADG must equipped and even refurbished. The implementation of QRIS based on existing regulations through PADG is not optimal and comprehensive, so further regulations are needed to regulate digital economic innovation issues that can reach QRIS users down to even the smallest sectors, such as PBI. Thus, UMKM can play a role in encouraging the development of the digital economy in Indonesia

Abstract

Abstract

Abstrak: Penilaian Infrastruktur Teknologi Parkir Meter Elektronik Dengan Metode T-H-I-O (Technoware, Humanware, Infoware, Orgaware) Studi Kasus di Kota Bekasi. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Pertama, untuk melakukan identifikasi dan evaluasi pelaksanaan parkir meter elektronik dengan cara melakukan penilaian tingkat teknologi pada perangkat parkir meter elektronik. Kedua, ingin mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan teknologi sehingga dapat mengetahui prioritas pengembangan teknologi mana yang harus terlebih dahulu diterapkan. Ketiga, memberikan usulan rekomendasi sebagai proses peningkatan kualitas teknologi parkir meter elektronik dalam upaya mewujudkan Bekasi Smart City. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa terkait implementasi parkir meter elektronik di kota Bekasi. Tingkat teknologi parkir meter elektronik dapat ditentukan berdasarkan nilai TCC. (Technology Contribution Coefficient) . TCC merupakan metode Technometric atau T-H-I-O. Berdasar hasil penilaian, diketahui bahwa komponen parkir meter elektronik ini memiliki kontribusi teknologi tertinggi adalah Technoware, disusul Humanware, Orgaware, dan Infoware sehingga didapat nilai Technology Contribution Coefficient (TCC) sebesar 0,507, berada di interval 0,5 < TCC 0.7 sehingga diklasifikasikan “Baik” dengan tingkat teknologi adalah semi modern.
