Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dikelola para mustahik merupakan program dari LAZISMU Kota Medan. Beberapa waktu lalu dilanda pandemi covid-19 bahkan sampai sekarang masih bertatus endemi sehingga dihadapi pada masalah menurunnya penjualan, sulitnya mendapat bahan baku, menghambatnya produksi dan distribusi, mengalami kesulitan permodalan, minimnya pengetahuan teknologi informasi dan terhambatnya jaringan usaha sehingga berdampak pada ekonomi mustahik. Solusi yang ditawarkan dari pengabdian ini yakni memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatan ekonomi mustahik melalui program Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pasca pandemi covid-19 pada LAZISMU Kota Medan. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi mustahik, untuk menjadikan para mustahik yang mendapatkan program UMKM dari LAZISMU kota Medan lebih paham dalam mempromosikan usahanya melalui teknologi atau digital marketing, Selain untuk dapat meningkatkan ekonomi juga Untuk dapat meningkatkan skill dalam berwirausaha. Program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini, menggunakan metode baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah menjalin komitmen kerjasama bersama mitra untuk ketercapaian program kegiatan, mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi peserta pelatihan dan melakukan monitoring serta evaluasi keberhasilan program bagi peserta pelatihan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Adapun peserta yang terlibat pada pelatihan ini berjumlah 30 orang mustahik yang menerima program UMKM dari LAZISMU Kota Medan. Dan sebanyak 82% peserta pelatihan dapat memahami materi yang telah diterima.

Abstract

Digital marketing training is an important solution to increase the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the rapidly growing digital era. This community service aims to provide digital marketing training to MSMEs assisted by Lazismu, Medan City. Identification of partner problems is carried out through meetings with Lazismu leaders to understand the challenges MSMEs face after the Covid-19 pandemic. The training was conducted using interactive lecture and discussion methods, covering marketing strategies through social media, search engine optimization, quality content, and online brand management for 30 MSMEs assisted by Lazismu Medan City. Evaluation is done through a questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of the training. The evaluation results show participant satisfaction and increased knowledge and skills in digital marketing. This training helps MSMEs expand market reach, increase business visibility, and increase sales. In conclusion, digital marketing training effectively increases the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era and solves challenges faced after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The concept of the derivative is one of the mathematical approaches used to carry out maximum profit analysis. This research aims to carry out an analysis related to the implications of the derivative concept in maximizing profits which was carried out at Ulfa Cake Shop, a home-based business at Jalan Amal No 13, Medan Sunggal District, Medan City which was just started. In this research using problem research procedures with a qualitative approach. Observations made at Ulfa Cake Shop show that business owners are still having difficulty getting optimal profits due to changes in the selling price of several variations of the products being sold. The results of this research show that Ulfa Cake Shop is still not able to achieve optimal profits because not all product variations sold reach the maximum sales level when compared to sales in November and December 2022, even though the results of the second derivative analysis are negative.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the problematic settlement of unsecured financing, the factors that cause the weakness of the unsecured loan system and minimize the risks that occur in unsecured financing applied by BAZNAS of North Sumatra Province. In this study, qualitative research was carried out which consisted of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research were obtained in solving problematic unsecured loan financing, namely by extending the loan period, extending the installment period or changing the amount of installments. The factors that cause the weakness of this unsecured loan system is the internal factor which lacks thoroughness in checking the authenticity of documents and the ease of providing loans to customers. In minimizing the risks that occur in unsecured loans, namely rescheduling installment payments or repayments that have been taken by the customer, rearranging and rearranging the conditions contained in the terms of the unsecured loans provided by BAZNAS North Sumatra and the process of rearranging loan / credit conditions involving the borrower in question to ease the loan repayment process. Abstract

Abstrak: LazisMu Kabupaten Langkat didirikan pada tahun 2022. Sebagai sebuah entitas amal yang masih terbilang baru, dibutuhkan usaha yang intensif dalam menjalankan misinya, termasuk dalam hal manajemen pengelolaan yang mencakup pengumpulan dana ZIS, digital marketing menjadi elemen kunci untuk memaksimalkan penghimpunan. Masalah yang dihadapi saat ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dari amil, pengurus, dan relawan LazisMu Kab Langkat terkait Fundraising Zakat, Infak dan Shodaqoh berbasis digital marketing, serta kurang optimalnya konsolidasi antara LazisMu dengan cabang dan ranting. Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang manajemen lembaga (fundraising berbasis digital marketing dan keuangan), serta pengetahuan tentang konsolidasi laporan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi workshop, ceramah, sesi tanya jawab, simulasi peran yang diikuti oleh mitra yakni Lazismu Kab.Langkat sebanyak 30 orang peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memahami secara baik tentang peran dan fungsi organisasi LazisMu serta memahami fundraising berbasis Digital Marketing. Maka, pelatihan semacam ini dianggap relevan dan berpotensi menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi tantangan penghimpunan dana ZIS di era digital ini.Abstract: LazisMu Langkat Regency was established in 2022. As a relatively new charity, it requires intensive efforts to carry out its mission, including in terms of management which includes raising ZIS funds, digital marketing is a key element to maximize collection. The current problem is the lack of knowledge from amil, administrators, and LazisMu volunteers in Langkat Regency about digital marketing-based Zakat, Infak and Shodaqoh Fundraising, and the consolidation between LazisMu and branches and branches is not yet optimal. The purpose of this PKM is to provide an understanding of institutional management (digital marketing and financial-based fundraising), as well as knowledge about report consolidation. The method used includes workshops, lectures, questions and answers, role simulations which were attended by partners, namely Lazismu Kab. Langkat with 30 participants. The results of this activity show that participants understand well the roles and functions of the LazisMu organization and understand Digital Marketing-based fundraising. Thus, this kind of training is considered relevant and has the potential to be a solution in overcoming the challenges of raising ZIS funds in this digital era.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan aplikasi mobile dalam pencatatan keuangan digital berbasis mobil dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas UMKM. Dengan aplikasi pencatatatan keuangan dengan aplikasi mobile memberikan beberapa manfaat bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan pelatihan terhadap 30 pelaku UMKM Binaan Lazismu Kota Medan, terkait manajemen pembukuan keuangan dan pemasaran digital. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan tentang pembukuan keuangan melalui Aplikasi BukuWarung dan pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam memasarkan usahanya melalui media digital. Metode yang digunakan mencakup tahap pra-kegiatan, pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasilnya sebesar 63% peserta merasakan dampak pelatihan ini terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta dalam pengelolaan pembukuan dan strategi pemasaran digital.Abstract: Using mobile applications in car-based digital financial recording can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of MSMEs. The financial record application, with a mobile application, provides several benefits for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). In this activity, training was carried out on 30 MSME actors assisted by Lazismu Medan City, related to financial bookkeeping management and digital marketing. This service aims to provide training on financial bookkeeping through the BukuWarung Application and digital marketing to improve their skills in marketing their business through digital media. The methods used include the pre-activity stage, training and mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The result was that 63% of participants felt the impact of this training on increasing participants' knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping management and digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

The distribution of wealth is the center of attention of Islamic economics to achieve common prosperity. The purpose of this study is to find out how the concept of good and correct distribution of wealth in the Islamic economy is based on the Al Qur’an and Hadith. This research is a library research where data sources are taken from books, hadith books, journals and others using the maudhu'i interpretation method or better known as thematic interpretation and all data is reviewed and described into a systematic discussion. This shows that the concept of wealth distribution which is prohibited by Allah in the Qur'an is the circulation of wealth that occurs only to a group of people. The existing reality shows that there are still many people who use the wrong concept of distribution. So that the rich remain rich and the poor remain poor, while the correct distribution of wealth is when the circulation of wealth does not only occur in certain circles. As in the interpretation of QS. Al Hasry verse 7 then in solving this problem, it is necessary to have an economic mechanism and a non-economic mechanism to overcome the wrong concept of distribution, so that it can produce a complete concept from the Al Qur’an on this problem, so that the distribution of wealth will circulate to all groups and will not occur social inequality in society.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the promotion carried out by the SUMUT Syariah bank so that customers had hajj savings. to find out how the services provided by the SUMUT Syariah bank are so that customers have Hajj savings. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that in order to introduce Hajj iB Makbul savings to the wider community, the steps used by Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Marelan Raya were similar to policies carried out by other banks. The difference is, the North Sumatran bank focuses on the problem of advertising plans. In this case, Bank Sumut Syariah itself runs advertising using television, radio, newspapers, magazines and internet advertisements. The bank also provides leaflets that we arrange on the customer slip table, customer service desk, and teller. The bank also introduces Hajj savings to companies and schools that have a relationship with Bank Sumut Syariah and markets Bank Sumut Syariah products, including the Hajj iB Makbul savings product. Which is by utilizing marketing decision making which intends to persuade and maintain customer loyalty. Some of the problems faced by Bank Sumut Syariah Medan in running or offering Hajj iB Makbul savings are the lack of knowledge or understanding of the community about Islamic banks, lack of experienced human resources, especially in the marketing section and inadequate facilities such as the lack of ATM machines. The forms of Hajj Savings Services at Bank Sumut Syariah Medan are: First serve wholeheartedly and fulfill customer expectations so that customers become loyal, second offer quality products, third present accurate and correct data and information, and fourth prioritize company interests over personal interests and work units.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of marketing communications, trust and complaint handling on customer loyalty in murabahah financing at BPRS Puduarta Insani. The research method used in this study is quantitative research and data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and determination test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Marketing Communicaion Variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Customer Loyalty Variable of Murabahah Financing at BPRS Puduarta Insani (Y) with the acquisition of tcount (3,819) > ttable (1,989) with a significant value of 0,001 < 0,05, Variable Trust (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Variable Costumer Loyalty of Murabahah Financing at BPRS Puduarta Insani (Y) with the acquisition of tcount (4,139) > ttable (1,989) with a significant value of 0,001 < 0,05, Complaint Handling Variable (X3) has a positive effect and significant to the Murabahah Financing Customer Loyalty Varible (Y) with the acquisition of tcount (14,525) > ttable (1,989) with a significant value of 0,001 < 0,05, test simultaneously on Marketing Communication Variables (X1), Trust (X2) and Complaint Handling (X3) states that there is a jointly significant effect on Customer Loyalty of Murabahah Financing at BPRS Puduarta Insani (Y) with the acquisition of Fcount (213,652) > ttable (2,71) with a significant level of 0,001.
