Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the psychology of Muslim investors in stock investments during COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses data collected through online questionnaires conducted in May 2020, and employ Path Analysis to make sense of the data. This study finds that the psychology of Muslim investors investing in stock markets during the COVID-19 pandemic is irrational and intuitive. Muslim investors react quickly without resorting to any fundamental/technical analysis. Muslim investors are willing to take risks and cut losses in this situation. In addition, the psychology of Muslim investors with respect to religiosity is at the second level of Homo Islamicus' self-interest, namely Al-Nafs Al-Lawamah.

Abstract

During a period of 5 (five) years, Malaysia is a country with a majority Muslim population visiting North Sumatra as a tourist destination, namely 15,243 people in 2018. Countries with a non-Muslim majority population also open up halal tourism business opportunities which are intended to accept Muslim tourists to the country by providing the facilities needed according to Islamic law. In the context of halal tourism in North Sumatra, it is important to have sharia regulation. This study uses the concept of the Qur'an, library methods, and studies of central and local government policies. The results of this study conclude that if halal tourism is based on a creative economy with the concept of Sharia Regulation applied by the government and society, it will positively increase the income and welfare of the people of North Sumatra.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah merupakan organisasi yang terbesar di Indonesia, bahkan Muhammadiyah merupakan organisasi kemasyarakatan yang paling eksis di dunia ini. Muhammadiyah mempunyai amal usaha yang begitu banyak, mulai dari Sekolah, Panti Asuhan, dan juga tempat peribadahan seperti Masjid dan Musholla. Muhammadiyah merupakan organisasi kemasyarakatan yang tersebar hampir seluruh wilayah Indonesia, peran aktifnya dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat yang ada di daerah, jangkauan dakwah muhammadiyah tidak ada batasannya, Muhammadiyah mempunyai peranan dakwah baik di daerah perkotaan maupun di pedesaan. Kendala yang terjadi terkadang di daerah pedesaan tingkat pemahaman dainya kurang bagus atau tidak terlalu berani dalam berdakwah padahal, di sana ada sarana dakwah yang harus diurus oleh seluruh kalangan anggota Muhammadiyah yang berada didaerah tersebut. Salah satu kasus yang ada sekarang ini adalah di beberapa daerah minoritas yang ada di Sumatera Utara ini yaitu daerah Karo dan Dairi. Di daerah ini sarana dakwah Muhammadiyah seperti Masjid dan Musholla ada namun para pengisinya untuk menjadi dai ataupun penceramah yang tidak mencukupi. Oleh sebab itu diadakanlah pelatihan dai yang berada di daerah ini supaya mereka di daerah ini mampu melaksanakan ceramah di berbagai kegiatan yang di butuhkan seperti, Khutbah Jumat, Ceramah Ramadhan, mengisi pengajian dalam takziah, dan juga ceramah ketika pernikahan. Dalam kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pelatihan Dai kepada kader-kader muda Muhammadiyah yaitu mereka yang masuk di Pemuda Muhammadiyah di daerah karo dan Dairi. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah Lembaga Dakwah Khusus Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara yang mana mitra ini memberikan solusi bagaimana cara pelaksanaan Dai di daerah miboritas dan juga Pimpinan Wilayah Pemuda Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara yang mana mitra ini menyiapkan peserta kegiatan yang langsung dilatih dari tiap daerah yaitu Pimpinan Daerah Pemuda Muhammadiyah Karo dan Pimpinan Daerah Dairi. Dalam program kemitraan ini   di harapkan ada generasi pelanjut untuk meneruskan dakwah amar makruf nahi mungkar di daerah minorotas ini.

Abstract

The service carried out begins with a problem that occurs in businesses, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or abbreviated as MSMEs. As a youth organization and has an entrepreneurship work program, the Serdang Bedagai Muhammadiyah Youth is not left behind in owning MSMEs. Not a few MSMEs that exist have stagnated financial conditions due to a lack of understanding of financial management. Basically, Serdang Bedagai Muhammadiyah Youth MSMEs are able to stand with the concept of manual or general financial management but not based on financial standards designed by the Accounting Standards Board – IAI on Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities. Financial management training is a tool for Muhammadiyah Youth MSMEs in Serdang Bedagai in increasing the spirit of entrepreneurship and having good and clear and accountable financial reporting.

Abstract

AbstrakPeningkatan pendapatan UMKM kuliner berbasis syariah dapat dilakukan melalui digital marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran digital marketing dalam meningkatkan pendapatan para UMKM kuliner syariah di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun hasil yang di peroleh dari penelitian adalah digital marketing yang diterapkan oleh para UMKM  dibidang kuliner sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap pendapatan mereka dan sangat membantu mereka dalam memasarkan produknya.Kata kunci: Digital Marketing, Pendapatan UMKM, UMKM Kuliner Increasing the income of sharia-based culinary SMEs can be done through digital marketing. This study aims to determine the role of digital marketing in increasing the income of sharia culinary SMEs in the city of Medan. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results obtained from the research are that digital marketing applied by MSMEs in the culinary field has a major influence on their income and greatly helps them in marketing their products.Keywords: Digital Marketing, MSMEs income, MSMEs culinary

Abstract

This paper aims to study the welfare of Muhammadiyah members in Medan, focusing specifically on its charity institutions leaders. Collective Action and communication as social capital that owned by Muhammadiyah to improve the organization. Using the quantitative method of path analysis, this paper examined the relationship between collective action and communication with welfare among these leaders. Data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis showed that collective action and communication were correlated with welfare, as p = 0.00 0.05 and r2 = 81.6%.

Abstract

The phenomenon of transacting sharia stock for novice investors is the spearhead of stock movements in Indonesia. Novi`ce investors should consider several important aspects in making transacting sharia stock. This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of accounting information, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control of sharia stock investment decisions. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection comes from distributing questionnaires to stock investors of members of the KSPMS Golden UIN North Sumatra through Google Form. The results of this analysis find the quality of accounting information (X1) and subjective norms (X2) have no significant effect partially on sharia stock investment decision making (Y). While the perceived behavioral control (X3) has a significant impact on (Y). The F Test results obtained that the F count F table is 16.531 2.81 with a significance value of 0.000 0.05, it can be concluded that X1, X2, and X3 have a significant simultaneous effect on Y. This research is quite important where novice investors can be the initial spearhead of smart investors, able to educate the public, and not be emotional.Keywords: Novice Investors, Transacting Sharia Stock

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the benefits of productive zakat applied in LAZISMu are then also the model applied in the empowerment of mustahik so that it is known whether the income mustahik after getting productive zakat funds from LAZISMu there is an increase or change in terms of income, business ethics and the ability to pay ZIS . LAZISMu in making productive zakat through economic programs that aim to create entrepreneurs and provide new jobs for people who do not have jobs. The research method used is a qualitative method that is to analyze and describe the results of the data obtained with the form of words. The results showed that from the indicators of mustahik empowerment, the impact of the mustahik empowerment of the Amanah Family Economic Development program, from these results it can be drawn that ZIS has been beneficial in empowering mustahik. In the utilization of productive zakat, LAZISMu, aside from its distribution, is carried out on its own, it also always optimizes the Assembly, Institutions and Orthom in the Muhammadiyah environment to have a wider impact on the beneficiaries and the program is more varied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy on interest in saving at Bank BTN KC Syariah Medan. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study is the customers of Bank BTN KC Syariah Medan which is located on Jl. Haji Juanda No. 48, The field and samples used were 78 samples using the Arikunto theory. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and observations. The analytical model used in this study is a regression analysis model, with a partial test method with Ttest. The results of the T test partially show that Islamic financial literacy has a positive effect on interest in saving. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of Islamic financial literacy on interest in saving at Bank BTN KC Syariah Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of packaging attributes and quality of halal products on purchasing decisions for cake at Nurul Bakery Stores. This study uses a qualitative research method with an associative approach. The analysis used is descriptive analysis to determine the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research findings show that the test results (F), Fcount is 9.435 FTable 3.49, this means Ho is rejected, meaning that simultaneously there is no positive and significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The probability value (Sig.) is 0.002<0.05, indicating that the effect of the independent variable simultaneously is not significant on the dependent variable. However, the results of the (-t) test, show that partial packaging attribute variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for cake products at Nurul Bakery Shops and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for cake products at Nurul Bakery Shops. R Square of 0.526 means 52.6% of purchasing decision factors can be explained by the attributes of packaging and product quality. While 47.4% can be explained by factors not examined in this study such as Price, Promotion, and Lifestyle.
