Abstract

Trading without faith and charity only raises miserliness and greed in humans. To reduce this problem, the Al-Qur'an has provided instructions on how to trade correctly in order to earn the pleasure of Allah SWT. So that the discussion does not touch on a broader domain, the author focuses on how Islamic studies in the Al-Qur'an and hadith literature analyze implementational-amal wa al-sana’in trading. This study uses the literature review method in analyzing editorials amal and too much in trading based on an Islamic point of view. Based on an in-depth study using an interpretive approachMaudhu'iin understanding the context of the Qur'an through the verses related to the termal-amal wa al-sana’in trading. The results of the study conducted, obtained the implementation of related Islamic studies al-mal wa al-sana’in trading in relation to God's loving and generous attributes to create a prosperous and humane life as an orientation in trading activities using the concept of faith and righteous deeds in order to obtain blessings, pleasure and safety from Allah SWT in this world and also in the afterlife for every human being carry out Islamic law.

Abstract

The welfare of a region can be seen from how the North Sumatra government utilizes a directed and accountable APBD. PAD has a major effect on welfare such as education, health and community income. North Sumatra's PAD has fluctuated but tends to decline, meaning that PAD has not been able to respond to human rights. there are still many unemployed and poor, high crime rates, low quality education is a variable of the welfare of the people of North Sumatra is still low. The type of research is descriptive research using explanatory. The results of the study concluded that North Sumatra's local revenue in the 5 (five) years from 2017 to 2021 experienced fluctuations but tended to be deficit towards welfare programs. In Islam, welfare issues must be addressed because there are human rights. the magnitude of Allah's creation in the sky and on earth, let alone the magnitude of North Sumatra's natural potential, certainly leads to welfare. However, PAD has not yet reached the welfare of the community. There is a need for policy reform and structural reform that can improve welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Tingkat Kepuasan Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Minat Nasabah Menabung Pada PT.BPRS Al-Washiliyah Krakatau baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasinya adalah seluruh nasabah PT.BPRS Al-Washiliyah Krakatau dan sampelnya sebanyak 100 nasabah PT.BPRS Al-Washiliyah Krakatau. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Analisis Regresi Liner Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) versi 29.00. Secara parsial bahwa variabel tingkat kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah menabung. Secara parsial bahwa variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah menabung. Secara simultan variabel tingkat kepuasan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung nasabah

Abstract

The use of information technology in fundraising has brought about a significant transformation in the operations of charitable organizations, enabling the expansion of reach and increasing the effectiveness of activities. Lazismu Medan City, a philanthropic institution in Indonesia, faces challenges in optimizing fundraising activities due to limited digital technology capacity and less effective marketing strategies. This community service aims to develop and implement a digital platform to enhance Lazismu's capacity in managing fundraising efficiently and transparently, accessible via lazismumedan.org. Methods for implementing the service include developing a platform, conducting comprehensive training for Lazismu administrators and volunteers, as well as enhancing skills in using digital technology to raise funds. The results of this service show a significant increase in the number of donations collected and the level of donor satisfaction, indicating increased capacity and transparency in Lazismu's fundraising activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of muzaki trust on the use of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) as a means of paying zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (Instant) at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of North Sumatra Province. Muzaki trust is an important factor in determining the success of digital technology implementation in zakat management, especially in the era of digital transformation that demands transparency, convenience, and transaction security. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey and questionnaire methods involving 86 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression to examine the effect of trust dimensions, including integrity, competence, and reliability of digital systems, on muzaki's interest and decision in using QRIS. The results showed that muzaki trust significantly positively influences the use of QRIS as a payment method for Istan. These findings suggest that increasing muzaki trust through education, system transparency, and better digital services can strengthen the acceptance of digital payment technology within zakat institutions. This research is expected to be a reference for BAZNAS and other zakat management institutions in developing a more effective and trustworthy zakat digitization strategy.

Abstract

Fenomena celebrity endorsement dalam point of view Islam merupakan salah satu bentuk muamalah yang masih yang hangat diperbincangkan, terkait isu transaksi dan unsur-unsur yang yang bertentangan dengan ketentuan syariah, seperti: gharar, tadlis, ghabn, ba’i najasy dan ta’alluf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyandarkan dan menekankan pada point of view Islam dalam lingkup ushul fiqh dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif serta tinjauan lebih mendalam pada studi kepustakaan (library research). Adapun hasil kajian penelitian ini adalah produk diperjualbelikan dan dipromosikan melalui figure publik sebagai celebrity endorsement hukumnya masih dibenarkan syariat Islam untuk produk-produk halal, bebas dari najis, dan asli (original) sesuai dengan ketentuan syariat Islam dan keputusan DSN-MUI. Disamping itu, kepada produsen yang ingin meningkatkan daya jual produknya dengan memanfaatkan figure publik sebagai endorser di era digital seperti sekarang ini agar dapat memilih sosok/figure publik yang memiliki sikap ramah, bertutur kata yang baik/sopan santun, lemah lembut, menjaga aurat, tidak memuji produk yang dipromosikan secara berlebih-lebihan, dan tidak menggunakan kalimat sumpah serta transparan dan tidak menjelek-jelekan produk kompetitor, sehingga perkembangan usaha dengan produk yang sama dan merk dagang yang berbeda-beda dapat mencapai tujuan maqasid al-shariah dan keinginan setiap produsen untuk memperoleh profit menjadi berkah di dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dikelola para mustahik merupakan program dari LAZISMU Kota Medan. Beberapa waktu lalu dilanda pandemi covid-19 bahkan sampai sekarang masih bertatus endemi sehingga dihadapi pada masalah menurunnya penjualan, sulitnya mendapat bahan baku, menghambatnya produksi dan distribusi, mengalami kesulitan permodalan, minimnya pengetahuan teknologi informasi dan terhambatnya jaringan usaha sehingga berdampak pada ekonomi mustahik. Solusi yang ditawarkan dari pengabdian ini yakni memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatan ekonomi mustahik melalui program Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pasca pandemi covid-19 pada LAZISMU Kota Medan. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi mustahik, untuk menjadikan para mustahik yang mendapatkan program UMKM dari LAZISMU kota Medan lebih paham dalam mempromosikan usahanya melalui teknologi atau digital marketing, Selain untuk dapat meningkatkan ekonomi juga Untuk dapat meningkatkan skill dalam berwirausaha. Program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini, menggunakan metode baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah menjalin komitmen kerjasama bersama mitra untuk ketercapaian program kegiatan, mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi peserta pelatihan dan melakukan monitoring serta evaluasi keberhasilan program bagi peserta pelatihan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Adapun peserta yang terlibat pada pelatihan ini berjumlah 30 orang mustahik yang menerima program UMKM dari LAZISMU Kota Medan. Dan sebanyak 82% peserta pelatihan dapat memahami materi yang telah diterima.

Abstract

General Background: In the digital era, Islamic educational institutions face increasing competition requiring adaptive branding strategies through digital platforms. Specific Background: RBE Preschool Unit Al Fikih Orchard Utara Malaysia, established in 2022 and undergoing ownership transition in 2025, adopted digital marketing to communicate its institutional identity. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies largely focus on stable educational institutions, with limited attention to digital marketing in Islamic institutions experiencing ownership transition and early development phases. Aims: This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing in building institutional branding in a transitional Islamic preschool context. Results: Using a qualitative case study with interviews, observations, and documentation, findings show that digital marketing via social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp contributes to increased institutional visibility, formation of a professional Islamic school image, and strengthened parental trust, although challenges remain in human resource limitations and content inconsistency. Novelty: This study provides insight into digital marketing practices within Islamic educational institutions undergoing ownership transition, highlighting adaptive branding processes in a dynamic management context. Implications: The findings suggest that digital marketing serves as a strategic instrument for sustaining institutional identity and trust, while emphasizing the need for structured content planning and capacity development to ensure consistent branding outcomes. Abstract

Sharia-based financial management is a strategic aspect for the sustainability of Islamic educational institutions, particularly within Muslim minority communities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Sharia business management in financial management at Warasansart Lammai School, Thailand, and to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The findings indicate that the values of amanah (trustworthiness) and transparency have been implemented; however, they are not yet optimal due to the use of manual recording systems, unstructured separation of Sharia funds, and limited human resource understanding of Sharia contracts. This study concludes that the implementation of Sharia business management is still at an early stage and requires strengthening through the development of Sharia financial standard operating procedures (SOP), enhancement of human resource capacity, and the development of more transparent and accountable reporting systems.
