Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa SMP. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah true eksperimental  dengan desain post test only control design. Populasi dalam penelitan ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII yang terdiri dari lima kelas. Sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VIII A dan VIII B yang diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi untuk melihat keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran yang digunakan dan soal tes yang terdiri dari 3 soal untuk melihat kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa. Hasil dari lembar observasi keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran adalah pada pertemuan pertama untuk keterlaksanaan langkah-langkah pembelajarannya mencapai  83% dan pada  pertemuan kedua mencapai 100 %.  Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji t, hasilnya thitung> ttabel, sehingga dapat dikatakan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematika berbeda dengan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung. Rata-rata hasil post test kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa kelas eksperimen sebesar 70,03 lebih baik dari rata-rata hasil post test kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa kelas kontrol yaitu 64,55. Hal ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa SMP.

Abstract

Marketing strategy holds a very important control in the success of product acceptance in the community, but many Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) ignore this. Labels and packaging are one of the keys for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) to further increase the selling value of their products. Empowerment activities to improve the quality of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) are carried out through assistance in making labels on packaged products. The object of this activity is Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) actors in Besuk Village, Bantaran District, and Probolinggo Regency. One of the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) products in this village is banana chips, cassava chips, elephant ears, and lard. The problem with these Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) is the low quality of label and packaging designs for their products, as well as the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure for designing product packaging labels. So that the products of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) partners are less attractive than similar competitor products. The Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) products in Besuk Village it self also do not have a broad market share, so they are constrained in increasing the number of products that will be produced. Implementation methods used include: 1) pre-activity; 2) core activities; 3) activity evaluation. Where the problem solving of the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) constraints above is in the form of assisting in making labels on packaged products so that they can meet the existing label requirements and also look more attractive. The results of the activity are in the form of training on the manufacture of product packaging labels as well as the manufacture of ready to use designs for these Small and Medium Enterprise (SME).

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services on smoking behavior of high school students in Palembang city. In this study researchers used descriptive qualitative research with data source sampling techniques in this study were snowball. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and documentation. The results of the implementation of group counseling showed a decrease in smoking frequency in some subjects, especially those with mild addiction. Based on the comparison of pre-test and post-test data, there was a significant increase in their understanding of the dangers of smoking, attitudes towards smoking behavior, and motivation to reduce smoking. This is evidenced by the average N-gain score recorded at 63.29%, indicating that group counseling with the role playing method is quite effective in reducing cigarette addiction. Overall, this study shows that a group counseling approach with role playing techniques can be effective to help adolescents reduce smoking habits and increase their awareness about the dangers of smoking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth, inventory intensity, and capital intensity on tax aggressiveness in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2019-2023 period. The method used in this research is quantitative research method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, where the population in this study amounted to 150 company data. Based on the sample criteria, the number of research samples obtained was 60 company data. The type of data in this study uses secondary data which is tested using SPSS v.25 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results prove that partially sales growth has no effect on tax aggressiveness. This is evidenced by the significance value obtained of 0,468 > 0,05, which means that H1 is rejected. Inventory intensity has no effect on tax aggressiveness. This is evidenced by the significance value obtained of 0,207 > 0,05, which means H2 is rejected. Capital intensity has no effect on tax aggressiveness. This is evidenced by the significance value obtained of 0,137 > 0,05, meaning that H3 is rejected. Simultaneously, it shows that sales growth, inventory intensity, and capital intensity have no effect on tax aggressiveness. This is evidenced by the significance value of 0,236 which means greater than 0,05.

Abstract

Assistance in reading and writing the Koran at TKA/TPA level is very important for children at an early age. So it can improve the fluency of reading Hijaiyah letters. The mentoring method provided to TKA/TPA Nurul Ikhsan Suka Damai Village students is to observe how far the students understand and master the Al-Quran. The research results showed that there was a significant increase in the ability to read and write the Al-Quran in students who took special assistance. This research underlines the importance of effective mentoring methods in improving Al-Qur'an reading and writing skills at the TKA/TPA level. The results of observations show that children in Suka Damai village have not yet mastered the ability to pronounce and memorize letters properly and correctly. The implications of this research can be the basis for developing similar programs in other educational institutions with the aim of increasing Al-Qur'an literacy among young children. Therefore, we help provide assistance in reading and writing the Koran through the Iqra method. The iqra method is a method of learning the Al-Qur'an using the iqra book guide.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas siswa kelas IV di SDN 002 Sangatta Selatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka (library research). Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation (GI) dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA. Pembelajaran kooperatif sendiri memiliki dampak positif terhadap aktivitas siswa di kelas. Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation (GI) dapat menjadikan siswa merasa dirinya mendapat perhatian dan kesempatan didalam menyampaikan ide, pendapat, dan pertanyaan. Siswa sebagai objek dalam pembelajaran didalam kelas hanya duduk, mendengarkan penjelasan guru, dan mengobrol dengan temannya sehingga menjadikannya siswa kurang antusias dan kurang bersemangat didalam berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran. Peningkatan dari penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe group investigation (GI) membuktikan bahwa adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar pada mata pelajaran IPA materi struktur panca indra dengan fungsinya pada siswa kelas IV SDN 002 Sangatta Selatan. Tujuan dari materi alat panca indra diharapkan peserta didik dapat mendeskripsikan hubungan antara struktur panca indra dengan fungsinya dan dapat menerapkan cara memelihara kesehatan panca indra.
