Abstract

Abstract: Compared to the surrounding villages, Bangunsari has fairly complete facilities ranging from agencies and offices, schools and education, recreational and sports facilities, culinary delights, etc. Preference is a person's tendency to choose or prioritize something. A consumer is every person who buys, uses or consumes various types of goods and services to fulfil the most basic needs and actualize himself. This research aims to analyze the preferences of Muslim entrepreneurs in Bangunsari Village in financing working capital, the factors behind the preferences of Muslim entrepreneurs in Bangunsari Village, and the integration between sharia principles and rational choice theory. Researchers use a qualitative approach with field research for data collection techniques used by researchers, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The research location is Bangunsari Village, Dolopo District, Madiun Regency, East Java. From the research that has been carried out, the author can conclude that Muslim entrepreneurs in Bangunsari Village determine their preferences based on price or interest in financing, quality of service such as financing and disbursement processes, and tangibles or facilities and affordable access. The integration of Sharia principles and rational choice theory in forming Muslim entrepreneurs' preferences in capital financing means that although Muslim entrepreneurs in the Bangunsari village prefer to carry out financing in conventional banks and ignore usury, they do not simply ignore other Sharia principles such as gharar which means obscurity or deception, and maysir means game or gambling. It is hoped that Sharia Banks in the Madiun area can further improve their performance, both in terms of quality and quantity, so that they can be more competitive and competitive in terms of Brand Image, profit sharing percentage, and easy and fast financing processes and requirements. Abstract

Introduction: This research aims to better understand the factors influencing front-office service satisfaction after the office merger at BSI Ponorogo Soetta. The emergence of queuing problems felt by customers and front office officers not being ready to provide service causes customer satisfaction to decrease. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample size of 100 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques in the form of purposive sampling. The data obtained was then analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. This analysis consists of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and multiple regression tests (partial test, simultaneous test, and determination test). The results of the research are that partially and simultaneously, the variables tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy influence customer satisfaction in the front office after the merger of the BSI KCP Ponorogo office with an R2 value of 0.911, meaning that it can explain variations in service quality of 91.1% and variables influence the remaining 8.9%.

Abstract

Introduction: This paper examines the effectiveness of using QRIS BSI as a mobile payment medium for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawoo District. The topic is important because digital transactions are increasingly essential for improving efficiency and competitiveness among small business actors in Indonesia. Research Methods: This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with field research methods involving interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework developed by Davis (1986), which includes indicators of usefulness, efficiency, adaptation barriers, and ease of use. Results: The findings show that QRIS BSI provides benefits in efficiency, safety, and modern business image, especially for younger users. However, older customers face limitations due to low digital literacy and unstable internet networks. Conclusion: QRIS BSI is generally effective in improving transaction efficiency and supporting Islamic financial practices, although further improvements in infrastructure and digital literacy are still required.
