Abstract

The rapid growth of coffee shops in Banjarmasin has intensified market competition, requiring brands to deliver superior customer experiences and develop emotional connections to sustain customer loyalty. This research assesses the effects of Customer Experience and Emotional Attachment on Customer Loyalty within the context of Kopi Kenangan in Banjarmasin. A quantitative approach was adopted, employing structured questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The analysis of data utilizing multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25 confirms that both independent variables demonstrate a noteworthy and favorable impact on loyalty. The findings suggest that superior customer experiences and profound emotional connections to the brand are key determinants of heightened customer loyalty. Further, Customer Experience emerged as the more predominant determinant of Customer Loyalty in comparison to Emotional Attachment. These outcomes underscore the critical necessity of strategically managing both experiential quality and emotional engagement within customer-brand interactions. The study shed light that continuous improvement in service quality and customer engagement is essential for strengthening emotional connections and maintaining long-term customer loyalty at Kopi Kenangan in Banjarmasin.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Environmental, Social, dan Economic terhadap Quality of Life pada Masyarakat di sekitar Perusahaan Pertambangan yang ada di Indonesia. Data penelitian didapat dari Annual Report Perusahaan pertambangan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan menghasilkan 95 data sebagai sample. Pengujian data dilakukan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan data panel dan time series, dan di uji menggunakan software Stata 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Environmental berpengaruh positif terhadap Quality of Life, sedangkan Social dan Economic tidak berpengaruh terhadap Quality of Life. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya praktik ramah lingkungan sebagai strategi utama perusahaan pertambangan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan stakeholder. Selain itu, hasil ini memberikan arahan bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan program yang menekankan aspek lingkungan, serta perlunya evaluasi lebih lanjut terhadap kontribusi sosial dan ekonomi terhadap kualitas hidup masyarakat.ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Environmental, Social, and Economic dimensions on the Quality of Life of communities surrounding mining companies in Indonesia. The research data were obtained from the Annual Reports of Indonesian mining companies. This study employed a purposive sampling method, resulting in 95 observations as the sample. Data analysis was conducted using Multiple Linear Regression with panel and time series data and was processed using Stata 17. The results indicate that the Environmental dimension has a positive effect on Quality of Life, whereas the Social and Economic dimensions do not have a significant impact. These findings highlight the importance of environmentally friendly practices as a key strategy for mining companies to enhance stakeholder well-being. Furthermore, the results provide guidance for the development of policies and programs that emphasize environmental aspects, as well as the need for further evaluation of the social and economic contributions to the communities' quality of life.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a village tourism development strategy through community empowerment in Awang Bangkal Timur Village, Martapura, South Kalimantan. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to identify internal and external factors influencing the development of village tourism. The findings reveal that the village’s strengths include beautiful natural potential, unique local culture, and strong community participation. However, weaknesses were identified in terms of limited infrastructure, lack of managerial skills among the community, and insufficient promotion. Opportunities for development are supported by the growing trend of nature- and culture-based tourism as well as government support, while threats include competition from other destinations and the risk of environmental degradation. Based on SWOT analysis, the formulated strategies include strengthening village tourism institutions, enhancing community capacity through training, optimizing digital promotion, implementing ecotourism principles, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders. Community-based village tourism development in Awang Bangkal Timur has the potential to enhance tourism attractiveness while promoting sustainable community welfare.

Abstract

Perkembangan pariwisata kuliner yang pesat meningkatkan intensitas persaingan antar pelaku usaha, sehingga diperlukan strategi yang mampu menciptakan keunggulan bersaing dan mendorong niat berkunjung kembali konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran Customer Relationship Management (CRM), service innovation, dan sustainability practices dalam membangun competitive advantage serta pengaruhnya terhadap revisit intention pada pariwisata kuliner Soto Bang Amat di Banjarmasin. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei terhadap 115 konsumen yang telah berkunjung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan structural equation modeling untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CRM, service innovation, dan sustainability practices berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap competitive advantage. Competitive advantage juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap revisit intention serta berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara ketiga variabel strategis tersebut dan revisit intention. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan, inovasi layanan, dan praktik keberlanjutan dalam memperkuat keunggulan bersaing dan meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen pariwisata kuliner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran inovasi produk, kemampuan digital, dan budaya lokal dalam memperkuat strategi pemasaran serta dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi UMKM di Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 pelaku UMKM. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk, kemampuan digital, dan budaya lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi UMKM. Strategi pemasaran memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sekaligus berperan sebagai mediator parsial dalam hubungan antara ketiga variabel independen dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Budaya lokal menunjukkan pengaruh terbesar terhadap strategi pemasaran menegaskan pentingnya diferensiasi berbasis identitas daerah dalam membangun positioning usaha. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi UMKM tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kepemilikan inovasi, digitalisasi, dan nilai budaya, tetapi oleh kemampuan mengintegrasikan ketiganya dalam strategi pemasaran yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of environmental, social, and economic dimensions of green accounting on the quality of life of communities surrounding mining companies in Indonesia. The data were collected from the annual reports of mining companies listed in Indonesia. Using a purposive sampling technique, this study obtained 95 observations as the research sample. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with panel data and time-series approaches, processed with Stata 17. The findings reveal that the environmental dimension has a significant positive influence on quality of life, while the social and economic dimensions do not show a significant effect. These results suggest that environmentally responsible practices play a crucial role in improving community welfare around mining areas. The findings also provide insights for policymakers and companies to prioritize environmental management strategies, while encouraging further evaluation of social and economic initiatives to better enhance the quality of life of local communities.
