Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 dapat menimbulkan stressor baru bagi orang tua dari anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam proses pengasuhan. Stress pengasuhan ini jika dibiarkan berlarut dapat memperburuk hubungan orang tua-anak. Efikasi diri orang tua dinilai dapat mempengaruhi stres pengasuhan. Selain itu, strategi koping juga berperan dalam mengelola stres. Penelitian dengan metode mixed method strategi embedded konkuren ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap stress pengasuhan dan strategi koping yang sering diterapkan orang tua. Ada sebanyak 41 orang tua dari ABK yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat korelasi signifikan dalam bentuk negatif antara efikasi diri terhadap stress pengasuhan. Adapun strategi koping yang sering diterapkan dalam mengasuh ABK berfokus pada emosi dalam bentuk koping religius.

Abstract

This article elucidates the significance of fostering creativity in early childhood through the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) model, particularly in the context of creativity. In an era of intensifying competition, Era 4.0 underscores the necessity for individuals to possess high creativity. Creativity is regarded as the pivotal factor in enhancing the quality of life of individuals and contributing to the prosperity of society. In the context of education, creativity plays a pivotal role in the early childhood learning process, given that every child possesses unique creative potential. The study employed a quasi-experimental design with experimental and control groups at PAUD Tarbiyatul Athfal UIN Antasari Banjarmasin, involving 36 children aged 4-6 years. Data were collected through checklist sheets and documentation of activities. The results demonstrated that the implementation of PPA significantly enhanced children's creativity in the experimental group. The Mann-Whitney U-Test analysis revealed a statistically significant difference between the two groups. Children who participated in PPA exhibited active engagement, collaborative skills, and proficiency in problem-solving, idea-sharing, and effective communication.

Abstract

Community involvement is key to improving the nutrition, sanitation, and health conditions of street children. This study examines the role of nutrition, sanitation, and health interventions involving community participation for street children. In the context of this research, a community-based participatory approach was used at Al-Ajyb Child Friendly School, Sudimampir Market, Banjarmasin City. This research explores the linkages between nutrition, sanitation, and health for street children and promotes the importance of early education and community involvement in meeting their needs. Community-Based Participatory Research was used in this study, involving various stakeholders. The findings of the study revealed various challenges faced by street children, such as nutrition, sanitation, and limited access to education and health services. Additionally, the study highlighted the important role of community-based interventions in promoting healthy behavior and raising awareness of the importance of nutrition and sanitation. Thus, collaboration between various parties is expected to translate the study findings into concrete actions aimed at improving the welfare of street children and enhancing their future prospects.

Abstract

This study is centered around enhancing nutrition and sanitation interventions by involving the community for the benefit of street children. The research takes place through community-based participatory research at the Al-Ajyb Child-Friendly School located in Pasar Sudimampir, Banjarmasin. The study investigates the interconnectedness of nutrition, sanitation, and health concerning street children and underscores the significance of early education and community engagement to address their distinct needs. Employing a blend of online and offline activities, the research brought together diverse stakeholders, including the Al-Ajyb Foundation, Banjarmasin Health Office, and the National Amil Zakat Agency of South Kalimantan Province, alongside educators and students from Al-Ajyb School. It delves into the challenges confronted by street children, encompassing issues of nutrition, hygiene, and constrained educational access. The research also spotlights the role of community-based interventions in fostering healthy behavior and enhancing awareness regarding the pivotal role of nutrition and sanitation. The study concludes with a pledge for collaborative endeavors among stakeholders to translate findings into tangible measures aimed at ameliorating the well-being and prospects of street children within the Sudimampir Market locality

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktifitas anak dan kemampuan motorik halus anak pada kegiatan melukis dengan menggunakan teknik tarikan benang, yaitu anak mampu mencelupkan benang ke dalam cat warna, membuat pola benang, dan menarik benang sehingga menghasilkan sebuah lukisan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan selama dua siklus, dimana setiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah anak usia 4- 5 tahun di TK Tarbiyatul Athfal Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 13 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, dan dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pada keterampilan motorik halus anak dengan kegiatan melukis menggunakan teknik tarikan benang. Pada siklus 1 hanya mencapai persentase 38,46 % untuk kategori berkembang sesuai harapan, dan meningkat pada siklus 2 dengan hasil mencapai persentase 84,6 % untuk kategori berkembang sesuai harapan dan berkembang sangat baik.

Abstract

Sebagai seorang maahasiswa yang unggul, diperlukan kemandirian dalam mengembangkan keilmuan yang didapatnya, terutama untuk bisa memberikan manfaat ke lingkungan sekitar. Salah satunya dengan mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai pelatihan kewirausahaan yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa-mahasiswi program studi PIAUD di  UIN Antasari mengenai pentingkan meningkatkan peran mereka dalam pengembangan bisnis. Agar bejalan dengan baik, diperlukan manajemen pemasaran yang tepat dengan menumbuhkan kreatifitas serta inovasi yang tepat dalam kegiatannya. Dan dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), maka mahasiswa aakan lebih mudah menganalisis bisnis serta memutuskan beberapa hal penting terkait bisnis, konsumen yang dituju serta pemasaran yang tepat guna mendukung bisnis yang akan dijalankannya.

Abstract

Early childhood is the future generation of the nation, positioned at a crucial stage of character, attitude, and mindset formation. However, in this modern era, many children exhibit disrespectful behavior and use foul language, which has become a serious concern for the education sector. One of the primary objectives of character education is to cultivate attitudes in children so they act by societal norms, characterized by affective traits such as values, attitudes, appreciation, and adaptability. One effective method for instilling character values is habituation, which enables children to internalize positive behaviors from an early age. This study aims to explore the process of instilling the value of generosity in early childhood through habituation during group meals. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with primary data sources from the principal and teachers of RA As-Syahidul Kabir. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that weekly group meals serve as an effective medium for fostering the value of generosity. In this activity, children bring food from home, but not all children come with food. This situation is utilized by teachers to encourage children to share their meals with peers who do not bring any. Additionally, children share side dishes, which vary among individuals, thereby strengthening the values of generosity and empathy. This act of sharing eventually becomes a positive habit ingrained in children through the group meal activity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze class management strategies, class management processes, and class management problems in implementing the Merdeka curriculum in basic education institutions. This research was conducted at MIN 1 East Kutai. The method used is the descriptive qualitative research method. There were 8 informants in this study: the deputy principal for curriculum, class I, II, IV, and V teachers, and three invalid teachers. The research results show that classroom management strategies involve collaboration between teachers and students in lesson planning, selection of diverse materials, open and active learning, and emphasis on formative assessment. The class management process is carried out through initial assessments, preparing plans, implementation through understanding the goals and principles of the independent curriculum, determining learning objectives, using appropriate methods, facilitating students in creating study groups, providing assistance regarding conflicts and challenges in learning, and evaluating learning. The problems include too many students in one class, lack of student learning independence, lack of appropriate learning media, uneven understanding, difficulty managing time, lack of communication, and insufficient resources and understanding of the Merdeka curriculum. The practical implications of this research can help educators develop more effective approaches to managing the classroom and designing classroom management that allows students to reach their maximum potential in an Merdeka curriculum.

Abstract

Perusahaan selalu akan memandang karyawan sebagai aset penting. Dimana keberadaannya akan selalu diperhatikan agar performa kinerja yang dihasilkan karyawan tersebut dapat meraih hasil kinerja yang ideal. Sehingga perusahaan juga akan mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal pula. Apalagi PT. Bintang Toedjo Cabang Banjarmasin memiliki target memasarkan produk – produk nya dengan target yang cukup besar, sehingga pencapainnya memerlukan karyawan yang berintegritas tinggi dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya. Dengan menggunakan analisa regresi, penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa kepuasan karyawan mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Dimana nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan adalah 0,000 atau di bawah level of significant 5%. Hal ini memberikan sinyal kepada perusahaan untuk dapat selalu memperhatikan kepuasan karyawan, karena saat kepuasan karyawan meningkat, maka akan terdapat kenaikan pula pada kinerja yang dihasilkan karyawan tersebut.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, which affected the global education sector, forced educational institutions to transition from face-to-face to online learning. RA Hayatuddiniyah, an early childhood education institution in Hulu Sungai Utara, successfully implemented online assessments during the pandemic. This research aimed to analyze the online assessment format used at RA Hayatuddiniyah, focusing on the methods and factors that supported its implementation. The study employed a qualitative case study approach, with the participants including the school principal, teachers, and parents of the students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion techniques, with validity ensured through triangulation. The findings revealed that the online assessment at RA Hayatuddiniyah employed three main assessment methods: structured and unstructured conversations, students' work, and portfolio assessments. Supporting factors for successful online assessment included permission and support from the school principal, teachers’ ability to adapt to technological advancements, and adequate parental support. This study provides valuable insights into the challenges and success factors in online assessments in early childhood education and offers recommendations for improving future implementation.
