Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, and Cash Holding on Firm Value in the banking sub-industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2023 period. Independent variables in this study include Liquidity as measured by Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Profitability as measured by Return on Equity (ROE), and Cash Holding as measured by Cash & Cash Equivalents to Total Assets. Meanwhile, Firm Value as the dependent variable is measured by Tobin's Q ratio. The research method used is a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the financial statements of banking companies listed on the IDX during the study period. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression with statistical software to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that Liquidity has an insignificant positive effect on Firm Value. Profitability also has an insignificant positive effect on Firm Value, which indicates that an increase in company profits has an impact on increasing investor confidence. Meanwhile, Cash Holding has a significant positive effect on Firm Value, which indicates that companies that hold large amounts of cash tend to have lower firm value, because investors prefer companies that allocate their cash for productive investment.

Abstract

In a pumping system, one important parameter that needs to be analyzed is the hydraulic power needed to move the fluid. This hydraulic power reflects how much energy is needed to move the fluid through the piping system, and this is highly dependent on factors such as flow rate, head, and the characteristics of the pump itself. The purpose of this Pkn is to determine the hydraulic power of the pump. In pumping, it is necessary to pay attention to several factors so that the pump can work optimally, such as the height of the water to be sucked and the height of the building to be distributed and the design of the pipes as water channels. The method used to determine the hydraulic power of the pump is through data collection. From the results of data processing, we can find out the different flow rate values based on the discharge and pipe diameter, flow losses obtained at pipe joints such as major losses and minor losses, the power required to drive the pump is 55 KW and the hydraulic power is 45.53840 KW, and the pump efficiency is 82.79%.

Abstract

This study evaluates the development program of five Type D Regional Public Hospitals (RSUD) in Bandung Regency using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The study employs a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. A total of [isi jumlah, misalnya: 12] informants were selected using purposive sampling, including officials from the Health Office, hospital management, and community representatives. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis and mapped into CIPP dimensions. The findings indicate that, from a contextual perspective, the program has strong legal legitimacy and high urgency due to the low hospital bed ratio (0.52 per 1,000 population). However, input evaluation reveals constraints in human resources, particularly the shortage of specialist doctors. From the process dimension, delays in the construction of three hospitals are associated with bureaucratic complexity and coordination issues. Meanwhile, product evaluation shows initial improvements in healthcare access, although service performance indicators remain suboptimal. This study contributes to the literature by providing a decision-oriented evaluation of regional health infrastructure development and highlighting the importance of aligning resource planning, governance, and service outcomes in decentralized health systems.
