Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui Program Kosabangsa ini adalah kenyataan yang diidentifikasi dari Desa Popalia menjadi paradoks dimana meskipun desa ini masuk kategori desa kecil dan kondisi ekonomi masyarakat dalam kategori miskin, namun potensi permasalahan sampah berada di pelupuk mata. Hal itu disebabkan oleh produksi sampah yang semakin meningkat secara signifikan seiring dengan pertambahan jumlah penduduk di Desa Popalia. Tujuan pengabdian adalah memberikan solusi komprehensif terhadap permasalahan mitra terkait pengelolaan sampah berbasis IPTEK kepada Bumdes Mepokoaso dan Karang Taruna Meohai Desa Popalia. Memecahkan persoalan tersebut, tim mengusulkan pendekatan baru yang disebut RuSaJU, yakni akronim dari “Rubah Sampah Jadi Uang”. Tahapan metode yang dilakukan adalah menjalin kolaborasi dan kemitraan dengan berbagai stakeholder, sosialisasi regulasi pengelolaan sampah, dan pelatihan pengolahan sampah organik dan anorganik, serta pembuatan dan penerapan aplikasi pengelolaan sampah dan manajemen keuangan Bumdes Mepokoaso dan Karang Taruna Meohai. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh adalah terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat terkait pengelolaan sampah melalui pendekatan RuSaJU.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine the effect of brand image, price, and product quality of Oppo Smartphone users in Kendari City. (2) To determine the effect of brand image of Oppo Smartphone users in Kendari City. (3) To determine the effect of the price of Oppo Smartphone users in Kendari City. (4) To determine the effect of user product quality Oppo Smartphone ini Kendari City. The population in this study is all Kendari City residents who buy and use Oppo Smartphone products themselves, while the sample is 80 respondents using the Hair formula. The data collection method is using a questionnaire. This research technique uses multiple regression analyses. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Brand image has no significant effect, while price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. (2) Brand image has no significant postive effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Illegal fishing by foreign fishing boats in the Indonesian Exclusive Economic Zone is increasing every year. Along with these conditions the country suffered huge losses from this action. There is an assumption that this happened because the law enforcement authority by the Indonesian state was limited due to the provisions contained in the 1982 Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS 1982). Then when viewed from the perspective of law enforcement by the government, the handling of illegal fishing seems to be still concerning. This article examines the causes of illegal fishing activities by foreign fishermen which still occur frequently and how strategies to prevent illegal fishing by foreign fishermen in the Indonesian Exclusive Zone. The method used is a normative juridical legal research method with statuta approach and conceptual approach. The results of the study found that the causes of illegal fishing activities in Indonesian waters include limited surveillance facilities and infrastructure, limited funds for surveillance operations, limited fisheries police and Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) and still limited ability of Indonesian fishermen to exploit their potential. fisheries in Indonesian waters. The strategies that can be taken to prevent illegal fishing are by conducting bilateral cooperation, closing access rights for fishermen from foreign countries in Indonesia's ZEE, and optimizing law enforcement in Indonesia's exclusive economic zone.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of political marketing mix and brand personality on brand image and their implications for voting decisions for legislative candidates from the Golkar Party in Wakatobi Regency. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and documentation. The study population consisted of 12,729 voters who selected legislative candidates from the Golkar Party in Wakatobi Regency, with a sample size of 75 respondents. The analysis tool used was SmartPLS. The results indicate that the political marketing mix significantly influences the brand image of the Golkar Party, and brand personality also affects the brand image of the Golkar Party in Wakatobi Regency. Additionally, the political marketing mix has a significant impact on voting decisions for legislative candidates from the Golkar Party, as does brand personality. Brand image itself also influences voting decisions for legislative candidates from the Golkar Party. Indirectly, the political marketing mix affects voting decisions through brand image. This study provides empirical evidence that an effective political marketing mix can enhance the brand image of candidates, thereby strengthening voters' decisions to choose legislative candidates from the Golkar Party. Furthermore, a strong brand personality positively impacts the improvement of the candidate’s brand image, ultimately reinforcing voters' decisions in favor of the Golkar Party's legislative candidates.

Abstract

This article explores the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM) and hospital image on hospital patient loyalty, emphasizing the mediating role of patient commitment. Amidst the development of the healthcare industry sector in Indonesia, this study highlighted that e-WoM and hospital image significantly enhanced patient loyalty, with patient commitment playing an important mediating role. This article suggested practical strategies for hospitals, such as improving the quality of healthcare services, leveraging positive e-WoM, and implementing loyalty programs to elevate patient commitment and loyalty. These findings underscore the importance of hospital image and e-WoM in patient retention, providing valuable insights for strategic planning in the context of the healthcare industry.
