Abstract

Gampong Kota Lhoksukon merupakan salah satu daerah yang rawan terhadap bencana banjir dari DAS Keureuto di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Ketika hujan dengan intensitas tinggi turun, sungai Krueng Keureuto tidak mampu menampung limpasan air hujan sehingga menggenangi kawasan permukiman di sekitarnya dan menimbulkan kerugian yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menyoroti karakteristik ancaman dan dampak banjir serta memberikan arahan mitigasi. Arahan mitigasi tersebut meliputi penyesuaian tinggi bangunan, penghijauan, penguatan struktur tanggul, perbaikan dan pembersihan sistem drainase, pengerukan sungai, optimalisasi operasi bendungan, perencanaan jalur evakuasi, pemanfaatan bangunan bertingkat sebagai tempat evakuasi, dan peningkatan kualitas jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk berkontribusi pada Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) poin 11, yang berfokus pada peningkatan permukiman di daerah rawan bencana. Dengan menerapkan strategi mitigasi banjir yang komprehensif, diharapkan risiko dan dampak banjir di Gampong Kota Lhoksukon dapat berkurang secara signifikan, sehingga meningkatkan ketahanan masyarakat terhadap bencana banjir.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mendorong transformasi di berbagai sektor, termasuk dalam proses rekrutmen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Balai Penerapan Standar Instrumen Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (BPSILHK) Banjar Baru menghadapi kendala dalam seleksi tenaga kontrak harian karena masih menggunakan metode konvensional yang bersifat subjektif serta tidak efisien. Hal ini menyebabkan lamanya proses rekrutmen serta kesulitan dalam menentukan kandidat yang paling memenuhi kriteria.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan menerapkan metode Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan objektivitas seleksi. Metode VIKOR dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengevaluasi alternatif berdasarkan multi-kriteria dan menghasilkan solusi kompromi yang mendekati ideal. Dengan pendekatan ini, sistem dapat memberikan rekomendasi kandidat terbaik sesuai dengan kebutuhan instansi.Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu BPSILHK Banjar Baru dalam mempercepat proses rekrutmen sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas seleksi tenaga kontrak harian. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan kontribusi dalam penerapan teknologi pendukung keputusan yang lebih efektif, khususnya pada instansi pemerintahan.

Abstract

Community engagement towards the Lamreh community aims to strengthen sustainable development in coastal areas. This activity aims to Through a participatory approach, the lecturers collaborate with the Lamreh community and relevant stakeholders to identify the potential and challenges in the development of ecotourism and minapolitan. The engagement is conducted through field surveys, interviews, and group discussions. The results indicate that Lamreh has great natural potential, especially in the fisheries and tourism sectors, which can be developed sustainably. In an effort to improve coastal area management, several strategies are proposed, including the development of environmentally friendly tourism infrastructure, promotion of local products, increasing community capacity in marketing and management, as well as marine environmental protection and preservation. This community engagement provides a positive contribution to empowering the local community, enhancing their participation in local development, and creating sustainable development models that can be adopted in other coastal areas. In conclusion, collaboration between academics, government, and communities is crucial in planning and implementing sustainable development programs in coastal areas such as Lamreh Village, Aceh Besar Regency.

Abstract

Surabaya Intersection is one of the main intersection with vigorous economic activity in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Nevertheless, it was also one of the main congestion points during peak hours. Therefore, a flyover infrastructure was develop in 2016 to reduce congestion. With better traffic, the income of business in its surrounding area was expected to rise. However, many business experienced declining conditions and even closed a few years after the construction. This research aims to study the impact of flyover development on the income of business in the Surabaya Intersection area. Data were collected through questionnaires supported by observation and interviews with related agencies and academics. The business income questionnaires were distributed to 100 samples from 320 business in this area , chosen with a purposive sampling technique. The study area was divided into 10 segments based on physical characteristics. The analysis conducted was descriptive quantitative supported by qualitative analysis. The result shows that after the flyover development, the business income declined. The income of business in most of business in most segments (7 of 10 segments) reduced between 3.33% to 27.2%. Only three segments experienced increasing income, ranging between 0.8% to 4%. As shown by interpolation result, all segments located right along the Surabaya Intersection flyover showed a significant decrease in business income. The decline in business income is caused by the lack of parking spaces, difficult interzonal mobility, and decreasing attractiveness. This condition indicates that the flyover development in Surabaya Intersection has caused and unsustainable impact on the business in its surrounding area.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Data analisis media sosial Twitter adalah proses pengumpulan, pemrosesan, dan analisis data yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan platform Twitter. Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk memahami tren dan pola perilaku pengguna Twitter, serta untuk mendapatkan wawasan tentang opini publik, preferensi konsumen, dan pengaruh sosial yang dapat digunakan untuk keperluan bisnis, pemasaran, riset, dan kebijakan publik. Metode analisis media sosial Twitter melibatkan penggunaan algoritma dan teknik statistik untuk mengumpulkan dan mengolah data Twitter, seperti penggunaan hashtag, kata kunci, lokasi, retweet, dan like. Selain itu, metode analisis ini juga melibatkan penggunaan teknik machine learning untuk mengklasifikasikan tweet ke dalam kategori tertentu, seperti sentimen, topik, dan pengguna. Hasil analisis media sosial Twitter dapat memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat untuk berbagai tujuan. Misalnya, bisnis dapat menggunakan hasil analisis untuk memahami preferensi konsumen dan merancang kampanye pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Pemerintah dan lembaga publik dapat menggunakan hasil analisis untuk memahami opini publik dan merancang kebijakan publik yang lebih efektif. Sedangkan peneliti dapat menggunakan hasil analisis untuk memahami tren dan pola perilaku pengguna Twitter dan membangun teori sosial yang lebih baik. Selama tahun 2023 akun twitter PUSRISKAN melakukan postingan sebanyak 62 postingan dengan jumlah like sebanyak 545 dengan rata-rata perbulan sebanyak 45 like. Like terbanyak terjadi pada bulan Juni dengan 72 like dan terendah di bulan Desember dengan 16 like. ABSTRACTS Twitter social media analysis data is the process of collecting, processing and analyzing data related to the use of the Twitter platform. The goal of this analysis is to understand about trends and patterns in Twitter user behavior, as well as to gain insights into public opinion, consumer preferences, and social influence that can be used for business, marketing, research, and public policy purposes. Twitter social media analysis methods involve the use of algorithms and statistical techniques to collect and process Twitter data, such as hashtag usage, keywords, location, retweets, and likes. In addition, this analysis method also involves the use of machine learning techniques to classify tweets into certain categories, such as sentiment, topic, and user. The results of Twitter social media analysis can provide useful information for various purposes. For example, businesses can use analysis results to understand consumer preferences and design more effective marketing campaigns. Governments and public institutions can use the results of analysis to understand public opinion and design more effective public policies. Meanwhile, researchers can use the results of the analysis to understand trends and behavioral patterns of Twitter users and build better social theories. During 2023, Research Center for Fisheries Twitter account posted 62 posts with a total of 545 likes, with a monthly average of 45 likes. The most highest in June with 72 likes and the lowest in December with 16 likes.
