In Indonesia, there are many businesses, ranging from businesses in food, apparel, textiles, mining, education, services, and many more including in the financial sector such as banks, cooperatives, savings and loans or money exchange services. In this field, it is rare to use business models, especially the canvas business model because this type of model is still relatively new among business people. Researchers will discuss the business model canvas in the financial sector, namely at Bank Syariah Indonesia Bogor City, especially discussing marketing strategies on BSI Griya products and also discussing the obstacles obtained and how to overcome these obstacles. Descriptive qualitative research method is used in this research, with two management tools namely Business Model Canvas (BMC) and marketing strategy. The research results from BMC consist of 9 blocks: (1) Customer Segment. (2) Value Proportion. (3) Channels. (4) Customer Relationship. (5) Revenue Flow. (7) Key Activities. (8) Key Partnerships. (9) Cost structure. Furthermore, in the marketing strategy, Bank Syariah Indonesia provides convenience in applying for financing, eases installments, and always maintains friendship with interconnected human resources, such as customers, developers.ABSTRAKDi Indonesia, Banyak sekali pelaku bisnis, mulai dari bisnis di bidang makanan, pakaian jadi, tekstil, pertambangan, pendidikan, jasa, dan masih banyak lagi termasuk dibidang keuangan seperti bank, koperasi, simpan pinjam ataupun jasa penukaran uang. Pada bidang ini, jarang sekali menggunakan model bisnis terutama model bisnis kanvas karena memang model jenis ini masih terbilang baru dikalangan pebisnis. Peneliti akan membahas model bisnis kanvas di bidang keuangan yakni di Bank Syariah Indonesia Kota Bogor, terutama membahas strategi pemasaran pada produk BSI Griya dan juga membahas mengenai hambatan yang didapat serta cara mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif digunakan pada penelitian ini, dengan dua alat manajemen yaitu Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan strategi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian dari BMC terdiri dari 9 blok: (1) Segmen Pelanggan. (2) Proporsi Nilai. (3) Saluran. (4) Hubungan Pelanggan. (5) Arus Pendapatan. (7) Aktivitas Kunci. (8) Kemitraan Utama. (9) Struktur biaya. Selanjutnya pada strategi pemasaran, Bank Syariah Indonesia memberikan kemudahan dalam mengajukan pembiayaan, meringankan cicilan, dan selalu menjaga silaturahmi kepada sumber daya manusia yang saling berhubungan, seperti kepada nasabah, developer.
