Abstract

In Indonesia, there are many businesses, ranging from businesses in food, apparel, textiles, mining, education, services, and many more including in the financial sector such as banks, cooperatives, savings and loans or money exchange services. In this field, it is rare to use business models, especially the canvas business model because this type of model is still relatively new among business people. Researchers will discuss the business model canvas in the financial sector, namely at Bank Syariah Indonesia Bogor City, especially discussing marketing strategies on BSI Griya products and also discussing the obstacles obtained and how to overcome these obstacles. Descriptive qualitative research method is used in this research, with two management tools namely Business Model Canvas (BMC) and marketing strategy. The research results from BMC consist of 9 blocks: (1) Customer Segment. (2) Value Proportion. (3) Channels. (4) Customer Relationship. (5) Revenue Flow. (7) Key Activities. (8) Key Partnerships. (9) Cost structure. Furthermore, in the marketing strategy, Bank Syariah Indonesia provides convenience in applying for financing, eases installments, and always maintains friendship with interconnected human resources, such as customers, developers.ABSTRAKDi Indonesia, Banyak sekali pelaku bisnis, mulai dari bisnis di bidang makanan, pakaian jadi, tekstil, pertambangan, pendidikan, jasa, dan masih banyak lagi termasuk dibidang keuangan seperti bank, koperasi, simpan pinjam ataupun jasa penukaran uang. Pada bidang ini, jarang sekali menggunakan model bisnis terutama model bisnis kanvas karena memang model jenis ini masih terbilang baru dikalangan pebisnis. Peneliti akan membahas model bisnis kanvas di bidang keuangan yakni di Bank Syariah Indonesia Kota Bogor, terutama membahas strategi pemasaran pada produk BSI Griya dan juga membahas mengenai hambatan yang didapat serta cara mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif digunakan pada penelitian ini, dengan dua alat manajemen yaitu Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan strategi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian dari BMC terdiri dari 9 blok: (1) Segmen Pelanggan. (2) Proporsi Nilai. (3) Saluran. (4) Hubungan Pelanggan. (5) Arus Pendapatan. (7) Aktivitas Kunci. (8) Kemitraan Utama. (9) Struktur biaya. Selanjutnya pada strategi pemasaran, Bank Syariah Indonesia memberikan kemudahan dalam mengajukan pembiayaan, meringankan cicilan, dan selalu menjaga silaturahmi kepada sumber daya manusia yang saling berhubungan, seperti kepada nasabah, developer.

Abstract

This study aims to measure job satisfaction and employee performance at PT My Republic Jakarta and analyze the impact of job satisfaction on employee performance using a quantitative approach. Primary data was collected through questionnaires with 100 respondents, while secondary data was obtained from documentation, journals, and other sources. The research results indicate that job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.303 and a significance level of < 0.05. This study used quantitative methods to gather primary data related to job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, secondary data was obtained from company archives provided by the director or owner, including the organizational structure, employee data, and job descriptions. The findings show that job satisfaction levels vary among employees and that job satisfaction positively influences employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of the SIAPIK Financial Application in improving the quality of bookkeeping for MSMEs in the Bregas community (Brebes, Tegal, and Slawi). SIAPIK is a financial information recording application designed to assist micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in maintaining accurate and standardized bookkeeping according to standards set by Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI). The recording system used is recognized by various financial institutions in Indonesia, allowing the financial reports produced to serve as a basis for credit applications. This study involved 40 MSMEs who are members of the Bregas community. Through the implementation and assistance activities conducted on February-Juni, 2024, at the PMI Building in Tegal Regency, Central Java, this research evaluates the extent to which MSMEs can implement the SIAPIK application in their business transactions. Furthermore, this study assesses the impact of the application on improving the accountability and transparency of MSME financial reports, as well as its potential to facilitate access to financing from financial institutions. The results indicate that the implementation of the SIAPIK application was met with high enthusiasm from participants, with the majority of MSMEs successfully improving the quality of their bookkeeping.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk megetahui prioritas masalah dalam digitalisasi wakaf uang di Indonesia dan prioritas solusi dari masalah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analytic Network  Process (ANP). Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI), Nadzir, dan wakif yang ada di Indonesia,  Hasil observasi literature  menunjukkan  permasalahan digitalisasi wakaf uang dilihat dari 4 aspek,  Aspek Nadzir, Wakif,  Pemerintah dan agama. Hasil analisis menunjukkan  masalah pada Aspek Nadzir terdiri: Pemahaman yang tradisional, kompensasi yang rendah, kompetensi yang rendah. Aspek Wakif: Pemahaman  digital yang rendah, literasi  wakaf uang yang rendah, partisipasi yang rendah, Aspek Regulator terdiri: Peran Pemerintah belum optimal, kurangnya dukungan dan peran pemerintah. Aspek agama: Tingkat Rutinitas sholat, Intensitas puasa, Alokasi dana zakat, Infak, Sedekah, Wakaf, Lingkungan Spiritual yang Baik

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, but often face challenges in product innovation and marketing. MT Farm, an MSME in Tegal Waru Farm Land Village, has developed canned lamb product innovation to increase added value and competitiveness. This product is processed using autoclave technology, making it durable and easy to distribute. This community service aims to assist MT Farm in marketing canned lamb products through training and mentoring. The results of the community service show an increase in the knowledge and skills of MT Farm staff, an increase in product quality, an expansion of market reach, and an increase in sales. Canned lamb product innovation is expected to improve the MSME economy and community welfare.

Abstract

The unavailability of reading facilities and the large number of teenagers who drop out of school are a problem in Cibening Village resulting in low interest in reading in the community. The purpose of research and implementation of Community Reading Gardens is to increase public interest in reading. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques interview, observation, and documentation as well as using data analysis techniques, namely triangulation. The implementation of the Procurement of Community Reading Parks is by making village libraries or Community Reading Parks through several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, as well as the evaluation and follow-up stages.

Abstract

A Bank is a financial intermediary or can be called a financial intermediary, meaning that a bank institution is an institution whose activities are related tp money matters. To avoid operating a bank with an Islamic interest system, introducing the principles of Islamic muamalah, Islamic banks were born as an alternative solution to the problem of conflict between bank interest and usury. The problem in this thesis is the perception of Islamic bank products is the level of knowledge and understanding of customers about Islamic bank products and services. Bank products are oflen chosen by customers based on aspects of information regarding the benefis to be obtained from these bank products, but the lack of understanding, information and inadequate promoyion of bank products causes deviations in bank business activities that can harm customers and allow potential customers not to interested in choosing products owned by the bank. In the discussion of this thesis, the researcher uses a qualitative research type. The sample in this study were 25 respondents. Data were taken by interview. Then the researcher processes the data by doaing data reduction, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions or verification. Based on the research that researchers have done, it is found that public perception is quite good and many people have also used Islamic bank. Of the 25 people interviewed, 16 people of 64% have become customers of the merged sharia bank, while the remaining 9 people or 36% have not become customers of the merged sharia bank. However, people still find it difficult to get ATM facilities, because there are still uneven placement of ATM machines in Cibungbulang District, so that to use ATM facilities, people have to look outside Cibungbulang District, while M-Banking facilities are still constrained by signals and frequent disturbances

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Third Party Funds (DPK), Financing, Troubled Financing and Profits on Bank Muamalat Indonesia's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the 2008-2022 period. This type of research is quantitative with secondary data collection methods in the form of quarterly financial reports obtained through official documents that have been published from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) which are accessed and retrieved through their respective official websites. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a partial and simultaneous effect of TPF, Financing, Joint Financing and Profit on CSR? The data analysis used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study describe: (1) the DPK variable does not have a significant effect on CSR as evidenced by the sig value of 0.703 > α. (2) The financing variable has no significant effect on CSR as evidenced by the sig value of 0.230 > α. (3) The Troubled Financing variable does not have a significant effect on CSR as evidenced by the sig value of 0.057 > α. (4) Profit variable has no significant effect on CSR as evidenced by a sig value of 0.402 > α. (5) While the simultaneous F test of TPF, Financing, Joint Financing and Profits have a significant effect on CSR as evidenced by the sig value of 0.036 <α.

Abstract

This community service activity examines the potential of natural resources in Gunung Malang Village, Bogor Regency and its development efforts. This village has a variety of natural resources, including land, water and agricultural products, and its location on the equator supports the growth of tropical rainforests. The innovation approach in Gunung Malang Village is the development of SELANG (Selai Buah Pala Gunung Malang/Gunung Malang Nutmeg Jam) as an innovative product. SELANG was chosen based on a network of ideas and consideration of the abundant availability of nutmeg raw materials. Making SELANG involves the process of manufacturing, branding, packaging with digital business marketing. This innovation is directed at increasing the income of village communities. The method for implementing community service activities were a participatory approach for adults through lectures, training and assistance in its establishment and management, and inviting participants to be creative and innovative in producing products. The results of the activities showed the similarity of ideas in the village community to create souvenirs typical of Mount Malang which focus on SELANG products. Thus, SELANG product innovation helps the MSME community of Gunung Malang Village to improve their welfare, through product manufacturing and packaging, as well as digital marketing. This can be seen by an increase in partner income so that the MSME community is independent and prosperous.

Abstract

Pertanian masih menjadi pemeran utama sebagai penyedia bahan pangan, bahan baku industri, dan penghasil devisa. Penggunaan pupuk kimia yang dilakukan secara terus menerus berdampak pada menurunnya kualitas tanah dan daya dukung lahan pertanian.Saat ini dibutuhkan sebuah gerakan inovasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat petani akan pentingnya menjaga kualitas tanah dengan pemberian bahan organik untuk mengembalikan kesuburan tanah. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat diaplikasikan adalah Inovasi Pupuk Domba: Penelitian tersebut bertujuan untuk mengembangkan inovasi dalam produk pupuk domba di MT Farm untuk meningkatkan ekonomi di Desa Tegal Waru Farm Land. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Observasi lapangan yang dilakukan sebelum melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, tujuannya untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. kegiatan ini melibatkan peternak dan mitra MT Farm Ciampea Bogor, Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi: sosialisasi, praktek dan evaluasi: Hasil dari pembahasan ini adalah bahwasanya Inovasi produk pupuk domba dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dari penggunaan pupuk kimia diharapkan mampu menghemat biaya produksi usaha tani sekaligus mengedukasi petani tentang pentingnya menjaga produktifitas lahan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk demonstrasi dan pendampingan langsung kepada kelompok tani mulai dari proses penyiapan, pembuatan pupuk, proses pembuatan pupuk sampai menjadi pupuk domba yang dapat digunakan. Diharapkan pupuk domba ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk organik pada lahan pertanian atau dapat dijadikan sebagai produk komersil.
