Abstract

Every company needs to right strategy to send the right massagesabout product or services provided for customuer. Company also needcomunication activity to run the market comunication program. A compnayneeds efektif activity and efisien to get the public attention and for that weread to run program that can be used to reach the company goal. The firstintention from advertising is for selling or to increase the selling of ourproduct, services, and idea. And for that we need the creativity from thebussinesman to choose the right media and right words for customer. Therespon from the advertising not always come in the rardom way that is whythe advertising always repeated it and not only once it be repeate. The pointof the advertising that we make should be having a interesting and clear sothat the customer understand it easily the advertising ussually complicated todo cuery factorhave to be consideration for example the market you wanttoreach. Abstract

The aim of this community service is to identify the problems of the partner, Copper Crafts Muda Tama Gallery, Tumang, Boyolali and provide scientific solutions. The service team identified that the number of craftsmen was starting to decline due to the tendency of the younger generation to prefer to pursue business as marketers. The team uses the extension method to share knowledge with partner communities. Human Resources Management can be carried out in several ways apart from continuing to maintain good direction efforts at each stage of production, establishing controlled production procedures, evaluating employee work results, and developing employees in terms of reward and punishment; The service team proposed that the company collaborate with several vocational schools with a concentration in arts and crafts. This is important so that this skill does not become extinct, and in fact so that it can grow in terms of manufacturing and the number of craftsmen. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of partners (owners of Muda Tama Gallery) in managing human resources so that there is no shortage/loss of craftsmen. Another output is an article in this journal

Abstract

Abstract During the Covid-19 pandemic, all lines had to do 3M, namely washing hands, wearing masks and maintaining distance. The policy taken by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic was that all citizens were required to work from home to anticipate the spread of the virus. One of the impacts of this policy is the decline in the community's economy, so the government provides assistance to the community to help the economy. In order to receive this assistance, the Dukuh Village government must collect data on its residents affected by Covid-19. The data collection process cannot be carried out face to face and most Dukuh Village officials are not yet able to take advantage of technological advances. This is motivation for the service team to help provide solutions by holding training on creating Google forms for Dukuh Village officials as a medium for collecting data on residents affected by CoViD-19. The aim of providing this training is so that the Dukuh Village Government can obtain valid data and continue to follow the health protocols set by the government. The hope is that the expertise possessed by Dukuh Village officials can then be used for other purposes according to the needs of the village government.   Keywords : Google Form, Pendataan, Desa Dukuh, CoViD-19
